The track was written by the 36-year-old British singer-songwriter and Starsmith, who also produced the track, and is taken from her upcoming album called The Architect, which is due out later this year. “The lyrics are a conversation between a man and I, and the song questions whether global conflicts would cease to exist if men successfully dealt with their feelings,” Paloma said in a statement. “Would things be resolved without attack and with measured discussion?” You can stream “Crybaby” on Spotify below and download it on iTunes now! Jason Kennedy"s Wife SLAMS Catt Sadler Over E! Pay Drama!

Shots. Fired. As we reported, Catt Sadler shocked fans when she announced she was leaving E! after learning cohost Jason Kennedy "was making double my salary and has been for several years." As we reported, Catt Sadler shocked fans when she announced she was leaving E! after learning cohost Jason Kennedy "was making double my salary and has been for several years." To add insult to injury, during negotiations, the network reportedly refused to give her equal pay. Sadly, not everyone is #TeamCatt in this drama. Related: Jennifer Lawrence & Jessica Chastain Support Catt Sadler! On Thursday, Kennedy's wife Lauren Scruggs wrote a lengthy post on Instagram defending her husband and the network against claims of sexism. The model reveals: "I believe in female empowerment and gender equality, but it's heartbreaking that a network is being deemed sexist when that is simply not true. At one time my husband had a female co-anchor on E! News who made 3 times his salary. Women are paid accordingly on this network, and the difference in his salary versus hers did not affect Jason. He knows there are always more components to consider when determining one's salary than gender alone." The fashion blogger then references an E! spokeswoman who told the New York Times that Sadler and Kennedy's roles were not comparable. According to Scruggs, Kennedy has been the permanent anchor of E! News for the past two years, while "a permanent co-host has never been named since the last one left 6 months ago." Even if there was an issue with "gender inequality," Scruggs says her husband would absolutely not stand for it. "If he ever heard that gender inequality was occurring at his workplace, he would take action. Instead, it's the contrary, and the numerous phone calls we have had these past two days from both current and former female employees at E! only support what he has seen in his time there. These women have assured us that they never felt gender inequality was at play at any time." Ultimately, the fashion journalist wants to clear Kennedy's name amid the mudslinging. "Jason is the most tender-hearted & respectful person and it's so sad to see him unfairly publicly shamed. His name has been dragged through the mud regarding nothing he did, except be a great friend & colleague. It absolutely breaks my heart to watch, & it is devastating & frustrating to see how this all played out. I will always stand on truth, & I cannot stand by and be silent when the foundation of a story that affects my family is not based on that. I am so proud of & inspired by my husband for constantly being prayerful, surrounding himself w/ wisdom, & being the definition of a class act even in unfortunate circumstances." It's important to note that Sadler has only said nice things about Kennedy, and even told her followers to stop "vilifying him" in a recent Instagram post. She wrote: "If I had one ask, it is to please not place blame on my friend Jason Kennedy. He has done right by me in every respect. It hurts me deeply to see that some are vilifying him. I repeat, his hands are tied on this matter and if you're angry - rightfully so - direct that emotion at the decision makers who failed us, not him." Read Lauren's full rant (below): I have always said that there are negatives and positives to social media, and these last 48 hours have proven that to be true. I believe in female empowerment and gender equality, but it’s heartbreaking that a network is being deemed sexist when that is simply not true. At one time my husband had a female co-anchor on E! Since Jason was named the permanent anchor of E! News over two years ago, he has had various co-hosts that rotate throughout the week. A permanent co-host has never been named since the last one left 6 months ago. _ As you know, there are two sides to every story. I am posting this to tell the other side, which everyone deserves to know before jumping to conclusions about a place he has called home for the last twelve years. Instead, it’s the contrary, and the numerous phone calls we have had these past two days from both current and former female employees at E! only support what he has seen in his time there. Vanderpump Rules Alum Faith Stowers Announces Plan To Sue Stassi Schroeder Over Crazzzzy Theft Claims!

