Here Are The 35 Questions Taylor Swift"s Potential Jurors Had To Answer In Court

Was there an assault or not? This is the question at the center of Taylor Swift's trial. George Lucas Says He Sold ‘Star Wars’ To “White Slave Drivers”

Oh boy. It sounds like George Lucas isn’t exactly thrilled with ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens,’ no matter that the film has made over $1 billion in record time. It sounds like George Lucas isn’t exactly thrilled with ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens,’ no matter that the film has made over $1 billion in record time. He got honest about why he decided to sell ‘Star Wars’ to Disney and what he thinks of ‘The Force Awakens.’ RELATED: Here are red carpet pictures from the ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ premiere, including a sparkling Lupita Nyong’o, Daisy Ridley, George Lucas and more! George explained how he ended up selling the ‘Star Wars’ franchise (actually all of Lucas Films) to Disney in the first place. I looked at the future, I looked at the fact that I was going to have a baby, I looked at the fact that I was married, and I looked at the fact that I wanted to build a museum, and I looked at the fact that I wanted to make experimental films. So, my life was going on a different track. I noticed the last few movies that I’d made were costing the company a lot of money and I didn’t think that was fair to the people that worked there or the company. So, I made a decision to move ahead on the next Star Wars series and we were starting to do that. “We were working with a writer—it wasn’t quite working out—but I was also…you know, I was also stepping away a little bit and turning things over to Kathy Kennedy.” He was sharing his thoughts about retirement to Disney’s Bob Iger, who told him: ‘If you really want to sell it, we’re very interested.'” That put the sale in motion. I had the story treatments outlined and we were working on scripts. So, I sold it, but I knew when I sold it, I said, ‘I’ve tried to make movies where I step away—Empire and Return of the Jedi—and after about a couple weeks I knew I couldn’t do that. I had to stand over the shoulder of the director, help him, whisper in his ear constantly, ‘No, do this. Do that.’ And be there to help guide it. It was much harder than if I had just directed it myself.” Apparently, however, the idea of George staying involved- or perhaps the ideas he had for the stories- made Disney “a little nervous,” according to the ‘Star Wars’ creator. One of the issues was the first three movies had all kinds of issues. They looked at the stories and they said, ‘We want to make something for that fans.’ I said, ‘All I wanted to do was tell a story of what happened.’ You know, it started here and it went there. It’s all about generations, and it’s about the issues of fathers and sons and grandfathers. It’s a family soap opera. I mean, ultimately. We call it a space opera but people don’t realize it’s actually a soap opera and it’s all about family problems. It’s not about spaceships. They decided they didn’t want to use those stories. They decided they were going to go do their own thing, so I decided, ‘Fine.'” George admitted that Disney wasn’t “that keen to have me involved anyway.” Ouch. So instead he treated the sale like a breakup. At the same time I said, ‘I’m not gonna…If I get in there, I’m just going to cause trouble because they’re not going to do what I want them to do and I don’t have the control do that anymore, and all it would do is muck everything up.’ So I said, ‘OK, I will go my way and let them go their way.’ And it really does come down to a simple rule of life, which is when you break up with somebody, the first rule is no phone calls. The second rule, you don’t go over to their house and drive by to see what they’re doing. The third thing is you don’t show up at their coffee shop or their thing like you’re going to run it. You just say, ‘No! Gone! History! I’m moving forward.’ Because every time you do…something like that, you’re opening the wound again, and it just makes it harder for you. You have to put it behind you, and it’s a very, very hard thing to do. But you have to just cut it all off and say, ‘OK, end of all game. I’ve got to move on.'” Given the creative disagreements, that was probably the best approach for him to take, don’t you think? RELATED: Tie the knot, he will: George Lucas is engaged! George shared his conflicted feelings about selling the ‘Star Wars’ franchise. Everything in your body says, ‘Don’t. You can’t.’ These are my kids. I loved them. I created them. I’m very intimately involved with them.” Yet he did sell them. He said: I sold them to the white slavers that take these things, and…” Oh my. George does sound very conflicted. He also opened up about his thoughts on ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens,’ admitting it wasn’t what he would have done. J.J. Abrams, he’s a good director, a good friend. “They wanted to do a retro movie. I don’t like that. Every movie, I worked very hard to make them different. I made them completely different—different planets, different spaceships to make it new.” I think that’s a fair comment to make about ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’: it does feel very much like ‘Star Wars Espisode IV: A New Hope’ rather than an original movie, per se, although it’s still an incredibly fun film to watch! It is a reboot with the next generation of characters. I’m curious about what George would have done, but I’m a bit fearful, too: I’m one of the people who wasn’t a big fan of the prequels. The idea was interesting, but the stories just didn’t quite work. I can’t imagine what it must be like for George, though, as the creator, watching your story go on without you. Four billion dollar sale or not, it’s gotta be tough. I don’t know if the success of ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ makes things better or worse. Photos by FAMEFLYNET.....»»

