Sylvester Stallone Accused Of Sexually Assaulting A Teenage Fan In The Late "80s — Details Here

Sylvester Stallone has been added to the long list of A-listers who've been accused of sexual misconduct. Reportedly, the Rocky star was accused of sexual assault by a 16-year-old girl back when he was filming a movie in Las Vegas in the late '80s. This shocking accusation has come to light thanks to a police report obtained by DailyMail.com. Related: Senator Franken Asks For An "Ethics Investigation" Amid Groping Scandal! It's said the industry vet was 40-years-old when a teenage female revealed to the Vegas police department that Stallone had "intimated" her into having sex with him and his bodyguard Michael "Mike" De Luca. Per the woman's accusation, the incident took place at the former Las Vegas Hilton hotel in July 1986. In the report, the teenager claims she had sex with Syl and that he encouraged his body man to join them. Despite feeling "very uncomfortable" with the situation, the young woman stayed as she felt she had "no choice." De Luca then allegedly forced the victim to perform oral sex on him before he moved on to penetrating her. While De Luca had sex with the teen, it's said Stallone received oral sex from the young woman. To make matters worse, after the incident, Stallone allegedly threatened the teen that "they would have to beat her head in" if she told anyone about their encounter. Ultimately, the woman chose not to press charges as she was "humiliated and ashamed," on top of being "scared." Retired detective sergeant John Samolovitch, who ran the sexual assault unit at the time, confirmed that "the copy of the police report is in fact a true copy of the original report." Related: Angelina Jolie Addresses Hollywood Misconduct In U.N. Speech Man, oh man. Although Stallone is still alive, De Luca died back in 2013 after he was shot by California police during a traffic stop. Sylvester reportedly met the 16-year-old while he was at the Hilton filming the film, Over the Top, and she was there on a family vacation. Apparently, she was introduced to the movie star after she met Stallone's on-screen son, David Mendenhall, at the hotel's arcade. Upon learning the girl was only a teenager, Syl allegedly asked "how she got such a build." Ew. Later on, the youngster stopped by the film set, in the hopes of getting an autograph for a friend. During this visit, it's said De Luca asked the teen what she'd do if Stallone's propositioned her. At the time, the girl quipped that she "would probably make a pass back at him." De Luca then handed her two keys to a hotel room and told her to head up to the 27th floor "as soon as possible." According to the police report, the teen was very emotional as she recounted the sexual incident to the authorities. They specified: "She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn't know what she wanted to do." Following her decision not to press charges, the unnamed victim signed a no prosecution form and the investigation was dropped. The cops did take away Mike's concealed weapon permit. This bombshell allegation came only a year before Stallone's half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti accused the actor in a lawsuit of rape and assault. The superstar vehemently denied the claims, but eventually settled to pay Filiti $2 million, as well as, $16,666 a month for the rest of her life. Toni-Ann, who was a known drug addict, died in 2012 after a lung cancer battle. We have a feeling Stallone's reps will be releasing a statement on this controversy, so don't forget to check back for any and all updates! [Image via WENN.].....»»

Brigitte Nielsen Slams Sexual Assault Allegations Against Ex-Husband Sylvester Stallone!

Brigitte Nielsen is calling bullshit on the recent sexual assault allegations made against Sylvester Stallone. Last week, it was reported that the action star met a 16-year-old girl on the set of his 1986 film Over the Top. The action star was accused of inviting the girl to his hotel room at the Vegas Hilton where he allegedly forced her to have oral sex with him as his bodyguard raped her. Sly unequivocally denied these allegations through a rep, calling the story "ridiculous" and "categorically false." Related: Stallone Allegations Bring His Half-Sister's Rape Claims Back Into Spotlight Unfortunately, denials alone don't hold enough merit these days. But fortunately for the action star, his ex-wife has come forward to corroborate his defense. Speaking to TMZ, Nielsen says there's no way the Rocky star could have sexually assaulted ANYONE while filming Over the Top, because she was with him the whole time! The Danish-Italian actress explained the two were newlyweds during the summer Stallone filmed the action flick. According to Bridg, any downtime Sly had was spent with his new bride in their hotel room. She dished: "During the summer of 1986 we were newlyweds. I was inseparable with Sylvester when 'Over the Top' was being shot in Las Vegas. The story claims that at approximately 8:30 in the evening during the shoot of the movie the person claims she was in our suite at the Hilton Hotel. This incident did not occur. Most of the day, I would watch him film, then we'd have dinner and go to our room. No other person was in the room with him, but me." Sounds like Nielsen kept a real close watch on her then-husband. Related: A Dozen Women Accuse Ron Jeremy Of Sexual Assault While the two exes haven't spoken in almost 30 years, Nielsen said it would have been "impossible" for Stallone to have committed any of the acts he was accused for, adding: "I can say for certain that it is impossible for this incident to have occurred. It's unbelievable that Sylvester and his family have to suffer through this over something that never happened." The original Daily Mail post detailed the girl being introduced to Stallone by his Over the Top costar David Mendenhall. Mendenhall also says he's "shocked" by the allegations, telling TMZ: "I was shocked when I read the Daily Mail article. It's completely false that I introduced a 16-year-old female stranger to Mr. Stallone near an elevator in the Hilton, or anywhere else for that matter. The only people I introduced to Mr. Stallone were my relatives who visited me on the set." Vegas police have no record of the report. PBS Wants A Piece Of MeToo Action