We've got some SERIOUS Vanderpump Rules tea to spill. On Wednesday, former SURver Faith Stowers stopped by The Tomorrow Show with Keven Undergaro and dished about all of the drama in her life. On Wednesday, former SURver Faith Stowers stopped by The Tomorrow Show with Keven Undergaro and dished about all of the drama in her life. While, yes, she discussed her scandalous tryst with Jax Taylor -- she also revealed that she's about to hit Stassi Schroeder with a lawsuit. Related: Kim Zolciak Clarifies Her Remarks On Racism WHAT THE WHAT?!? Apparently, Jax's car was stolen at one point and Miz Schroeder falsely pointed the finger at Faith. The reality TV personality explained: "I can't talk about one of them because I'm currently about to have a lawsuit with one of them...I absolutely am. Ya I have a lawyer...Not on the show; it was, it was interviews that Ms. Schroeder has been doing and she's been saying some evil, disgusting, untrue things about me that's just, like, outlandish, like I stole Jax Taylor's car. Are you kidding me? They, that they called the police on me...if you listen to it yourself, you would, you would maybe shake your head or giggle a little bit cause it, it sounds like, just sounds outlandish. Is, like, she said, um, I think she said that, uh, at the night of the, uh, Scheana's birthday party when it came out that I slept with Jax or whatever, that I stole Jax's car that night. Jax Taylor's car magically went missing and I had to be the person that stole it...she think that I'm a thief." Such craziness. To make matters worse, the suspect in the carjacking is "a black woman who looks nothing like" Faith, further painting the controversial podcaster as ignorant. Faith continued: "I don't know if Stassi's been around a lot of black women in her life; I'm guessing probably not. But this lady that she said looks like me on The Daily Mail is at large and has been stealing $300,000 worth of Rolexes and drugging people in the clubs and I mean, just disgusting type stuff, and she thinks it's me, so she calls the police to let them know that they know that I'm at this club in LA and that they should come. And the police are like, 'no, we're not coming. It's not her.'" Damn. Looks like Stassi hasn't learned much in her tenure on Bravo. Shockingly, Faith doesn't want to label Stassi as a racist, as "that can really stick with somebody." She noted: "I don't want to put the 'r' word out there and say that's she's racist because that can really stick with somebody. Even though she's a hateful, hateful bitch, I'm not gonna put more on her cause it, it's just not fair and it's just not who I am...I don't think she's saying it because I'm black... I don't want to say too much about it. I, it was, it was disgusting, it was tasteless. Especially for her." At the end of the day, Faith just wants Stassi to "retract the statements" as she doesn't "care for any money from" the Bravolebrity. And we think she may get the desired retraction since she's being represented by Lisa Vanderpump's "really really really good" lawyers. On this particular scandal, she concluded: "What I do want, and I demand is respect. Not only for people like me, just for people in general. Because I get that you think you're think you're this big celebrity, but that doesn't mean you have the, you know, you don't have the grounds to say whatever you want to say about people that can damage, like, their real, their actual lives... You have a reach ma'am, and because you have that reach, you have a responsibility so when you say things, you, you do, you make a check and you make sure they're true. And if you're gonna say something crazy, at least have a reason to. Because you, she doesn't have a reason not to like me. I've never done anything to this woman, ever." Snap! Snap! Despite playing a major role in this season's drama, Faith has kept her distance from the VPR crew. In fact, the Ex on the Beach star didn't even know Jax and Brittany Cartwright briefly split following his infidelity with Faith. Ironically, Stowers is rooting for Jax and Brittany as a couple, especially since her former coworker brings out a "softer side" in Mr. Taylor. For all of the specifics regarding the dramz, be sure to ch-ch-check out Faith's FULL appearance for yourself (below)! You know you want to... [Image via Instagram.].....»»

Ryan Seacrest Says All Sexual Misconduct Allegations Should Get "Fair Review" After Being "Wrongly Accused"

Ryan Seacrest reflects on a "gut-wrenching" period of his life… Back in November 2017, a former E! stylist accused the TV personality of alleged misconduct that took place over a decade ago. Back in November 2017, a former E! stylist accused the TV personality of alleged misconduct that took place over a decade ago. Earlier this month, the network's investigation "found insufficient evidence to support the claims against Seacrest and therefore could not be substantiated." Related: Kelly Ripa & Ryan Seacrest Go ALL OUT For Halloween! On Monday night, the Live with Kelly and Ryan cohost wrote a guest column for The Hollywood Reporter titled "What Happened After I Was Wrongly Accused of Harassment" where he opens up about the controversy. While radio DJ knew there "was no merit to the allegations," he says he was concerned with how the scandal would affect his longstanding career and reputation. He reveals: "To have my workplace conduct questioned was gut-wrenching. I've always aimed to treat all of my colleagues with honesty, respect, kindness and compassion. Yet, I knew, regardless of the confidence I had that there was no merit to the allegations, my name would likely soon appear on the lists of those suspected of despicable words and deeds. The pressures of our overflowing newsfeeds would insist on it." Though he supports the women who "sought to bring attention to the systemic gender inequality that has occurred for decades," he believes every accusation must be given "a swift and fair review." "Most of us agree that the presumption of innocence is an important standard. We are taught early on that it's essential to see all sides, to give everyone a chance to explain and to check for exculpatory evidence that may have been missed. At a time when improper interactions between men and