While many fans were still recovering from Miz Lindsay's decision to send home baby faced Dean, the powerhouse attorney was busy taking her relationships with her final beaus to the next level. How?? By bringing them home to meet her family, of course! Related: BIP's Amanda Stanton Has Found Love Again Now, normally, the bachelorette's family is flown to some exotic location to meet up with the lead and her remaining men. However, the ABC dating competition broke from tradition this time around as Rachel's sister was eight months pregnant at the time of filming and couldn't travel. Thus Peter, Bryan, and Eric packed their bags and flew to Dallas for some quality time with the Lindsays. Unsurprisingly, not EVERYONE made a great impression on Rachel's fam. So let's dig into the hometown visit! As Peter is the frontrunner, it only seemed right that the gap toothed cutie get the first meet and greet with the Lindsays. Peter was VVV eager to spend time with Rachel as he totally dropped the ball in articulating how he feels about her. While shopping for baby gifts for Rachel's sister, Peter gushed to the season 13 lead: "You do mean the world to me. I want you to have so much confidence going into this in us and in me, and know that you're introducing a good person who is here for you. And I am falling in love with you." And he's back in the lead, y'all! The twosome then made their way to Rachel's residence for a hangout with her mom Kathy, her aunt Connie, her uncle Jeff, her sister Constance, and Constance's husband Alex. The Lindsay patriarch was noticeably absent during the family meeting, but he IS a federal judge so he probably opted out of appearing on a trashy reality show. Anywho, Peter's respectful and honest nature won over the Lindsays, especially Kathy. During a chat about Peter's hesitation to propose at the end of all of this, Rachel's mom actually appreciated the businessman's decision to not ask for her blessing. Way to be sincere AF, bb! Eric was next on deck -- and SUPER nervous about meeting Rachel's family. Why?? Well, because it's been six or seven years since the personal trainer has met a girl's family. But before we get into his visit with the Lindsays, let's cut back to the drama at the hotel between Bryan and Peter. Related: Ben Higgins Isn't Ready To Kiss Someone Else! As they're the two frontrunners, it isn't shocking to see that Peter and Bryan have some tension between them. Upon learning that Peter didn't ask Kathy for her blessing to propose to Rachel, Bryan told the Wisconsin native that he'd be doing just that. Peter was rightfully annoyed by this "ballsy" move and candidly told Bryan: "What's awkward is having to sit here with her other boyfriend, knowing that her other boyfriend is home with her family right now. I don't want to be sitting here with you right now, I'm not going to lie." Preach, bro. But, enough of these two, back to Eric... Eric has shocked us all by landing in the final three and, after a rocky start, has become the underdog we're all rooting for. Now, the 29-year-old definitely raised a few eyebrows when he admitted that his longest relationship didn't even hit the year mark. Still, Eric's earnestness seemed to win everyone over and he even snagged Kathy's blessing to propose to Rachel. Awwww. On meeting Eric, momma Lindsay dished: "Today was good. I was pleasantly surprised again at Rachel's choice. I like the fact that Eric appears very honest, and has a desire to get married and raise a family. I can understand why this is going to be a tough decision for her. Eric is still in the game, folks! And for the moment we've been waiting for, Bryan met with the Lindsay clan. We knew the moment Bryan started spitting lines Rachel's protective family would start grilling him. We mean, like we said, the Lindsay patriarch is a FEDERAL JUDGE! Before Bryan was introduced to Rachel's loved ones though, the Miami native met with two of the bachelorette's gal pals. While it may've seemed like Rachel was all about Bryan since day one, the legal expert dished to her friends: "Let's just be real: I thought he was a douchebag. I really did. I was waiting for the charm to [wear] off and he was like: ‘Look, I'm not going to let you mess this up.' " Of course, this comment inspired Bryan to turn up the charm even more. The smooth talking went over well with Rachel's friends, but NOT with the Lindsays. In fact, there was serious tension between the chiropractor and the Lindsay crew from the get go. Kathy even questioned Bryan's loyalties to Rachel after learning about his (seemingly unhealthy) relationship with his mother. Kathy went as far as to force Bryan to admit on camera (TWICE) that he'd pick Rachel's side over his mother's in the instance that the women butted heads. We're sure this gave Bryan's mother a heart attack. The interrogation against Bryan upset Rachel a ton as she told the cameras: "I was very excited to introduce Bryan to my family, but I felt like my excitement wasn't reciprocated by my family. I'm irritated at this point. The energy is totally different than it was the other two days with Peter and Eric." Later, when revealing her love for Bryan to her mother, Kathy shared that she doesn't feel comfortable with this notion. Rachel's sister clearly felt the same way as she questioned Bryan's sincerity. Nonetheless, Bryan came to Dallas to get Rachel's mother's blessing and was NOT leaving the family sit down without it. Reluctantly, Kathy told Bryan: "Because I trust her judgment, you have my blessing to take this initial love. And just build on that." Awkward! After three VERY different visits with the Lindsays, the final suitors were whisked away to La Rioja, Spain. Eric landed the first overnight date and boy did it go over well. Rachel took Eric on helicopter ride around the region even though he hates heights, and it further proved that he'll do anything to win the bachelorette's heart. In typical Bachelorette fashion, the outing ended with some down time and a declaration of love. Related: Rachel Gushes About Her 'Hopeless Romantic' Fiancé! After dancing around the word "love" for awhile, Eric gushed to Rachel: "I don't know if you understand how much you challenge me emotionally, making me feel vulnerable and open — it feels amazing. Everything about this feels right. You embody everything I would want in a wife. Nothing else matters. I'm just here to say that I'm in love with you. I tried to run … but this is it. I'm here. I'm here for you. I'm just a happy man. I've never felt this way about a girl, ever. Rachel Lindsay, I love you." We're not crying, YOU ARE! Rachel rewarded Eric's openness with an invitation to the Fantasy Suite. He said yes, because, duh. Peter had the next overnight date and was taken to a local vineyard for some fun. Yet their date took a serious turn as, later on, Rachel laid into Peter for his reluctance to propose. After sharing that she doesn't believe that getting engaged means they have to rush into marriage, Rachel relayed: "I didn't come this far and put my life on hold and sacrifice everything I had to do this to just have a boyfriend at the end of it — that's not what I want." You tell 'em, girl! Peter wouldn't budge though as he noted that he believes "an engagement is marriage." He added: "I don't want you to give up on what you believe and what you need in your life. We talked about trying to find the common ground — I just don't know what that is with something that is so polar opposite. I don't know how to get through that." *GASP* Understandably, Peter's admission was "absolutely devastating" to Rachel. The reality TV starlet even concluded to the cameras: "I don't know what to do. I was hopeful for what Peter and I could be, and then just like that, I didn't see it. Tonight, for the first time ever, I'm thinking Peter and I might not work out." Will Peter get the boot? Could Eric actually win this thing? We'll just have to wait and see! Don't forget, The Bachelorette airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC......»»

