Susan Sarandon Thinks "We Would Be At War" If "Very Dangerous" Hillary Clinton Was President!

Susan Sarandon has been accused of being partly responsible for electing Donald Trump as president — and apparently she doesn't regret it one bit! Because while the actress isn't particularly impressed with our new POTUS' performance in Office, she still doesn't think Trump was necessarily the greater of the two evils in the 2016 presidential election. Because while the actress isn't particularly impressed with our new POTUS' performance in Office, she still doesn't think Trump was necessarily the greater of the two evils in the 2016 presidential election. Related: Trump Declares Himself The 'Favorite' President The 71-year-old admitted she hasn't "exactly" said that Hillary Clinton was more dangerous in the long-run than Trump, but she does believe the former Democratic nominee would have the country at war had she won the election. When asked by The Guardian if she really said that HRC was the more dangerous nominee, Sarandon clarified: "Not exactly, but I don't mind that quote. I did think she was very, very dangerous. We would still be fracking, we would be at war [if she was president]. It wouldn't be much smoother. Look what happened under Obama that we didn't notice." Huh. We don't think Hillary would try to instigate Kim Jong-Un into launching a nuclear attack via Twitter name calling. But maybe we're just biased? Due to her vocal non-endorsement of Hillary, the actress -- a Bernie Sanders supporter who voted for Jill Stein in the general election -- says she continues to get flack from the left even while standing with them on select issues. Video: Chris Cuomo Couldn't Care LESS About The Royal Engagement! When Sarandon announced she stands with Dreamers earlier this year, she says she received backlash from leftist critics who blamed her for the very predicament she was speaking out against. While she's "flattered" her haters think she single-handedly gave Trump the presidency, the Feud star says that finger-pointing mentality is exactly why the DNC is in the shitter. She added: "That's why we're going to lose again if we depend on the DNC [the Democratic National Committee], because the amount of denial. I mean it's very flattering to think that I, on my own, cost the election. That my little voice was the deciding factor." So what was the deciding factor for Trump winning the election? Well, that's what Sarandon says we need to start examining: "People are really hurting; that's how this guy got in. What we should be discussing is not the election, but how we got to the point where Trump was the answer… you can't judge by the mainstream media what's going on in the country. How did we lose all our journalists and media?" She certainly raises a lot of interesting questions. Head to The Guardian to read Sarandon's full interview, where she talks more about politics and her thoughts on Hollywood's sexual harassment scandal. When that happened, I started reeling. People think that’s a joke, but that really happened to me,” Susan told THR. One day on the set, Susan went to drop off clothes in Knepper‘s trailer. That’s when she says he allegedly reached under her dress and grabbed “as hard as he could.” “I’m going to f*ck your brains out,” Susan said he said before she escaped screaming “I’m working, I’m working!” “I flew out of that trailer as fast as I could. I just kind of fell out the door, and landed in the dirt on my knees,” she continued. Susan added that Knepper grabbed so hard that a piece of her skin and hair were torn off in the alleged attack. “I just sat there and cried for a while. My dress was torn, I was dirty,” she continued. “I just sat there and got myself together and went back to the wardrobe trailer.” Susan‘s assistant at the time Dominique DuBois, corroborated the incident.”I remember Susan came in and she was visibly shaking,” she said, “She told me [Robert Knepper] had forced himself on her. She was very upset, very shaken. I do remember that.” Robert Knepper has also starred in 2007′s Hitman, 2008′s Transporter 3, one of the Hunger Games films, a recent stint on Homeland, and more......»»

Here is what the A Bad Moms Christmas co-stars had to share with the mag: Kathryn on her happy-life parenting secret: “I found my tribe of moms who have the same philosophy as I do of not taking myself too seriously. We have a thing we say: ‘Unsubscribe!’ If there is any noise coming at us, we just unsubscribe.” Kathryn on the best mom-to-mom advice she’s received: “I remember hearing the saying ‘The days are long, but the years are short’ a lot. It’s true, when you’re in young parenthood…I would dread the night. But it also goes by so freakin’ fast — it’s like instant nostalgia, being a parent. I remember looking at 3-to-6-month onesies and thinking, Oh, she’ll never be in those, and now my daughter uses them for her dolls.” Susan on the worst mom-to-mom advice she’s received: “I think it was ‘Don’t have the baby,’ as though it would ruin my career, and I was so old anyway. I had my first baby at 39 and my third at 45, and with each child, [people were] like, ‘Are you crazy? Don’t!’” For more from the issue, visit GoodHousekeeping.com!.....»»

As you surely know, Susan Bro lost her daughter on Saturday after a car rammed into a crowd of counter-protesters at a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. While Bro initially thanked POTUS for condemning those who promote violence, she has since changed her opinion of the president following his controversial press conference this week. Related: One Woman Charged After Protesters Tear Down Confederate Statue Susan explained to Good Morning America's Robin Roberts: "I hadn't really watched the news until last night and I'm not talking to the president now, after what he said. It's not that I saw somebody else's tweets about him, I saw an actual clip of him at a press conference equating the protesters ... with the KKK and the white supremacists.... You can't wash this one away by shaking my hand and saying, ‘I'm sorry.' I'm not forgiving for that." Hear! Hear! Although POTUS and his team have reached out to Susan on a number of occasions, Susan feels this outpouring of support is simply a part of a "political agenda" and she is "resistant to that." Now that Susan has laid her daughter to rest, she hopes to "forward Heather's mission." We're sure Heather would be so proud of her mother. "What"s The Fucking Point?" John McCain Says Hillary Clinton Should Stop Talking About Her Election Loss — Read His Sharp Words!

John McCain might not know exactly what happened in the 2016 election, but he doesn't need Hillary Clinton to keep explaining it. In a new interview with Esquire, the 2008 Republican presidential nominee critiqued Clinton's recent campaign memoir What Happened, in which she relives and reflects on her stunning loss to Donald Trump. Related: Susan Sarandon Thinks We'd Be 'At War' If Hillary Was President! Knowing a thing or two about losing to a presidential election, McCain had some sound advice for his fellow unvictorious nominee: to "just shut up" about her loss already! Advising HRC to go against the "irresistible" impulse to justify her campaign strategies and performance, McCain said: "You've got to understand that you can't rewrite history. One of the almost irresistible impulses you have when you lose is to somehow justify why you lost and how you were mistreated: ‘I did the right thing! I did!' ...The hardest thing to do is to just shut up." OK, but losing to Barack Obama is quite different than losing to an orange toilet. For that reason alone, Hillary has been shamelessly pointing fingers as to who's responsible for President Trump (the Russians and Susan Sarandon, obvi). Related: Bill Clinton About To Face Allegations From Four More Women! However, McCain thinks she should be focused on moving forward instead of rehashing the past. He added: "What's the fucking point? Keep the fight up? You've got to move on." Sure, it's one thing to sit there and feel sorry for yourself, but Clinton voters need some explanation as to why she isn't running the country, right? And you can purchase that explanation on your Kindle for just $14.99! Do YOU think Hillary should move past the election?? [Image via NBC/WENN.].....»»