Objectifying women is only wrong when men do it. Throwing advertisements on the side of the MeToo victim train is completely fine if you’re a corporation cutting a check and not an individual member of the evil penis wielding patriarchy. MeToo has everyone’s attention at the moment and where there are focused eyes there is money to be made. PBS’s version of MeToo is more focused on monetary gains than actually empowering women who blew the whistle after they realized they were down on the scoreboard. Late calls in the cash grab game are allowed now because women are changing the rules. The show PBS wants the world to see is a five-part series that VICE could cover on YouTube in 45 minutes tops. But VICE has a habit of employing straight white males. If a journalist like Thomas Morton covered MeToo it would be considered a conflict of interest to every woman watching. PBS announced on Tuesday that it will air a five-part series about the #MeToo moment. The series, #MeToo, Now What?, is scheduled to debut on February 2. Between E!’s MeToo show and now PBS joining the party I wonder when the MeToo merch will get green-lit for screen printing. Women wearing the shirts will make it easier overall to identify who’s not DTF with NSA. There’s no way any chick with a MeToo halter top on is letting you get near her milk makers without a six month wait-time just to consensually see some slight under-boob. And that’s if you’re lucky. On the bright side, it saves men time and money. Dodging a date night with a feminazi is always a win. Until then grab the popcorn and prepare for more televised attacks. Just as Ron Howard did in an episode late last season, Stallone will be playing himself. But while Howard’s appearance was more of a cameo, show creator Dan Fogelman said Stallone’s role will be much more substantial and emotional, as Kevin (Justin Hartley) lands a role in a movie featuring one of his idols, who just happens to be Stallone. Milo Ventimiglia, who plays Jack Pearson, starred in Rocky Balboa with Stallone 11 years ago, and the Emmy-nominated actor told us that connection was literally the key to booking Stallone on the show. Dream"s Melissa Schuman Isn"t The First Person To Accuse Nick Carter Of Sexual Assault…