women, particularly in the workplace, are part of a national conversation, we must find a way to ensure that everyone — the public, private and public institutions, accusers and alleged accused — is given the opportunity for a swift and fair review." Despite what he's been through, Seacrest wants "to be part of the change, the progress, that is coming." The American Idol star adds: "We all have the right to be treated equally, regardless of our gender, race, faith, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or other status. We find ourselves in extraordinary times in American culture. We live with near constant change, disruption and public discourse. I realize the morals and values, the decency, we've perhaps taken for granted, individually and as citizens of the world, are in question. Worse, at risk. I do not take these things for granted." Read the full letter (below): "I do not take things for granted. Every day I am living my childhood dream because of the efforts of so many other people. I do my best to show and express my gratitude to my co-hosts, producers, guests, audiences, executives, partners and fans for the privilege of their collaboration and participation, and for the unwavering support of my loved ones and team. In November, I received a letter from a lawyer representing a former show stylist. She claimed that I mistreated her more than a decade ago when we worked together. This arrived during an unprecedented public reckoning by women in our industry and beyond, courageously coming forward to share their stories, many of them heartbreaking. These women sought to bring attention to the systemic gender inequality that has occurred for decades. I was — and am — amazed at their bravery. To have my workplace conduct questioned was gut-wrenching. I've always aimed to treat all of my colleagues with honesty, respect, kindness and compassion. Yet, I knew, regardless of the confidence I had that there was no merit to the allegations, my name would likely soon appear on the lists of those suspected of despicable words and deeds. The pressures of our overflowing newsfeeds would insist on it. I absolutely want to be part of the change, the progress, that is coming. I did not want to be a postscript of evidence of its cause. After sharing the letter with the network, I publicly denied the claims against me, and agreed to participate in any inquiry the network deemed appropriate. On Feb. 1, I received notice that an independent third party found the claims to be unsubstantiated and that there was no evidence of wrongdoing on my part. Most of us agree that the presumption of innocence is an important standard. We are taught early on that it's essential to see all sides, to give everyone a chance to explain and to check for exculpatory evidence that may have been missed. At a time when improper interactions between men and women, particularly in the workplace, are part of a national conversation, we must find a way to ensure that everyone — the public, private and public institutions, accusers and alleged accused — is given the opportunity for a swift and fair review. My job is to listen. Beyond listening, which I will continue in earnest, I also will ask questions and try to help voices be heard. It isn't lost on me that my platforms — radio, TV, social media — can be powerful conduits for change. We all have the right to be treated equally, regardless of our gender, race, faith, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or other status. We find ourselves in extraordinary times in American culture. We live with near constant change, disruption and public discourse. I realize the morals and values, the decency, we've perhaps taken for granted, individually and as citizens of the world, are in question. Worse, at risk. I do not take these things for granted." News salaries have been released after she left her job this week due to a “massive disparity in pay” compared to her male co-anchor. Catt, 43, has been working at the network for nearly a decade and has taken on more responsibility over the past few years. “Catt’s salary was at about $600,000 per year,” a source told Us Weekly. “Jason is around $1 million a year, maybe $1.2 million at most. He was making more, but this has nothing to do with a male vs. female thing. It has nothing to do with gender, but rather seniority and Jason’s ranking at the company.” Jason‘s wife Lauren Scruggs has spoken out to defend her husband on Instagram, while Catt has shared that she doesn’t blame Jason for the pay disparity, calling him one of her best friends. See how other celebs, like Jennifer Lawrence, are supporting Catt‘s decision. Click inside to see Lauren’s Instagram post… FULL POST ON BLOG! I have always said that there are negatives and positives to social media, and these last 48 hours have proven that to be true. I believe in female empowerment and gender equality, but it’s heartbreaking that a network is being deemed sexist when that is simply not true. At one time my husband had a female co-anchor on E! News who made 3 times his salary. Women are paid accordingly on this network, and the difference in his salary versus hers did not affect Jason. He knows there are always more components to consider when determining one’s salary. _ In a New York Times article yesterday, an E! spokeswoman confirmed quote “Ms. Sadler’s and Mr. Kennedy’s roles were not comparable.” Since Jason was named the permanent anchor of E! If he ever heard that gender inequality was occurring at his workplace, he would take action. Instead, it’s the contrary, and the numerous phone calls we have had these past two days from both current and former female employees at E! only support what he has seen in his time there. These women have assured us that they never felt gender inequality was at play at any time. _ Jason is the most tender-hearted & respectful person and it’s so sad to see him unfairly publicly shamed. I am so proud of & inspired by my husband for constantly being prayerful, surrounding himself w/ wisdom, & being the definition of a class act even in unfortunate circumstances. Love u, Jase, I am honored to be by your side. A post shared by Lauren Scruggs Kennedy (@laurenscruggs) on Dec 21, 2017 at 4:32pm PST.....»»