Appearing on CBS This Morning, the Praying songstress read a letter she penned to her 18-year-old self about the trials and tribulations ahead of her. The 30-year-old penned: "Dear Kesha, At this very moment you may be wondering whether it was really a good idea to drop out of high school. I moved to L.A. with nothing but your grandpa's Lincoln Town Car and a demo tape. I've got good news — and I've got bad news — and I know you're a tad impatient, so I'll start with the good news: You made it! And thank God because the best plan B we ever came up with was waitressing, and as you will soon find out, that was not really our forte." Related: Kesha Says Her New Album 'Quite Literally Saved My Life' And here is where the bad news comes in: "The bad news, is you nearly killed yourself on the road to success, fueled by fear of failure, crippling anxiety, and insecurity. You will become severely bulimic and anorexic — and the worse your disease gets the more praise you will get from some people in your industry, and this will really, really mess with your head. But when you are trying to live up to an unrealistic expectation, it's never gonna be good enough no matter what you do." The Woman singer also advised her younger self to skip the comments section on social media altogether in order to "save yourself from anxiety and a few years' worth of therapy": "Don't let people scare and shame you into changing the things about yourself that make you unique and interesting. Those are the qualities that will make your life so magical. That bad girl, ‘I don't give a shit' attitude, that'll work for a while and you will get a dollar sign tattooed on yourself that will last forever, probably. But the truth is, you don't need to put on an act. You can just be Kesha Rose Sebert. And guess what? Apparently that's good enough." The passionate letter concluded: "You must be strong because over time you will gain confidence and people will learn that words and art do matter. One day, you're gonna write a song called ‘Rainbow' and you're gonna be really proud of it because there is light and beauty after the storm no matter how hard things get. you're gonna write this song to remember to make it through and you're gonna remind yourself to love yourself and if you have truth in your heart there will always be a rainbow at the end of the storm." So powerful! Watch Kesha read the emotional message in the video (below)! [Image via CBS.].....»»

10 Tips to Help You Look and Feel Like a Millionaire (Even When You’re Not)

It’s often said that if you want to achieve something; first you need to act like that. It’s the “fake it until you make it” strategy and it’s often a very successful one. So how do you “fake it until you make it” with the millionaire lifestyle when you haven’t got those millions to make the transition easy? Here are 10 tips to help you look and feel like a millionaire, even when you’re not a millionaire: Revamp Your Wardrobe You can’t look like a millionaire without having a good wardrobe but that doesn’t mean spending a ton of money. It means buying fewer clothes but better clothes. A good rule of thumb is to spend 3 times as much as you would at the moment but buy one-third as many clothes. If you learn to buy wardrobes which mix and match well – you can wear the same item more often without dressing identically every day. Start Volunteering Want to hang out with millionaires and learn from them? You’d be amazed at how many wealthy people volunteer and support good causes. Do a little research; where do the movers and shakers hang out when they’re doing good work? Then go and join them. This is an incredibly inexpensive strategy and it will make you feel good to do something great in the community. The efforts you expend will increase your network and expose you to opportunities that you might never have seen otherwise. Show Good Manners Wealthy people have manners. It’s pretty much a staple expectation of those who’ve reached a certain station in life. It’s also good practice to be well-mannered anyway. People will like you more when you show restraint rather than huffing at someone for a minor delay or speaking down to someone because you’re irritated with them. It’s something that business colleagues and clients will appreciate to. Ladies –Ditch The Flat Shoes This is terribly sexist but it’s the way that society works. Elegant, wealthy women do not dress in a frumpy fashion. High heels mold the profile of a woman’s leg to suggest a certain sexuality; flat shoes, on the other hand, suggest that you don’t care about your appearance and that you’ve probably got a house full of cats in your future. The millionaire lifestyle isn’t always comfortable unfortunately – it’s always about putting your best foot forward (literally in this case). Start Collecting Something Rich people collect things; guns, medals, books, records, etc. are all items which can be collected and which draw wealthy, influential people. That doesn’t mean you need a copy of The Gutenberg Bible but events run for collectors often offer things that are much more affordable to those of us without billions in the bank. As you get involved in collecting; you’ll start reading up on the field and you’ll be able to converse with the wealthier collectors without sounding like an idiot – you don’t need a silver plated Colt handgun to know that it’s an interesting and fascinating piece and it’s that knowledge that [...].....»»

