Meghan Markle Could Very Likely Don Princess Diana"s Tiara On Her Wedding Day!

Princess Diana may be gone, but she'll be with Prince Harry in spirit on his wedding day. How?? Well, as we previously reported, the ginger prince proposed to his love, Meghan Markle, with an engagement ring made up with diamonds from one of Princess Di's brooches. Well, as we previously reported, the ginger prince proposed to his love, Meghan Markle, with an engagement ring made up with diamonds from one of Princess Di's brooches. Related: Prince Harry Asks Prince William To Be His Best Man However, it's now believed that Miz Markle may don another piece from the late philanthropist's jewelry collection. According to royal expert Ingrid Seward, the Suits actress could very likely wear the same tiara Diana wore on her wedding day. She explained to Us Weekly: "She will have access to jewels from the royal collection made available to her by the Queen. She can choose something suitable, but she might also have the Spencer tiara, which is also Harry's heritage and is the one Diana wore on her wedding day." That would be such a lovely way to pay tribute to Harry's mother. Seward continued: "Diana was very proud of her Spencer heritage and I think Harry will like his future bride to carry this tradition on. She will not own the tiara but will have the choice to wear it if she wants to. If not, she will certainly be loaned a tiara on her wedding day. Harry will present her with a necklace or something from his mother's collection." Makes sense! Still, as an American divorcée, Meghan might modernize her wedding day look and go sans a tiara. Who knows. Regardless, the 33-year-old royal is passionate about keeping his mother's legacy alive. During the twosome's first TV interview as a couple, Harry said he thought Diana and Meghan would be "thick as thieves" and potentially even "best friends." Excuse us while we go sob into a tissue. In regards to the engagement ring, Prince William's brother previously shared: "The ring is — is obviously yellow gold because that's what — her favorite and the main stone itself I sourced from Botswana. The little diamonds either side are from my mother's jewelry collection to make sure that she's with us on this on this crazy journey together." We honestly couldn't be happier for these two. We're wishing them only the best during this exciting time!! [Image via Danny Martindale/WENN.].....»»

She received the posthumous award for her work to raise awareness of HIV and AIDS. “She knew that AIDS was one of the things that many wanted to ignore and seemed like a hopeless challenge,” Harry said at the event (via BBC). “She knew that the misunderstanding of this relatively new disease was creating a dangerous situation when mixed with homophobia. So, when, that April [in 1987], she took the hand of a 32-year-old man with HIV, in front of the cameras, she knew exactly what she was doing.” Also pictured inside: Harry in a tux at the 100 Women in Finance Gala Dinner on Wednesday night......»»

