The former child star roasted the 90th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday night by live-tweeting the prestigious ceremony -- all while doing fun things like making ramen, painting his toenails -- really anything except actually watching the awards show. Related: Oscars 2018 -- All The Viral Moments! The 37-year-old kicked off his eight-hour commentary by announcing he would not be tuning into the 2018 Oscars (WHA?), tweeting: I will be live tweeting the Oscars tonight, but I won't be watching them. WHA!?! That's crazy! Question: Do you guys have any suggestions for what I should be doing instead of watching the show? — Macaulay Culkin (@IncredibleCulk) March 4, 2018 What followed were jokes galore, including several shots fired at industry pariahs like James Franco, Casey Affleck, Kevin Spacey, and Harvey Weinstein. No star or film was safe from Culkin's crosshairs as the actor continued to make jokes about Lady Bird, Timothée Chalamet, host Jimmy Kimmel, and, yes, even himself! Ch-ch-check out the highlights of Mack's tweet-spree (below)! This year's Fashion Police are now wearing bodycams. #StayWoke #Oscars90 — Macaulay Culkin (@IncredibleCulk) March 4, 2018 EXCLUSIVE: I heard Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein were going to come disguised as a very tall man in a long trench coat but they got busted by security. #Oscars — Macaulay Culkin (@IncredibleCulk) March 4, 2018 Here's some things I'm doing instead of watching the #oscars 1. This Is Us Fans Are GUTTED By The Super Bowl Episode — See The Most Tear-Filled Twitter Reactions HERE!