8 Tips to Fend Off The Post-Workout Munchies

A healthy lifestyle involves a healthy diet and a ton of exercise. The trouble is that a workout can lead to serious hunger pangs and if you let yourself; you’ll end up eating more calories than you burned during your workout and that’s going to mean that your exercise routine starts making you fat. Here are our tips to fend off the post-workout munchies to allow you to make the most of your workout: Your Brain Lies To You Post-Workout And So Does Your Calorie Tracker People’s brains are funny things; they may be hugely complex organic computers capable of more than any supercomputer on earth but they’re also often hugely inaccurate. When you work out – your body’s hormone levels drop and in particular the hormones that tell you that you’re full. On top of this; your body’s sugar reserves are plundered during the exercise and that triggers a message to your brain to fetch more sugar. This means that people are often far hungrier following exercise than the exercise justifies. A workout which burns 250 calories can lead to 500 calories worth of consumption. If you can recognize that this isn’t logical – you can start to take steps to prevent yourself from scoffing down every chocolate bar in the cupboard. In particular, you can stop using that calorie tracking tool to make food decisions. Don’t replace the calories on that tracker – make a point of only replacing half or fewer calories. (It’s important to note that calorie trackers are notoriously inaccurate and generally over-estimate the number of calories burned too). Eat Slowly Even When You Feel Famished That post-exercise hunger can make you feel like you haven’t eaten in weeks and that you’re literally starving. Except you’re not literally starving unless you also have a severe eating disorder. Assuming that’s not the case – you need to think about the fact that you’re not starving and eat slowly. When we’re really hungry we tend to wolf food down and because it takes our bodies roughly 20 minutes to let the brain know we’ve eaten properly – that means we pack in far too much food before the signal gets sent out. Slow down, chew more than you would normally (which is also good for digestion) and be prepared to wait a little for the brain to feel satiated again. It’s only going to be a few minutes. Get Proteins and Fats Into The Food Mix And Leave Them Until Last When we’re still hungry even after we’ve eaten well – it’s often because there wasn’t enough fat and protein in the meal that we’ve just had. While carbohydrates (sugars) are important; they’re quickly digested by the body and that makes us hungry again. It’s also worth noting that if you work out in the morning; there’s a lot of evidence which shows a breakfast with fatty content will not just make you feel less hungry but will make you smarter for the day too. (This is to do with fat stimulating the myelin (fatty) [...].....»»

The actress and singer opened up to the site about cultural appropriation, Kylie Jenner, and the Kardashian klan! Interestingly enough, those three things have gone together in the past, so maybe it's only appropriate the 23-year-old might have some thoughts on it?? Related: Keke Puts The "World" On Blast For Influencing An "Ugly" Kylie The Scream Queens star explained one point of view: "They feel like it's a situation where black people don't want nobody wearing braids, don't want nobody wearing kinky, curly, whatever. It's not really about that," she says. "It's when people get appreciated, congratulated, or credited for things that are not of their culture. Facts are the facts. A black girl such as myself couldn't go to school without being clowned about her hair sitting on the top of her head. When my hair was too crunchy and too hard and my crown was too high, I was teased and called ‘disheveled.' There was a time when women could not get jobs or go into a workplace without having their hair straightened." And she continued with this message: "It's not you wearing braids to get a job, wearing locs to get a job. You're doing it for kicks. That doesn't bother me, but don't be disrespectful to the culture that it came from." Keke does her best to be as authentic as possible despite the pressures of social media: "Everybody wants to make everybody so crazy, stupid, ugly, or dumb. People just become so judgmental, and it's easy for you to be scorned by that or take those things personal when the reality is people are projecting. That's also hard to believe, especially if you're a kind person or want to understand where people are coming from. So often people feel like, you know what, I'm just going to beat them to the punch and either degrade myself or be so damn perfect they have nothing to say. We've seen extremes of that." Using the Kardashian fam as an example, most specifically Kylie Jenner, the starlet divulged: "In the sense of the Kardashians, it's like I'm going to show you so much perfect and be everything a woman should be or everything a man would like or love. And I'm going to be exactly that so you can't bully me anymore. Specifically in the situation with Kylie [Jenner], where you've had a young girl people have seen on television since she was a kid and they literally told her she was so ugly … the ugly person in the family. She went and did apparently everything the world deems as beautiful. The even crazier part is that everybody loves her for it. What I find interesting is that this is something that is being displayed to my generation — showing young girls, young guys that if you do everything that society wants you to be, not only will you be praised for it but you will make money for it. You can be profitable for not being who you truly are." Palmer has clearly given this a lot of thought! Now wonder she's so aware, and that sounds exactly why she continues to be: "That's the thing we really have to be careful of and why I'm so honest about everything I'm going through — whether that's sadness, happiness, depression, anger, boredom, whatever it may be. We all go through it. And I feel really grateful to be in the industry for as long as I've been and to have people who have been with me this long in my career and stand on a platform and say, 'It's all a gag!'" Kesha Writes Moving Letter to Her 18-Year-Old Self