The press secretary provided an update on Friday (May 4). PHOTOS: Check out the latest pics of Meghan Markle “We are now just over two weeks away from the wedding of His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales and Ms. Meghan Markle. As they have travelled around the UK in the months since their engagement last November, Prince Harry and Ms. Markle have been incredibly grateful for the support they have received from members of the public,” the update reads. “The crowds that have turned out in Nottingham, Cardiff, Brixton, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Belfast, Bath and elsewhere have given Ms. Markle a welcome to the United Kingdom marked by warmth, enthusiasm, and a real sense of fun.” Read the full outline inside… We are now just over two weeks away from the wedding of His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales and Ms. Meghan Markle. As they have travelled around the UK in the months since their engagement last November, Prince Harry and Ms. Markle have been incredibly grateful for the support they have received from members of the public. The crowds that have turned out in Nottingham, Cardiff, Brixton, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Belfast, Bath and elsewhere have given Ms. Markle a welcome to the United Kingdom marked by warmth, enthusiasm, and a real sense of fun. We said from the outset that Prince Harry and Ms. Markle were keen to make sure that members of the public would have the opportunity to feel part of the celebrations on their wedding day. This is their way of expressing their gratitude for the messages of support they have received from around the UK, the Commonwealth, Ms. Markle’s home country of the United States, and right around the world. In today’s briefing I want to share more details of what people can expect to see in the day’s leading up to the wedding, and on the day itself, and explain what the public can expect in Windsor. The first thing I would like to share is that Prince Harry and Ms. Markle are very much looking forward to welcoming Ms. Markle’s parents to Windsor for the wedding. Mr. Thomas Markle and Ms. Doria Ragland will be arriving in the UK in the week of the wedding, allowing time for Prince Harry’s family, including The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, to spend time with them before the big day. Both of the bride’s parents will have important roles in the wedding. On the morning of the wedding, Ms. Ragland will travel with Ms. Markle by car to Windsor Castle. Mr. Markle will walk his daughter down the aisle of St George’s Chapel. Ms. Markle is delighted to have her parents by her side on this important and happy occasion. In addition to having the support of The Queen, his father The Prince of Wales, and his brother Prince William as Best Man, Prince Harry is also keen to involve his mother’s family in his wedding. All three siblings of Diana, Princess of Wales will be in attendance and Lady Jane Fellowes will give the reading. Prince Harry and Ms. Markle both feel honoured that Lady Jane will be representing her family and helping to celebrate the memory of the late Princess on the wedding day. As we said back in November, this wedding will be guided by tradition, allowing everyone to celebrate what makes Royal Weddings so special, but also one which reflects the personalities of Prince Harry and Ms. Markle. We have been announcing details over the last couple of months and in the final week ahead of the wedding you can expect to hear more about the arrangements, including: The Instrument of Consent; Details of the Bridesmaids and Page Boys; The work of florist Philippa Craddock and the Crown Estate gardeners who have been growing and preparing the flowers that will fill the church; An update from Claire Ptak, the baker who will make the wedding cake, and the chefs who have been working in the Palace kitchens to make the final preparations and; We will publish the full Order of Service on the website on Saturday morning so members of the public can follow the service at home. I will now take you through the high level outline of what you can expect to see from the evening of Friday 18th May. The key moment for the day before will be the arrival of the bride at her accommodation. We expect this to happen early evening. On the day itself we expect Windsor to be very busy. The council has worked with partners including Thames Valley Police to plan what will be a fantastic day of celebrations. As the Royal Borough of Windsor has said, work is well underway to ensure the occasion is a memorable and joyous one for all involved and they are working closely with a wide range of partners. Rail operators will be putting on extra trains and there will be park and walk and park and float services to help people get into town. Visitors are encouraged to plan ahead and book all travel arrangements early so they can make the most of their trip. I would very much appreciate the media’s assistance in spreading the message that visitors to Windsor will have a chance to be part of a very special day, but those who will be heading to the town really do need to plan their journeys carefully. The Royal Borough has confirmed that preparations include: A 6,000 space pre-booked car parking area at the Review Ground, just off the Long Walk; Food stalls and facilities, including big screens showing live footage of the wedding and Procession, on the Long Walk and in Alexandra Gardens; Viewing areas along the whole Procession Route (Castle Hill, High Street, Sheet Street, Kings Road, Albert Road and the Long Walk); A team of 140 Royal Borough Ambassadors have volunteered to help steward the event and assist visitors throughout the day; The town centre will be decorated with bunting and ceremonial banners along parts of the Procession Route and; Live entertainment from local groups throughout the town centre. In order to make sure everyone can get through expected traffic, the members of the public who have been invited to be inside the grounds of Windsor Castle for the wedding will be arriving from around 0900hrs. As a reminder, 1,200 people have been nominated by Lord Lieutenants from across the country for their work supporting their communities. Many of these people are sharing their stories with their local media and supporters – the couple are very pleased that their wedding has provided a platform to celebrate the inspiring work of community and youth leaders from around the UK. The first thing these people gathered will see on the morning of the wedding will be the arrival of guests between 0930hrs and 1100hrs. Guests will be arriving at the Round Tower by coach and will be seen walking to the South Door of St George’s Chapel. Members of The Royal Family will begin to arrive from 1120hrs, and enter St George’s Chapel via the Galilee Porch. Some will be on foot, and others will arrive by car. Prince Harry and his brother The Duke of Cambridge will arrive at St George’s Chapel most likely by foot and will enter via the West Steps. This will allow Their Royal Highnesses to acknowledge all of the people gathered in the Castle precincts, including the 200 charity representatives gathered in the Horseshoe Cloister at the bottom of the steps. Also around the time Royal Family arrivals begin, a pooled media facility will cover Ms. Markle and Ms. Ragland’s departure from the bride’s overnight location. We expect the journey into the Castle to take them along part of the Long Walk, allowing members of the public gathered there to see the car as it passes. There will also be a brief stop at the Castle where Ms. Ragland will head onto the Chapel and Ms. Markle will be joined by some of the Bridesmaids and Page Boys before she continues her journey to the church, where she will enter via the West Steps. The Service will take around an hour, and we look forward to announcing more details of this in the weeks ahead. After the Service has concluded, the newly married couple will process out of the church and acknowledge the 200 representatives of Prince Harry’s charities gathered in the Cloister. The couple are delighted that these people who will be such an important part of their official work in the years to come will be the first people they see after their wedding. As the couple step into their Carriage, close family members will gather on the West Steps to wave them off on their Procession. As a reminder, we expect the Carriage Procession to take just under 25 minutes. Prince Harry and Ms. Markle are very much looking forward to this part of the day. It will be their chance to express their gratitude for the goodwill and warm wishes they have received from all quarters in the months since their engagement. Members of the congregation will file out of the church onto the grass to see the start of the Procession before walking to the reception at St George’s Hall. All guests will be attending the reception. The public elements of the event will be over at this stage. The final thing you can expect to see is the Bride and Groom departing Windsor Castle for the evening reception at Frogmore House. In the days that follow, we will facilitate interviews with some of those who have been involved in the wedding, as happened in 2011, for example with the hairdresser and dressmaker. The formal photographs, which will be taken by Alexi Lubomirski, will be released during the week......»»