AHHHHHHHH. We knew this was coming, but it still doesn't make it any easier! NBC and This Is Us finally revealed the way Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) died -- and it had all the feels following the Super Bowl. Related: Watch Sterling K. Brown's 2018 Golden Globes Acceptance Speech **WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD** While fans knew a fire was the catalyst for the Pearson patriarch's death, they weren't 100% positive he died in the fire. Fan theories of death caused by smoke inhalation had been circulating all week, and sadly they were confirmed Sunday night. You see, Jack wound up rescuing everyone by lowering them down into the yard from the second floor with a bed sheet. He was about to jump himself until the family could hear the barking of teen Kate's (Hannah Zeile) pup. At this point the audience could see Jack's hesitation to escape before trying to save the animal. And so could Rebecca (Mandy Moore). Rebecca demanded Jack leave the pet behind, but Father Of The Year couldn't let Kate down so he went back into the window to get the dog. So now teen Kate, Rebecca, and teen Randall (Niles Fitch) are all waiting for Jack to make it out when they see a blaze come through the room they last saw him in. It's this moment when both the family and the audience are panicking, thinking Jack is probably burning to death. Leave it to This Is Us to keep twisting the road though, because Jack DOES make it out of the house WITH the dog. (For all you Kevin fans, teen Kevin (Logan Shroyer) is out in the woods with girlfriend, so he is completely unaware of everything at this point.) Oooookay. So now the Pearsons have lost their house but not their hope as everyone seems to be FINE following the fire. Keyword here being seems. Jack has some burns on his body, and he has inhaled a dangerous amount of smoke. The EMTs are highly recommending he get to the hospital ASAP. Rebecca drops the kids off at Miguel's (Jon Huertas) and they head into the hospital to get the damage checked out. It's there that the doctor reiterates the unhealthy amount of smoke Jack took in, but for everyone concerned, things are generally looking safe. Rebecca takes this opportunity of relief to leave his room and make a few phone calls to nearby hotels. As soon as she left his room, ahhhh shit. Fans knew. As she's making the phone calls, the audience sees nurses and doctors scrambling behind her into Jack's room (completely out of her view). Things are NOT good. When she hangs up, she goes to the pathetically empty snack machine and grabs a candy bar. That's when the doctor walks up and starts telling her the news. Jack died of cardiac arrest. Jack died. JACK DIED. And he was completely alone when he died. She was not with him. JACK DIED. Inhaling that much smoke not only affects the lungs, but the heart too. It was too much damage. Jack died. The episode doesn't end there, but that's the moment everyone was waiting for -- the moment that had been torturously teased out over two seasons. In later scenes we learn: Rebecca spends every Super Bowl Sunday by cooking Jack's favorite lasagna and watching the big game by herself (Miguel gives her space every year on this day), Kevin (Justin Hartley) finally visits his father's place of rest and has a chat with his spirit, Jack sends Rebecca a sign every year on Super Bowl Sunday, Kate (Chrissy Metz) almost loses the VHS of her singing with Jack watching but Toby (Chris Sullivan) gets it saved with the help of a guy he knows, Kate uploads the video in the cloud (not on the cloud), Randall (Sterling K. Brown) celebrates the Super Bowl every year with a huge party for his daughters and their friends, Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) accidentally kills the new pet lizard and Randall comes to terms with his mourning of Jack when he gives a memorial for the pet reptile, Randall and Tess (Eris Baker) have a heart to heart where Tess reveals she's been feeling like Randall wants a new life but realizes that's not true and she'd actually like the family to foster again, Deja (Lyric Ross) comes back, and finally, we learn that Tess grows up to become a social worker who matches foster children with new homes -- and Randall meets her for dinner once a week at her office. Needless to say, fans have a lot to say about the wrecking ball of an episode on Twitter. Read the most cathartic responses (below): Call your parents, hug them, and spend quality time with them. You never know when it will be the last time. Omg, this episode broke me! I cried the whole time. @NBCThisisUs #ThisIsUs — SandyT (@sassygirlcanada) February 5, 2018 Remember when Randall told William he needed to have a nurse so he "wouldnt die while no one was watching" now we know why 😭 #ThisIsUs — What a story, Mark (@WhatAStoryMark2) February 5, 2018 Me: Ok I know that this is the #ThisIsUs episode where Jack dies. See what the creator and the cast had to say (below): Just so everyone knows it....#JackPearson lives in all of our hearts. He’s you. He’s me. He’s Us. Thank you all for supporting our show. We love you all :) And this isn’t the end of Jack. Stay tuned. #ThisIsUs. MV — Milo Ventimiglia (@MiloVentimiglia) February 5, 2018 Ooof.💔 I think we could all use a little support right now. It all started when a coworker's shrimp fried rice went missing -- and it turned out the theft was caught on video. Video: Watch Katy Perry Stuff Her Face On Japanese TV Show! The twists, the turns, and tension that happened next in this quiet post-production office were captured from just feet away by Twitter user Zak Toscani, leading to countless questions and conspiracy theories. Ch-ch-check out the entire saga (below)! Co-worker got his lunch stolen and they’ve agreed to let him watch the security camera tape. This is the most excited I’ve ever been at any job ever. Ever. — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 29, 2018 The lunch in question was shrimp fried rice which means this escalates from a misdemeanor to felony no doubt — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 29, 2018 Case facts: Lunch was in fridge for less than an hour before it vanished. No shrimp smell remnants in the microwave or kitchen area. This was a professional hit no doubt — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 29, 2018 HOLY SHIT. He’s back. He watched the tape. He knows who did it. — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 29, 2018 So the man who’s lunch was stolen sits across from me. The person who stole his lunch sits RIGHT NEXT TO ME! She left for the day before the investigation started — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 29, 2018 According to the video, this psychopath DIDNT EVEN EAT THE FOOD. She took it out of the fridge and threw and buried it in the trash — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 29, 2018 Her motives remain completely unknown. In lieu of what he saw on the tape he has decided to not to press the matter anymore. I can’t say I blame him. We don’t know what this women’s fully capable of — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 29, 2018 That was it for Thursday. After all, she was gone. But the other shoe dropped on Friday... Points to clarify: he bought the shrimp fried rice around 11:30am (carry out) and put it in the fridge to chill until he takes lunch at noon. So she had exactly a 30min window of time to do what she did. There was no intention of microwaving the food — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 Update: Ok so when dude watched the video with HR they asked "what do you want to do about it?" he told them he was solely interested in who did it and that he didn’t want to be responsible for someone getting fired — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 After charges were dropped, HR sent a company wide email about not stealing people’s lunches. She is scheduled to arrive at work in 20min. My blood is on cocaine — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 She has walked into the room. And the room is dead silent. Dead fucking silent yet there is a palpable explosive energy pulsing through everyone but her — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 From the moment she walked in, I’ve just been staring at her. Watched her open her email and now she clicked on the goddamn HR email! Holy fuck strap in - here we go! — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 I can’t move. I simply cannot move, anything could happen right now — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 !!!! After seeing the HR email she says out loud "woah. Someone stole a lunch? Who would do something like that?" !!! I may have to run out of this room — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 After she said that, shrimp guy responds "well yea it’s not ok to throw someone’s food away" we’re all about to start screaming — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 This shits about to get crazier. After he says that she goes "oh it was your lunch?" BEAT she continues "well why would you go to HR about that?!" — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 She has simultaneously denied her involvement AND called the guy who saved her job a snitch!!!!!!!!! — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 Dude just sighed and went back to work after she said what she said. She looks frightwningly calm — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 I’ll keep updating if anything else occurs but all I can say is that EVERYONE in the office from the janitor to the founder knows what she did. She now carries an invisible scarlet letter — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 This is real. This is happening. We know who did it but we don’t know why. It’s a post production company so we’re in fact open today. She’s been sitting 3ft from me this whole time — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 Unbeknownst to the guy and the woman, I just ordered 3 shrimp fried rice plates for lunch and will be hand delivering them — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 She took the fried rice from me with a big smile on her face. She’s eating it and loving it. This is utter ruthlessness — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 "I LOVE shrimp fried rice" - the thief — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 I wish I could close this up with a neat little bow, but, it appears that we may never know why she did it. Maybe she doesn’t know she did it. Either way I’m now forced to work 40hrs a week next to a cold blooded individual — Zak Toscani (@zaktoscani) March 30, 2018 Yes, it just ended. But many were just fine with it! For instance... I love this ending. I don't need to know why she did it, I enjoyed the ride. Thanks for today. — Lin-Manuel Miranda (@Lin_Manuel) March 30, 2018 What do YOU think the thief was thinking?? [Image via Twitter.].....»»

Donald Trump Thinks Movies Are Too Violent, Suggests Some Kind of "Ratings System"

We promise we're not trying to be The Onion. This actually happened. Donald Trump actually found a new scapegoat for gun violence on Thursday, which is to say he found an old scapegoat: violent video games and movies. After talking about how violent video games are shaping young minds, he moved to movies, saying: "You see these movies, they're so violent. And yet a kid is able to see the movie if sex isn't involved, but killing is involved. And maybe they have to put a rating system for that." Trump knows they get all our movies and video games in other countries, right? And yet they don't have nearly so many mass shootings or gun deaths. Interesting. Video: Trump Is 'Very Strongly' Considering Arming Teachers! Also, how long has it been since Trump watched a movie?? They've had ratings for DECADES. Oh, and video games too. And since it's 1999 again apparently, we'll go ahead and save him the time and tell him the popular music albums with the naughty words have explicit labels too. Anything but guns, right? See Trump's bizarre distraction and one Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting survivor's much more mature response to it (below): [Image via CNN.].....»»