In case you missed it, prior to Dream alum Melissa Schuman's shocking rape allegation against the Backstreet Boys member, Radar Online dug up a case file where a fan accused Carter of sexual assault back in '06. Though you may already know, it's this allegation that inspired Melissa to come forward with her own story. Related: Oliver Stone Hits Back At Sexual Harassment Allegations Apparently, the webloid obtained the damning case file from the Key West Police Department, where the alleged victim detailed an assault she suffered at the hands of the boy bander. Per the report, the unnamed victim met Carter through her cousin as he flew the two down to Key West, FL at the end of March 2006. After getting picked up by a friend of Nick's, the cousin duo dropped off their luggage at a residence and proceeded to a Denny's to meet up with the pop star and his pal, Rob Kalouch. Supposedly, the conversation became unsavory also immediately, as the accuser recalled: "[Nick] started talking to us about how sometimes he may send girls down, that it's not the right girls, and that they're scared that's how it's gonna be for us. Like, we were gonna be ugly and fat and stuff. But when we came they said that they knew that it was us and were happy." The ladies then accompanied Nick and his squad to check out some real estate before heading out to dinner. She continued: "Rob, Nick's friend, he would keep putting his arm around me or something like that. I just wanted to be nice and I didn't want to, like, put him off or anything like that. But I would, like, try to move." The woman became uncomfortable with the situation and decided to tell the men that she had a boyfriend back home in Wisconsin. Reportedly, the men "seemed upset" upon learning this tidbit. Despite informing them of her relationship status, Nick and co. allegedly still pursued her. This is where things take a dark turn. When they returned to Nick's friend's pad, the woman claimed Kalouch brought her into a bathroom. She remembered: "He pulled me into the bathroom and Nick came in. They were trying to take my top off. I had a tube top on. Um, and they did get it off, and they were touching my chest. And so I was just trying to get my clothes back. I did get them back and I put them back on." After Carter left, Rob "put" the woman on her knees and is said to have demanded: "He didn't, like, throw me on the floor or anything, but he put me on the floor and he said, ‘We have to do this.' And he already had his – his dick – his dick out." Ugh. Through tears, the woman says she performed oral sex for "maybe a minute." Nick returned to the bathroom with his genitals out and didn't notice the then 20-year-old girl was crying until half way through. The woman explained: "I started crying. Then Nick came him. And he had his dick out already, too, and they put my – they moved my head to Nick's dick and then Nick asked why I was crying. He yelled at Rob and said that, ‘You always do this. You always make the girls cry.' He's like, ‘You can't do that.'" The woman said she didn't try to fight back as she "wasn't sure what they were capable of." It's said Carter eventually tried to comfort the woman and then left the bathroom again. As for Rob, he allegedly took the girl's hand and placed it on his penis while kissing her. She stopped the assault by "pushing" him away and by "kicking and struggling." Related: Celebs Mourn David Cassidy Online When the men left the home, the victim called her boyfriend and a friend for help, but they couldn't do much because she didn't know where she was. Upon Carter and co.'s return, the complainant pretended to be asleep. This reportedly did not dissuade Rob from attempting to assault her again. The accuser added: "Rob came and he had his, you know his dick out and he was trying to unbutton my pants and I would – you know, that's when I just pushed him away. I said, ‘I'm tired. I can't do this.' I was like, ‘Just leave me alone.'" In her statement, the woman said both Carter and Kalouch forced her to put her mouth on their genitals without consent. The young woman returned home on March 27, where she had a sexual assault examination kit completed at a hospital. She also reported the incident the West Allis Police Department. Nick and Rob both refused to speak to investigators and no charges were ever brought against the friends. The case was eventually closed in June 2006. On why no legal action was pursued, a detective wrote in the report: "The case has been thoroughly investigated, but because of your desire not to pursue or file charges, or due to other arrangements made with the suspect, no further action will be taken by us at this time." Carter's rep has since downplayed this controversy, as they noted in the following statement: "The fact is that there was insufficient evidence to charge my client (or the friend for that matter), and therefore no charges were ever pursued by the District Attorney. Nick had no physical contact whatsoever with the woman, and definitely did not 'force her to perform oral sex on him' or 'insert his fingers in her vagina.' The woman fabricated the claims against Nick for one simple reason – she was hoping to extort money from him." Huh. Nick has denied this allegation. [Image via Charlie Steffens/WENN.].....»»

Ya I think that’s right, at least if you’re Elisabeth Moss, who opens up to Marie Claire about how anyone can be #MeToo-ed if they close their eyes and wish hard enough. Getting brainwashed by Scientology really takes its toll on a gal’s social life, and apparently Moss – prior to digging deep – was never officially sexually assaulted: I have been fortunate not to have experienced some of the terrible things that so many women have talked about. But, when MeToo and Time’sUp really hit, I would talk to my girlfriends, and we all stepped back and looked at every encounter we’d ever had, and went, wait… was that OK? We’ve been conditioned to think it’s OK, and that’s the wake-up moment that we are having. Moss assaulted me with her hook nose, but you don’t hear me declaring myself a survivor. As I always say, I think watering down what it means to be assaulted to the point that Elisabeth Moss is telling us all to basically make shit up just to participate in a hashtag isn’t doing actual survivors of rape any favors. It’s like if you told people that you had cancer and the person next to you told people that they had a zit and you both got the same attention. The cancer should probably be examined. The zit – which I guess in this abysmal late-in-the-day metaphor is Elisabeth Moss – can go join a cult and star on a boring Hulu show.   Photo Credit: Pacific Coast News / Splash News The post Elisabeth Moss Kinda Sorta Maybe #MeToo-ed A Little appeared first on WWTDD - What Would Tyler Durden Do?......»»