Kesha wrote a passionate and moving letter to her teen-aged self and shared it on television today. “Dear Kesha, At this very moment you may be wondering whether it was really a good idea to drop out of high school. I moved to L.A. with nothing but your grandpa’s Lincoln Town Car and a demo tape. I’ve got good news — and I’ve got bad news — and I know you’re a tad impatient, so I’ll start with the good news: You made it! And thank God because the best plan B we ever came up with was waitressing, and as you will soon find out, that was not really our forte,” Kesha began in a segment that aired on CBS. “The bad news is you nearly killed yourself on the road to success, fueled by fear of failure, crippling anxiety, and insecurity. You will become severely bulimic and anorexic — and the worse your disease gets the more praise you will get from some people in your industry, and this will really, really mess with your head. But when you are trying to live up to an unrealistic expectation, it’s never gonna be good enough no matter what you do.” Click inside to read the entire letter Kesha wrote to herself… “Don’t let people scare and shame you into changing the things about yourself that make you unique and interesting. Those are the qualities that will make your life so magical. That bad girl, ‘I don’t give a s—’ attitude, that’ll work for a while and you will get a dollar sign tattooed on yourself that will last forever, probably. But the truth is, you don’t need to put on an act. You can just be Kesha Rose Sebert. And guess what? Apparently that’s good enough,” she continued. “You must be strong because over time you will gain confidence and people will learn that words and art do matter,” Kesha concluded. “One day, you’re gonna write a song called ‘Rainbow’ and you’re gonna be really proud of it because there is light and beauty after the storm no matter how hard things get. you’re gonna write this song to remember to make it through and you’re gonna remind yourself to love yourself and if you have truth in your heart there will always be a rainbow at the end of the storm.”.....»»

Kristen Bell On Marriage To Dax Shepard: It "Takes A Lot Of Work" & She Disagrees With Him On "90 Percent" Of Issues!

No marriage is perfect, not even Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard's. Earlier this week, the Bad Moms actress opened up about all the work she and Dax have put into their marriage. Earlier this week, the Bad Moms actress opened up about all the work she and Dax have put into their marriage. This admission comes not long after fellow powerhouse couple Chris Pratt and Anna Faris announced their legal separation. So, we're guessing, Miz Bell just wants fans to remember that even famous duos face hardships!! Related: Kristen Served The Best GOT-Themed Snacks For The Premiere The Frozen star noted to Us Weekly: "Our marriage took a lot of work, takes a lot of work. I don't think people realize. It is not easy to work around another human being, but if you commit to it, you can pretty much permanently respect that person, but then it doesn't really matter if you disagree because you still respect that person. But on a daily basis, he just makes me laugh all the time. He's obsessed with attention, so he's constantly making jokes to try to get me to give him more attention or to get me to giggle. And you know, he was a stand up comedian, so I'm living with a comedian." Awwwww. However, Mr. and Mrs. Shepard agree on practically nothing, but they've learned how to accept each others' differing opinions. The A-lister continued: "I do disagree with him on 90 percent of the issues on the planet. But we have really wonderful, intense valued conversations about things, and I always see his point, even if I disagree. It's hard to do." Kristen and Dax sound like relationship gurus, tbh. We mean, the mother-of-two pretty much revealed the secret to maintaining a healthy relationship as she shared: "It's all about contempt. Never roll your eyes at someone. You might as well break up right then because its contempt. I'm telling you — I disagree with him on almost everything, but I have intense respect for his critical thinking skills and the fact that we were raised differently. I always see his point. I do not and will not ever have contempt for him." Okay, we're just gonna say it, #RelationshipGoals. The CHiPs costars hope their open communication is something their daughters, Lincoln and Delta, pick up on. In fact, if they fight in front of the young Shepards, they make sure to make up in front of them too. Kristen explained: "[Dax] said, 'Kids can see adults fight, particularly their parents, but you ever think about the follow through? When do they see them resolve it? When do they see them make up? And kids mimic us. That's how they grow,'" she explained. "We always make an effort to make them see. So the next morning I'll say, 'Hey, you know what Dad, I'm really sorry I was so frustrated yesterday when you were bringing in the groceries. I could have had a nicer tone in my voice.' And he would say, ‘Thanks for saying that, Mom, I know you were stressed.' And we let our kids see how to solve conflict and that was his idea. And if we don't genuinely wake up like that in front of each other, we will write the script to make them see." Genius. At the end of the day, we're just happy to hear that these two are still going strong!! [Image via WENN.].....»»

