The 38-year-old actress took to her blog to open up about the crazy changes to her body before and after giving birth to her son Joshua eight months ago. “I gained almost 50 pounds during my pregnancy and I’m not gonna lie, I had moments of sheer panic that I’d never be able to lose it all,” she wrote. Katherine added, “Despite starting my gestation out on a pregnancy friendly meal plan and hiking my butt off 5 days a week my weight kept creeping up. At a certain point, probably around 4 months I gave up the struggle and tried instead to respect my body’s needs and trust my instincts.” After giving birth to Joshua, she explained that she “miraculously” lost 30 pounds just 10 days after giving birth, which doctors told her was normal. She continued, “The rest of the weight however has not disappeared quite so magically…I have only lost 10 pounds since that first initial drop but that’s ok because I decided from the start that I was going to lovingly but patiently reclaim my pre baby body, and forgive the glorious imperfections that would forever grace my new post baby body.” Katherine went on to explain her exercise and diet regime and offer some helpful tips to new moms, which you can find on her blog......»»

On Sunday night, Hamilton star Christopher Jackson belted out Stevie Wonder's As while a video played honoring the fallen faces of television -- but several noteworthy stars were left out of the tribute, including Dick Gregory, Charlie Murphy, Harry Dean Stanton, and Frank Vincent. Video: Jackie Hoffman Is PISSED Losing Emmy To Laura Dern! All four actors who died this year had performed in TV shows throughout their careers. Gregory, a comedian and civil rights activist, had starred in Reno 911! and Wonder Showzen, while Murphy, the brother of Eddie Murphy, had starred in Chappelle's Show, POWER, and others. Stanton (who passed away on Friday at 91) played a number of TV roles, most recently in Twin Peaks: The Return and Getting On, and Vincent appeared in several shows like The Sopranos and Law & Order: SVU. After the show, Twitter users paid their own tributes to those left out of the segment, including Common: Thinking of my brothers Dick Gregory + Charlie Murphy. I'll never forget you. I miss you both. #Emmys pic.twitter.com/Ot0nfxvjMO — COMMON (@common) September 18, 2017 Viewers weren't just upset over the names left out of the montage memorial -- many were pissed by the appearance of former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes. The poignant video tribute sparked criticism on social media after Ailes' name flashed on the screen. The former news head, who died in May, left Fox in July 2016 following a litany of sexual harassment allegations from multiple women in the network. Many Twitics pointed out the audience was deathly silent when Ailes showed up on the screen, while others just voiced their disgust over his inclusion: The absolute SILENCE during #RogerAiles on the #Emmys #inmemoriam was not at all missed.