She agreed, since "massages, from the viewpoint of an athlete, are considered absolutely ordinary." Though the two met at the sports ground, Lui recalled her coach suggesting they go to his house instead. She agreed again, because she respected him as a professional. After the massage began, however, the so-called "professional" took full advantage of the middle schooler's trust in him. Lui wrote: "We went to his house, and he pointed for me to lie on the bed. After he pressed on the back of my thighs three or four times with his hands, he said to me that it was hard to massage my legs with my jeans on and suggested I take them off. I trusted him, so I had never imagined he would do something so despicable to his own student. Next, he continued the so-called 'massage.' Finally, he took off my jeans and underwear and touched my private parts." Lui was so stunned, she didn't know how to react at the time. She didn't tell anyone about the incident except for a close friend several years later. Analyzing her actions at the time, the gold medalist mused: "Perhaps I thought I could deceive myself, tell myself that this never happened." Lui finally decided to come forward after reading about Maroney's experiences, along with learning the news about Lin Yi-han, the Taiwanese author who killed herself after claiming a former teacher sexually groomed and raped her. In response to Lui's admission, Hong Kong's chief executive Carrie Lam asked police to investigate the matter and treat it with the utmost severity. The coach has reportedly been fired. We applaud this brave young woman for coming forward, especially coming from a culture where saying #MeToo isn't exactly embraced with support and warmth -- not yet at least. Read Lui's full post (below): "#metoo I was sexually assaulted by my former coach. This summer, when I read the news about Taiwanese author Lin Yi-han, I felt the urge to share the unhappy experiences from my childhood, but I lacked the courage. A few months ago, after I saw Olympic gold medalist McKayla Maroney sharing her experiences of being sexually abused by her team doctor, the idea to share my own story resurged. It's been many years since it happened, and today I finally plucked up the courage to tell the truth for three reasons: - to call on people to pay attention to the sexual assault of children - to encourage victims to be brave and come forward to tell their stories - to show the public that topics related to sex should not be treated as awkward or embarrassing and shouldn't be something that can't be discussed publicly. I'm very thankful for McKayla Maroney. Because of her one action, I'm willing to discuss this again, to bravely face the past in the hopes of bringing a positive impact to more people. Ten years ago, when I was around 13 or 14, I met coach Y while participating in extracurricular activities at school. Coach Y put a lot of effort into training me and building my confidence. We often had afternoon tea or lunch together. You could say he was my teacher and also my friend. A year later, my sporting achievements had definitely improved, and it made me further believe that this coach could help me achieve even more. I still remember it was a Saturday around noon. I had just gotten out from cram school when I received a phone call from him. He asked me if my muscles were tense after last week's practice. He said he could help me massage and relax those muscles. Massages, from the viewpoint of an athlete, are considered absolutely ordinary. At the time, I didn't see any issues with that, and in my mind he was still a professional coach. We met at the athletic field. Then he said it was difficult to give me a massage there and suggested going to his house instead. I agreed. Again, I hadn't noticed anything wrong with that, because I was just a middle school student, and because in my eyes he was a coach I respected. We went to his house, and he pointed for me to lie on the bed. After he pressed on the back of my thighs three or four times with his hands, he said to me that it was hard to massage my legs with my jeans on and suggested I take them off. I had trusted him, so I had never imagined he would do something so despicable to his own student. Next, he continued the so-called "massage". Finally, he took off my jeans and underwear and touched my private parts. Even as he took off my underwear, I couldn't react. And so that was what happened. About two years ago, I told this to a very good friend of mine. And to this day, she was the only person who knew about it. Human beings are full of contradictions. I still kept in touch with this coach these past few years. He had taught me for some time, so every year I still wished him happy birthday. Am I insane? How could I wish the coach who sexually assaulted me happy birthday every year? I don't know. Perhaps I thought I could deceive myself, tell myself that this never happened. But I couldn't lie to my body. After that, every time he came close to me, my body would tell me to move back. After that, physical contact was limited to just patting on the head. When I grew up, I'd sometimes come into contact with him, and I'd force myself to say a few words but all I wanted to do was run away. And this only brought about a bunch of gossip about how I was rude and didn't understand the concept of gratitude. After I decided to tell my story, I spent a lot of time debating whether to describe my experiences in detail. On one hand, I didn't want people to put the emphasis on the act itself, but on the other, I wanted everyone to know that the aggressor will rationalize everything and use the victim's trust for him to achieve his goal. I have yet to hear of cases of sexual assault or indecency in the Hong Kong sporting world, but I believe that similar cases do exist. If you unfortunately, like me, have gone through a similar experience, I hope that you will pluck up the courage, seek support from those around you, and no longer be lenient toward offenders. In Chinese culture, topics related to sex have always been considered awkward, embarrassing, and not something you should talk about openly in the the public. Come forward — your courage will affect a lot of people who have travelled down the same road, the same way McKayla did for me. As to my family and those who care about me, please don't blame yourself. Don't feel guilty, because your trust, like mine, was taken advantage of. It wasn't my fault, it wasn't my parents' fault, and it definitely wasn't the school's fault. It was the fault of my offender. As a victim, I don't feel shame. I don't want you to feel sad for me. I want you to applaud me for my courage. "I am not broken. It was not my fault. I am growing strong. I refuse silence." These are the words of a #MeToo victim, and the words of my heart. Today is my 23rd birthday. Telling the truth is a form of release. It's me transitioning from a victim to a survivor. It's a birthday present to myself. If you want to wish me well and show you care, then I hope you will share this post so that the #MeToo movement continues to burn on, touching more people who have been affected and showing the true faces of the offenders. "Is it possible to put an end to this type of abuse? Our silence has given the wrong people power for too long, and it is time to take our power back. And remember, it is never too late to speak up." — McKayla Maroney, 2017 Lui Lai Yiu 11/30/2017" [Image via Facebook.].....»»
