This Actress Is in Both "Cloverfield Paradox" & "10 Cloverfield Lane"

Suzanne Cryer has a small role in Paradox as a newscaster interviewing the author of the book “The Cloverfield Paradox.” Suzanne was also seen in 10 Cloverfield Lane as the woman who tried to get into the shelter while her face appears to be peeling off. There’s no word yet on whether the two roles are connected, but some eagle-eyed fans have been pointing this out on Twitter! The Cloverfield Paradox is the third film in a series produced by J.J. Abrams. The movies are all set in the same universe in which monsters invade Earth, though all of them follow different story-lines. You might also recognize Suzanne from her work on shows like Silicon Valley and The Fosters. Also, I don't know if anyone else caught it, but the woman on the news (Suzanne Cryer) is actually the same woman who tries to get into the shelter on 10 Cloverfield Lane. pic.twitter.com/sL7V3ZLsA1 — Chrissy 🎮 (@yssrhc) February 5, 2018 Question: is Suzanne Cryer supposed to be the same character as in 10 Cloverfield Lane? Neither one has an actual name #TheCloverfieldParadox — Kerry Antonio Banderas (@Kas_writes) February 5, 2018 I really wish I hadn't noticed that actress Suzanne Cryer was in BOTH "10 Cloverfield Lane" as the crazy woman outside the shelter door and "Cloverfield Paradox" as a reporter. Yeah that's a paradox alright -_- — John Andersen (@JohnAndersen21) February 5, 2018.....»»

ATTN: American People! Here Is The Next Big Scandal Donald Trump Will Probably Get Away With!

We hope you're sitting down for this: Fox News is being sued… and it's NOT for sexual harassment! No, the latest legal trouble to plague the network is about Donald Trump's favorite subject: fake news. In case you haven't heard the story of how a young Democratic National Committee staffer named Seth Rich was the one who [...] We hope you're sitting down for this: Fox News is being sued... and it's NOT for sexual harassment! No, the latest legal trouble to plague the network is about Donald Trump's favorite subject: fake news. In case you haven't heard the story of how a young Democratic National Committee staffer named Seth Rich was the one who gave the DNC info to WikiLeaks, good -- because it's complete bullshit. Related: Sean Hannity Lost A LOT Of Advertisers After Spreading The Story! Even Fox retracted the story after a week, after a groundswell of offense -- see, Rich was murdered tragically young and was unable to defend himself. Of course, right wing conspiracy theorists used this as part of the narrative; he must have been murdered by the evil Democrats. Disgusting. Fox News tarnished the name of a dead man for what? Ratings? Nope. According to a new lawsuit filed on Tuesday, it was about distracting the American public from the Russia investigation -- and at least one person involved said TRUMP SIGNED OFF ON IT. Former police detective and sometime Fox News paid commentator Rod Wheeler claims in his suit that the story was knowingly fabricated by a reporter named Malia Zimmerman and a wealthy Trump supporter named Ed Butowsky to "establish that Seth Rich provided WikiLeaks with the DNC emails to shift the blame from Russia." Butowsky openly admits he reached out to Rich's parents and convinced them to let him hire Wheeler to investigate the murder. But according to the lawsuit, it was NOT to find the truth, but because they already had the story planned and wanted a credible source: "Specifically, it was their aim to have Mr. Wheeler confirm that: Seth Rich was responsible for the leak of DNC emails to WikiLeaks; and Seth Rich was murdered by a Democrat operative because he leaked the emails to WikiLeaks." Wheeler and Butowsky even met with Sean Spicer to give him updates on the investigation; Spicer admits the meeting took place but says the President didn't know about it. But that's not what Butowsky said at the time. In a text message sent to Wheeler at the time, Butowsky explicitly refers to Trump approving the story: Butowsky now claims he was kidding about the President's involvement. Interesting how often they use that excuse, isn't it? That same excuse cyber bullies and Twitter trolls always use. Huh. BTW, there are also voicemails available with the same confirmations. He doesn't sound like he's "kidding." If this is true, the President is partially responsible not just for spreading fake news but for CREATING it. Related: 10 Times Donald Trump Helped Spread Fake News! When Wheeler didn't give Butowsky exactly what he wanted, the lawsuit says, Zimmerman wrote up the article with fake quotes from Wheeler, including: "My investigation up to this point shows there was some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and Wikileaks." This article and these quotes became the basis of Fox News' reporting on the story. According to the lawsuit, Butowsky had a hand in that as well, coaching the hosts of Fox and Friends on how to talk about it. Afterward Wheeler came out against Fox News, saying he had been misquoted. Eventually the network had no choice but to retract. Even though Fox News pulled the story, which appears to have no basis in fact, Butowsky kept it going. He tweeted: "Fox News story was pulled b/c Rod Wheeler said [he] didn't say a quote ... How much did DNC pay him?" Of course. Because anyone who denies the story is part of the coverup. Now Wheeler is suing over the tarnishing of his name. According to the suit: "Wheeler was subsequently forced to correct the false record and, as a result, lost all credibility in the eyes of the public. Mr. Wheeler has suffered irreparable damage to his reputation and his career will likely never recover." Well, he's right about that. And yet somehow Zimmerman is still working on stories for Fox News... Video: Late Night Hosts Bid Farewell To Fired Anthony Scaramucci The troubled network is already defending itself against the claims. President of news Jay Wallace released a statement saying: "The accusation that FoxNews.com published Malia Zimmerman's story to help detract from coverage of the Russia collusion issue is completely erroneous. The retraction of this story is still being investigated internally and we have no evidence that Rod Wheeler was misquoted by Zimmerman. Additionally, Fox News vehemently denies the race discrimination claims in the lawsuit — the dispute between Zimmerman and Rod Wheeler has nothing to do with race." So was Trump a part of all this? Was he willing to spread false information to distract from his own political problems, to blame a murder victim to defend himself? Well, we are talking about a man who takes money from children's cancer charities, so it's not the greatest leap. [Image via FoxNews.].....»»