The better news: Season 7's midpoint ended with a kick ass, fire-breathing battle. But the best news: we finally got our mother fucking Stark family reunion, y'all!!!! Related: Game Of Thrones Hackers Threaten To Leak Even More! Sunday's fiery hour of the HBO fantasy hit gave fans almost everything they wanted -- including Arya back at Winterfell, an intimate cave scene that would make Ygritte jealous, and Daenerys finally taking Westeros by Stormborn. Read our recap of Episode 4: The Spoils of War (below)! [Spoils!] The Wolfpack Is Back It's been six long years of hiding out, bad haircuts, and learning how to be an assassin -- but Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) has finally returned to her home in the North. After being held at the gates of Winterfell by two annoying guards who don't believe she's who she says she is (OMG, just let her IN!) a girl has a lukewarm reunion with her big sis Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner). The Stark girls have an intimate catch up -- Sansa's now Lady of the North, Arya's killed dozens of enemies on her list, etc., etc. -- before Sansa shares that another sibling has returned home: Bran (Isaac Hempstead-Wright). Arya's reunion with Bran The Three Eyed Raven is slightly less awkward than his oh-BTW-I-know-about-that-time-you-got-raped chat with Sansa in last week's episode. He gifts Arya with a sexy new dagger and mentions her list, making Sansa realize he might not be lying about this whole clairvoyant thing after all. The coolest part of Arya's homecoming is when she challenges Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) to some friendly sword combat. After flattering Brienne by pointing out she's the only person at Winterfell who defeated The Hound, Arya shows off the deadly skills she picked up over the past few seasons. Who taught her such badass moves? "No one." (LOL, get it?) Fire And Ice Get Cozy The King in the North is still down south, and things are starting to heat up at Dragonstone. Jon Snow (Kit Harington) gives Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) a tour of the dragonglass caves he's about to mine to make weapons in hopes of defeating the White Walkers. Though, there's another discovery he wants to show the Mother of Dragons: a secret chamber full of petroglyphs drawn by the mystical Children of the Forest. According to the wall art, which features the same symbols the Walkers like to rearrange corpses in, the Children of the Forest fought alongside Man to defeat the common enemy. Jon explains this to Dany, and she swears to join his fight -- as soon as he bends the knee. (Each time she says this sounds more sexual.) Are we allowed to ship this secret aunt-nephew pairing? Because the heat between them could melt the Wall! After getting all hot and bothered in the cave, Dany receives some bad news about her Unsullied army storming Casterly Rock -- Cersei Lannister's (Lena Headey) army wasn't there, but a fleet of enemy Greyjoy ships was. The Lannister army was instead preparing for a siege, stockpiling all the kingdom's resources inside the walls of King's Landing. Realizing that a Dothraki army is useless without food to feed them, Dany impulsively vows to fly her dragons to the Red Keep and send the enemy ablaze. Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) advises against it, so Dany asks Jon his opinion -- which is essentially to cool off and think of another plan. But the advice Dany ends up taking was that of Olenna Tyrell (R.I.P.) a few episodes ago: "Be a dragon." Dracarys Inferno The Lannister army, overseen by Jaime Lannister (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau) and Bronne (Jerome Flynn), transports a wagon caravan containing the spoils of war toward King's Landing. Not fast enough, however, as they suddenly hear the war cry of the Dothraki army closing in. The Lannister men fall into a wall formation, but are caught off guard by another winged enemy -- Drogon flying overhead with Dany, who barbecues the human barrier with the simple command, "Dracarys." The battlefield gets intense, as the wagons -- and many, many soldiers -- go up in flames while the Dothraki take care of the enemy on the ground. Bronn manages to locate Qyburn's giant, dragon-piercing crossbow and fires a shot at Drogon. The wounded dragon plummets to the ground, where Dany struggles to remove the arrow. Seeing a vulnerable Mother of Dragons, Jaime attempts to live up to his "Kingslayer" moniker and charges at her with a spear. Of course, that doesn't end well for him. Drogon protects his mother and hocks up a fire blast right in Jaime's face -- who gets knocked off his horse (by Bronn or Dickon Tarly, we assume) at the last second and safely plunges into the river. The last we see is Jaime sinking into the water with his heavy armor. We're sure he's still alive, but Cersei is not gonna be happy when she finds out her brother/lover got roasted by a dragon. Next week is gonna be lit!!!! [Image via HBO.].....»»

Related: John Mayer Praises Bieber Amid Tour Cancellation It's said the pop star struck the trigger happy photographer while he was trying to leave a City Church event at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills. Apparently, the hitmaker handled the entire situation like a mature adult as, once he realized what happened, he parked his truck and got out to help the paparazzo. We're guessing the Biebs whispered Sorry a few times too! The 23-year-old clearly didn't hit the photographer on purpose as it's believed that the Canadian-born artist was being blinded by camera flashes at the time of the incident. One onlooker told E! News: "Justin slid into his truck in the alley. He got in the driver's seat and saw all the photographers flashing. He drove out slowly, and there was a group of photographers on the driver's side and a group on the passenger's side. Once he drove out, the driver's side paparazzo started walking around the front of the car. It was like a mob scene, flashing at him. The group on the right passenger side got pinned against Kourtney Kardashian's car, parked on the sidewalk. The guy fell down in the mob—kind of under the front of the car—and the wheel ran over his leg when Justin accelerated. When the photographers stopped flashing and knelt down to help their friend, that's when Justin realized he hit someone and got out of the car to help." Bieber went on to stay with the injured cameraman for 10 minutes until the paramedics arrived. How responsible of him! Watch footage from the accident for yourself (below)! BREAKING: Witnesses say Justin Bieber hit a photographer in Beverly Hills on Wednesday evening. Police say it appears to be an accident. pic.twitter.com/tTqgKmAkGb — ABC World News Now (@abcWNN) July 27, 2017 The A-lister even shut down some of the hysteria surrounding the situation as he supposedly yelled at one young girl for causing a scene. After a fan shouted something about "praying" for the photographer, Justin hit back with: "We don't need more people yelling here, OK? That's nice of you, but we don't need anybody else yelling, please." We see you, EMT Bieber! Once the cops arrived, the Despacito singer was "totally cooperative" and gave his statement about what exactly happened. Unsurprisingly, the police decided not to arrest the superstar. Per the police, Justin's victim is a 57-year-old man who suffered non-life-threatening injuries to one of his lower extremities. The photographer is being treated at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in El Lay. At the end of the day, we're just glad to hear that no one was badly injured!! [Image via WENN.].....»»

