It’s just like it sounds: Seinfeld picks up his guests in a classic car and talks to them as he takes them out for coffee. Seinfeld’s guests - or passengers, as it were - have included several of comedy’s legends, including Steve Martin, Don Rickles, Garry Shandling, Tina Fey, Chris Rock, David Letterman, and the classic duo of Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner. And, in one memorable segment, he even drove to the White House for a cruise and chat with President Obama. How does Seinfeld get access to all of these A-listers? He told us it’s pretty simple. Could Jerry Seinfeld Reboot ‘Seinfeld’? (Not That There’s Anything Wrong With That!)

With Reboot Mania sweeping the TV industry -- who ever thought there'd be new episodes of Will & Grace, Roseanne, Mad About You, or Murphy Brown? -- could the timing be right for Jerry Seinfeld to get the gang back together? When he was recently a guest on Ellen DeGeneres’s talk show, he refused to rule out a Seinfeld reunion, saying, “It’s possible.” Obviously, that’s better than a “no,” or even a “yada yada yada.” But it’s doubtful he would ever consider coming back if the show hadn’t stood the test of time so well. It’s still beloved by millions of fans, and it’s a consistent performer in syndication. And, for a show about nothing, Seinfeld is pretty proud to have accomplished something with it. (Click on the media bar below to hear Jerry Seinfeld) Would you want to see the comedic misadventures of a 20-years-older Seinfeld crew? It’s a proud and storied part of the biz that happens each Spring, and recently the major networks went through the process of deciding which series would be getting the boot and which would be renewed for another season. People with rich personal lives often pick a canceled show to flip their shit over, and this year it was Brooklyn Nine-Nine. And of course it got renewed after fan uproar. Check out the full list of renewed series, via TVbythenumbers, and let us know what needs to go.