Following all of the Cannes drama, Kourtney sat down with sis Khloé Kardashian to talk about Scott's "predictable" partying in the South of France. While KoKo called Disick's multi-woman romp "so slimy and gross," sis Kendall Jenner (who hopped on the phone with the older Kardashians) revealed that she warned the father-of-three not to come to Cannes. Apparently, she ordered Scott to cancel Bella Thorne's flight. She admitted: "I said, 'Cancel your flights. Cancel her ticket.'" If only he had listened... Later on in the episode, Kourtney shared that she and Scott have since talked about the Cannes dramz. Apparently, Lord D was feeling VVV blue -- and Kardashian couldn't be more over the dramatics. The mother-of-three explained: "Scott has been calling me. … I'm his therapist. He feels disgusting... I need to distance myself." Smart move, momma!! Now here's the tea we care about, during the episode, Kourtney dropped a major truth bomb about how she met her stunning beau. Shockingly, Younes and Kourtney met while clubbing in Paris ahead of Kim Kardashian West's headline making robbery. On how the 24-year-old won over the reality TV vet, Kardashian dished: "I was just drunk...He literally grabbed my hand and was like, ‘It's 5 in the morning we're leaving.'" HAWT. She continued: "The next night … we walked into that club. We walked into the bathroom and that's when we got the phone call about Kim … He was like, ‘I'm not leaving you guys' and he had to translate." Awwwww. What a good guy!! While Kourt couldn't be happier in her romantic situation, Scott's serial dating has left him feeling unfulfilled. While chatting with Keeks, Disick noted: "I'm trying to find happiness and these girls are not fulfilling that." Sorry, Bella! Still, despite the drama, Scott and Kourtney appear to still be cordial as they had a candid conversation about a potential fourth baby while sitting with friends. Surprisingly, the 34-year-old admitted that he'd be down to have another kiddo with his ex, but would "do it artificially so it's not weird." Kourtney appeared to be less down with the plan, as she concluded: "In that case, I'd rather just not have another one." SAVAGE. Like we said, Kourtney and Scott are really over, folks! Other highlights included Tristan Thompson's KUWTK debut, a family trip to Cleveland, etc. Be sure to get more deets on Sunday night's episode by taking a peek at the recap video (above)!.....»»