As we reported, Venus Williams was involved in a nasty car accident last month at a Florida intersection, where Jerome Barson died two weeks later from his injuries. While footage from the scene has since cleared Miz Williams' name in the criminal investigation, the victim's estate is still suing the tennis player for allegedly causing the fatal collision. Related: Venus Files Court Docs From Her Wrongful Death Lawsuit! On Thursday, the 911 call and police body camera footage -- of Williams, Barson, and his wife Linda -- were released. In one of the calls, a female witness identifies Venus, says "she was unfortunately at fault," and says the couple are injured and are unable to exit their vehicle. In the first part of the Palm Beach Gardens PD footage, the officer felt the athlete violated the other car's right of way, but didn't cite her because: "I think you got stuck in the middle of the intersection. It's one of those situations where you had the right way, but you lost the right of way." In the second clip, the Barsons sit in their Hyundai -- with their airbags deployed -- and are visibly shaken. As authorities approach the two, Jerome covers his knee with a bloody towel. Too busy watching Game of Thrones instead? Here's what you missed. The Kylie Cosmetics owner hates when people say her life is "perfect": "[I] laugh. In their face. Nobody has a perfect life. The only different thing about me, or out of the ordinary, really, is probably just that I have nice things. But what you realize when you get there -- when I know I could buy any car, any house -- is that that happiness lasts two seconds ... That's not my real happiness, that's not where I find happiness. I'm so blessed that I got to experience this at such a young age and learn that, so now I can find what really is going to make me happy." Related: Kylie's Butt -- An Evolution In Photos! The person you see pouting her lips for Instagram and Snapchat is NOT the real Kylie, apparently: "There's an image that I feel constantly pressured to keep up with. In order to stay relevant for the public, I have to be on Instagram and I have to be on Snapchat just keeping people entertained. And then there's who I really am around my friends. That's who I want you guys to get to know ... It's way easier for me to post on Snapchat or Instagram than it is to be out in public. I just feel like for so long I've been putting on this different persona to the world — I felt like I started to depend on social media, feeling the need to post all the time. I feel like I have to keep up this idea of who I am." Miz Jenner admits she became a more diluted version of herself after receiving a ton of negative feedback online: "I think I lost a lot of parts of myself. My funny side — when I was 14 I used to post all these funny videos all the time, just me being like, super weird and funny and myself. I feel like once I started getting a little bit bigger, then people really started to … everyone says mean things sometimes, it's just how social media is — it's a really mean, negative space ... Every single day I see something negative about me. When that started happening, that really affected me. So I was like: ‘I'm not going to show people that side of me anymore.' I'm kind of putting up a version of myself to the world that isn't fully me." From being home-schooled to only being able to take private jets, Kris Jenner's youngest daughter says growing up on TV has cost her a "normal" life: "I had to get home-schooled, not really because I wanted to but because I missed so much school because I was working. It's hard to feel normal. Because I always want to feel normal, that's the goal in my life ... I started filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians when I was 9 years old. I really don't know what it's like to not have everyone know who I am. I don't know what it's like to live a normal life, where people just don't know who you are, to get out of the car and not have everyone stare at you. I feel like when you grow up on camera, people think that they know you because you're on social media so much and you're on reality TV." She added: "I for sure didn't choose this life, but I'm not going to say that I'm totally innocent, because I am keeping up this lifestyle. I know I'm making myself more famous by having an Instagram and posting photos, but I'm not that type of person where I want all the attention. I don't like that. It actually freaks me out, because it reminds me that I'm ‘Kylie f—ing Jenner' ... A lot of people have it worse than me. It's just it is a lot to handle. Sometimes, I'm like: ‘This is it. I'm going insane.' I feel like this fame thing is going to come to an end sooner than we think. I'm getting the bug again, where I just want to run away. I just don't know who I'm doing it for." Do we feel bad for her? Are we watching this show?? Let us know in the comments (below)! In the meantime, ch-ch-check out some of Twitter's best reactions (below)! Chris Brown Details Abusive Relationship With Rihanna — "I Felt Like A Fucking Monster"