Here"s How Meghan Markle Will Pay Tribute To The Late Princess Diana During Her Wedding With Prince Harry!

As you surely know, Prince Harry is about to put his bachelor days behind him, as he's slated to wed American actress Meghan Markle this May. Since this is a major milestone for the ginger prince, it's not surprising to learn that he's honored his deceased mother in a number of ways ahead of the nuptials. Related: Meghan 'Completes' Harry! For starters, the ring Harry proposed with features diamonds from one of Diana's brooches! Not to mention, gossip has suggested that the Suits alum may don the late humanitarian's Spencer tiara at the wedding. In fact, even the royal wedding flowers will pay tribute to Prince Charles' ex wife. According to Elle UK, Markle's wedding bouquet "will pay tribute to the ‘People's Princess.'" How?? Apparently, the floral arrangement will "be made up of white garden roses to symbolize the royal." Awwwwww. This update comes days after Kensington Palace confirmed that London-based florist Philippa Craddock has been tapped to create the floral displays for the royal nuptials. The palace announced on Instagram: Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle have chosen floral designer @philippacraddock to create the church flowers for their wedding💐 The displays in St George's Chapel will feature foliage from The Crown Estate and Windsor Great Park, and will use seasonal plants including branches of beech, birch and hornbeam, as well as white garden roses, peonies and foxgloves. The designs will reflect the wild and natural landscapes from which many of the plants will be drawn. The Royal Parks will also supply pollinator-friendly plants from their wildflower meadows. These plants provide a great habitat for bees and help to sustain healthy and biodiverse ecosystems. 📷PAA post shared by Kensington Palace (@kensingtonroyal) on Apr 1, 2018 at 1:16am PDT The Sun also weighed in on this report, as they too said the engaged pair will have "white garden roses in memory of Princess Diana" at their marital celebration. Reportedly, the roses will be placed next to peonies -- Meghan's favorite flower -- and foxgloves. We aren't necessarily shocked to learn this, as last year, Kensington Palace unveiled The White Garden in order to celebrate the life of Prince William and Harry's mother. You know, the very same garden where Harry and Meghan announced their engagement back in November. We honestly think that Harry and Meghan's wedding is going to be a magical affair. Again, only 45 days until the big day! [Image via WENN.].....»»

In the clip, Prince Harry is speaking with Zarko Peric and Malic Bradaric, two landmine victims who met with Princess Diana before she died. “You guys were the almost the last people to see my mother,” Prince Harry said. “Well, you saw my mother more recently than I did, I guess.” He revealed that it had been weeks since they’d seen their mother. The two young sons were in Balmoral, Scotland in the weeks before their mother’s death with their father Prince Charles and other members of the royal family. “There was the point where our parents split and . . . we never saw our mother enough or we never saw our father enough,” he continued. “There was a lot of traveling and lot of fights on the back seat with my brother – which I would win…There was all that to contend with. And – I don’t pretend we’re the only people to have to deal with that, but it was an interesting way of growing up.” Prince Harry also recalled the last time he spoke to his mother......»»

Watching Familial Dysfunction Unfold Likely Helped Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Cement Their Romantic Bond!