It’s a proud and storied part of the biz that happens each Spring, and recently the major networks went through the process of deciding which series would be getting the boot and which would be renewed for another season. People with rich personal lives often pick a canceled show to flip their shit over, and this year it was Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I think Chelsea Peretti is a funny chick, but actress Andy Samberg is an annoying chick, and if she was half as funny as she thinks she is, she’d still be shit. I hate that show. And of course it got renewed after fan uproar. Check out the full list of renewed series, via TVbythenumbers, and let us know what needs to go. As we reported last week, in a statement read by host Sara Gilbert on The Talk, the now-43-year-old says he suffered "regular verbal attacks," "mental abuse," and "physical assault" from Baio while on the 1980s show. At a press conference with lawyer Lisa Bloom in Woodland Hills, California, Polinsky detailed that abuse: "I was sexually harassed by Scott Baio and ultimately assaulted by him between the ages of 12 and 15 years old... During the first year of the show, I was 11 or 12, I observed Scott with our costar Nicole on his lap backstage. I was so naive I innocently hopped on his lap expecting to hear a story about Fonzi or Happy Days, or something awesome; Scott Baio was a hero to me, I was 11 years old. Scott immediately threw me off him and began angrily calling me 'f*ggot' while Nicole laughed. I felt confusion, shame, and then fear when I realized I had judged the situation wrong. It was innocent; it was sexual in nature... Scott Baio began a pattern of abuse that was unrelenting. Baio repeatedly told me about gay sex acts that he told me I would grow up to perform. I would protest and ask him to stop saying these things, but he said it was for my own good. Scott told me of his sexual conquests with young girls and the costars of the show. At the same time tried to convince me I was unlovable, defective, and branding me with the most vulgar words for homosexuals that exist. Scott pulled down my pants in front of over 100 people. And on another time he laughed as he cut a hole in the canvas wall of my private dressing room on set and exposed his genitals to me. One of the most painful memories of my childhood was when Scott and I were backstage waiting to enter the set for a scene. I faked a basketball to him; he got startled and out of anger assaulted me by throwing a burning hot cup of tea in my face... I believe I was being subjected to mental torture in retaliation for what I had seen. The abuse continued through the run of the show. The adults around me on set were aware of these things but were too scared of losing a job on a hit show to act." Horrible. Just horrible. Lionel Richie Thinks Scott Disick Is The "Worst Person" For Sofia Richie To Date!

Lionel Richie just wants the best for his daughter Sofia Richie, and it sounds like Scott Disick isn't it! As we previously reported, the new American Idol judge revealed he's "scared to death" over the two dating, but still kept his cool considering his 19-year-old offspring is seeing a 34-year-old. Related: Sofia & Scott Get Hot & Heavy At The Beach! Sounds like he's a lot more worried than he's coming off though, as a People source divulged more of the singer's feelings about Sofia and Scott's new relationship: "He thinks Scott is the worst person she could ever see and that he raised her better than that." Yikes! No wonder Lionel isn't too excited about the pair being together: "He thinks she should have more respect for herself as a young woman. Lionel knows Scott's playboy ways and he doesn't want to see his daughter get hurt." And the dad-of-three may be right, as the insider continued: "Sofia is much more invested in the relationship than Scott. Scott isn't treating this as a long-term relationship whatsoever. He is just having fun. Sofia wanted commitment from him, so he committed to be her ‘boyfriend.'" Meanwhile, Kourtney Kardashian isn't totally out of the picture: "He still has Kourtney at the top of his mind all the time, and he is still texting and flirting with other girls. Sofia is very young and naive and doesn't know what she's in for. She feels like she's in the in-crowd right now and loves that Scott has swagger and money and that he loves to travel and party." The two only went public in September, so time will tell, right?? [Image via Andres Otero/Judy Eddy/Derrick Salters/WENN.].....»»

Related: Scott Shows Off Bikini-Clad Sofia On Weekend Getaway! This is the first time the pair has been spotted publicly together WITH the kids, so it's kind of a big deal! An eyewitness claimed that Scott and Sofia opted for an early dinner with two of the three children -- arriving at Nobu around 6:30 pm on Friday night, and leaving just after 8:00 pm. Mason Disick and Penelope Disick joined them for the dinner, which marks the very first time that we know of that Sofia spent some time with at last part of Scott's family.