Chris Brown is telling us more than we've ever heard before. The Loyal singer is telling his side of what went down between himself and Rihanna back in 2009. Per a clip from the A-lister's documentary Chris Brown: Welcome to My Life, both Brown and RiRi were abusive in their highly profiled relationship. Related: Chris Should Stay [...] Chris Brown is telling us more than we've ever heard before. The Loyal singer is telling his side of what went down between himself and Rihanna back in 2009. Per a clip from the A-lister's documentary Chris Brown: Welcome to My Life, both Brown and RiRi were abusive in their highly profiled relationship. Related: Chris Should Stay Out Of Rihanna's Instagram Comments Apparently, things first went south for the couple when the hitmaker decided to tell the Work artist about a woman he slept with prior to their relationship, a tidbit he had previously lied about. On losing Rihanna's trust, Chris relayed: "My trust totally was lost with her, she hated me after that. I tried everything, she didn't care. She just didn't trust me after that. From there, it just went downhill because there were too many verbal fights, physical fights as well. Mutual sides. It is the first time I get to say anything. We would fight each other. She would hit me, I would hit her and it never was OK." Supposedly, the twosome tried to stop their fighting as Brown continued: "There was always a point where we'd talk about it like, 'What the fuck are we doing?' Like, 'I don't like you slapping me.' If I go on stage I got a scratch on my face and I gotta explain it like, ‘Oh, no I fell.' If you got a scar or a bruise you gotta put makeup on. I'm not ever trying to put my hands on any female...I felt like a fucking monster." Although, the 28-year-old was unable to keep that promise as the violence between the two escalated and resulted in Chris bashing Rihanna's face in at a Grammys event. He says the whole thing began when the woman he had previously slept with was at the Clive Davis event and approached the couple: "The ceremony's about to start, she's just crying...She got over it. She started drinking a little bit, we both was drinking a little bit. We was tipsy, laughing and then we left." However, while Brown says he didn't know the woman would be there, he apparently later got a text (which Rihanna saw) that implied he might've known. The singer revealed: "She starts going off, she throws the phone...'I hate you.' She hits me a couple more times. I remember she tried to kick me, but then I really hit her, with a closed fist, I punched her. I busted her lip. When I saw it, I was in shock. I was like, ‘Fuck' why the hell did I hit her? From there she just spit in my face, spit blood in my face and it enraged me even more. She takes the keys out of the car and fakes it like she throws them out of the window. I get out the car and I'm looking for the keys and somebody yelled and she yells out her door, ‘Help, he's trying to kill me.'" Well, it certainly is interesting to hear so much about this infamous night from Brown himself. He reveals even more about their relationship, the abuse, and how he feels about how everything went down in the video. We do hope this is a sign of Brown growing up and changing for the better. Although, we'll need more than this to believe it considering all that has gone down with Karrueche Tran. You can watch the clip for yourself (below). Leah Remini Hopes Season Two Of Her Anti-Scientology Docuseries Sparks A Federal Investigation Into The Faith

While the industry vet has her plate full with her new full-time gig on CBS' Kevin Can Wait, Leah is more determined than ever to take down her former faith. In fact, the 47-year-old hopes her A&E docuseries, titled Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath, will spark a federal investigation into the controversial Church. Related: Leah Talks Kevin Can Wait Casting Shakeup! As you likely know, through Aftermath Remini has profiled numerous ex-Scientologists who've been allegedly mistreated and targeted by the Church. On her series' recent Emmy nomination, the TV actress said she hopes to win in honor of the brave souls who've come forward to tell their stories. She explained to The Hollywood Reporter: "They don't get paid to do the show. The only thing they get is a hate website put out on them by Scientology. They get paid internet ads against them. Their families turn against them. Any award I get is for them." (Side note: Things might get awkward at the Emmys as Elisabeth Moss, a famous Scientologist, is nominated for a statue for her role in The Handmaid's Tale. Supposedly, the Mad Men star "believes that she can't talk to [Leah].") And if you thought Leah was brave for taking on Scientology after season one, just wait until you hear what she has planned for season two of the series. While the first installment of the show focused on the emotional disconnection the Church enforced, the second chapter will zoom in on "all of the abusive practices of Scientology — sexual abuse and physical abuse." Damn. Per Remini, she hopes the show will present enough damning evidence to warrant a federal investigation. The King of Queens alum noted: "I'm talking about the FBI, the police, the Department of Justice, the IRS. If the FBI ever wanted to get anywhere, all they would need to do is do a raid. Everybody who's ever gone to Scientology has folders, and anything you've ever said is contained in those folders." We're sure those who run Scientology are sweatin' right about now. Oh, and Leah isn't tip toeing around any controversial topics as she went into great detail about how the faith handles child molesters. Leah relayed: "Scientology policy dictates that children are grown men and women in little bodies. They believe a 7-year-old girl should not shudder at being passionately kissed. That's in Dianetics. If you join the Sea Org [a clergy class with a nautical heritage] as a child, your parents give you over to Scientology. Children are treated as crew. They are assets. And if a child is molested, that child and/or parent cannot go to the police, because it's against policy. They handle it in Scientology. They will usually bring the molester in and give them spiritual 'auditing,' or counseling." That's awful. To make matters worse, there is apparently a great deal of victim blaming within Scientology as she added: "[Victims] gets punished for 'pulling it in,' which is a Scientology term that means you did something that you're not telling the church about — and that's why you received the abuse. The child is usually made to do some kind of amends, to make up for what happened to them... there are no victims in Scientology. Anything that happens to you in Scientology happens to you because you made it happen." Smh. Now, Leah may view herself as an activist, but the Church has since dragged the outspoken celeb's program for being a "scam" and for promoting religious hate crimes. Scientology spokeswoman Karin Pouw said in a recent statement: "Leah Remini is just an actress whose current role is starring in a scam of a show whose singular goal is to incite religious hate and violence for ratings, money and Emmy nominations." Those are fighting words for sure. No wonder Leah says the show is "rewarding, but very taxing." Be sure to tune into Aftermath's second season premiere when it returns to A&E on August 15.