There's no denying that the ginger prince was instantly smitten when first introduced to the Suits actress. Heck, Prince William's brother jetted Meghan off to Botswana for their third date. While their charms and similar charitable spirits linked them together, few may realize that the love birds also connected over their mutual Child Of Divorce status. Related: Harry & Meghan May've Snickered At Liam Payne's Performance Apparently, the shared experience of watching their respective parents fall out of love only strengthened their bond as a couple. In case you forgot, an eight-year-old Harry was at the center of a high profile split when Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana finally admitted to the public that their marriage was over. As for Miz Markle, the American divorcée was only six when her parents, Doria Ragland and Thomas Markle, divorced. Although Meghan has claimed that her family was "still so close-knit" following the split, a close childhood friend has painted a different picture. Ninaki Priddy spilled to E! News: "It could be hard for her. Sometimes she felt she had to pick sides. She was always trying to make sure each of them was happy. She'd have to relay messages. It was literally stuff like, 'Tell your mother…,' or 'Tell your father…'" How sad. Thankfully, both Ragland and Markle were involved in Meghan's upbringing. When the now 36-year-old wasn't doing charity work with her mother, she was visiting with her father on set in Tinseltown. Harry didn't necessarily have a warm childhood, as after his parents' messy divorce, Queen Elizabeth II's grandson lost his mother to a terrible car accident. Last year, the 33-year-old admitted that he and William "were bouncing between [Diana and Charles]" quite a bit. Despite touting it as "an interesting way of growing up," Harry heavily implied that he and his brother were at the center of many fights. Diana's former butler, Paul Burrell, also added to the conversation: "It was upsetting for them to watch the fall-out of their parents' marriage and whenever Diana got upset, they would push notes under her door saying, 'It will be OK.' Diana smothered them in love, and they always slept in her room during that time and not the nursery." Intense stuff. No wonder Harry is so drawn to Meghan. Oh, and it explains why Harry said that the Windsor family Christmas allowed Markle to have a holiday experience that she "never had" before. Priddy supported the prince's claim, as she noted: "The idea of having a family was something Meg very much wanted, particularly because she was from a family that felt very disjointed." Thus, it's apparent that Meghan and Harry are taking their nuptials very seriously. Not only has Meghan transitioned well into royal life, but Harry has also doted on her the whole way. We honestly couldn't be happier that these two have found each other!! [Image via WENN.].....»»

On Wednesday, it was reported that Prince Harry brought Meghan Markle to Buckingham Palace last week for a two-on-one visit with Queen Elizabeth. Ooh, go on!! QUIZ: Are You A Royal Family Expert?? According to Daily Mail, the love birds stopped by the British sovereign's London palace for a private tea with the Queen. It's said the twosome, who have been dating for at least 15 months, arrived at the royal residence in a Ford Galaxy station wagon with blacked out windows. Clearly, Meghan and Harry are trying to keep a low profile. Per the report's columnist Richard Kay, upon their arrival, Meghan and Harry were "whisked up to the Queen's private sitting room" for an hour visit. That's some serious face time, girl!! Although, there are reports that claim Elizabeth and Meghan met during a visit earlier this year to Balmoral Castle in Scotland. Later in the evening, Harry performed some royal duties as he accepted a posthumous award on behalf of his late mother, Princess Diana. The prize at the Attitude magazine awards was to commemorate the late princess' HIV/AIDS activism. We're sure Harry's mother would be so proud of everything he's accomplished -- especially his mature relationship with Meghan. Now, obviously, there's major significance to the Suits actress' sit down with the Queen. Currently, Harry is fifth in line to the throne, which means he needs the Queen's permission to tie the knot. The ginger prince will be pushed to sixth in line when Kate Middleton gives birth to her third child with Prince William! Regardless, locking in his grandmother's approval isn't expected to be a problem, as the Queen simply "adores" Harry. One insider previously noted: "If Harry asks for something, she would say yes as she adores him." All signs are pointing to an engagement as, in addition to this visit, Harry and Meghan made their public debut as a couple last month at the Invictus Games in Toronto. At the event, Harry spent some SERIOUS quality time with Markle's momma, Doria. Not to mention, spokespeople for Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace both declined to comment on the report. Now, isn't that VERY suspicious??? Honestly, we're just SO ready for these two to be engaged already!!! [Image via Euan Cherry/WENN.].....»»

And with the real royal wedding just days away, it appears everybody is trying to cash in on the fanfare around the royal couple, even if it means putting out a truly absurd TV movie about a fake couple and a princess lion!!! Related: Now We Know Why Meghan's Siblings Are So Brutal! If you didn't see the two-hour emotional roller coaster on Lifetime last night, Murray Fraser (Harry) and Parisa Fitz-Henley (Meghan) do their damnedest to portray a royal couple caught in a weird situation. The movie goes like this: set in Botswana in 1997, Harry runs away from his father and brother supposedly just after the death of his mother, Princess Diana, and finds himself at the foot of a tree as a lion approaches. Harry saves the lion from being shot -- we later learn he thinks it wasn't a lion, but really his mother -- and the boy (sort of?) comes of age in the film just as Meghan herself is also growing up, a world away. The next two hours unfold exactly and broadly like you'd expect them to: against plenty of controversy and a heaping of doubt, Meghan and Harry find each other and stick together, proving their love, and fighting all odds to remain a couple. We hear from the lion again later in the movie -- this time, it confronts both Harry and Meghan, now as adults. But all's well that ends well and true love wins out for the couple... against all odds!!! Related: Harry & Meghan Moving Into 21-Bedroom "Apartment"! Did y'all see A Royal Romance last night, Perezcious readers?! What'd U think?? One of the most ridiculous TV movies ever made about the royal family, wasn't it??
