Here Are The 35 Questions Taylor Swift"s Potential Jurors Had To Answer In Court

Was there an assault or not? This is the question at the center of Taylor Swift's trial. Back in 2015, radio host David Mueller sued the singer claiming he lost his job when, he says, her security team wrongfully accused him of groping her at a 2013 meet-and-greet backstage at the Pepsi Center in Denver. Back in 2015, radio host David Mueller sued the singer claiming he lost his job when, he says, her security team wrongfully accused him of groping her at a 2013 meet-and-greet backstage at the Pepsi Center in Denver. Related: Taylor & Joe Alwyn Hide From The Paparazzi! A month later, the Love Story musician countersued, claiming he "intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission." Fast forward to Monday, jury selection for the trial began where all parties including Swift -- dressed in a white dress and black jacket -- were in attendance. According to the Associated Press, the DJ had his "back turned to Swift, who sat at a nearby table with her mother, Andrea Swift, and their attorney." Awk-warrrrrrrrd. A total of eight jurors will be selected from a pool of 60, and each were asked 35 questions, focusing on whether they are fans of Swift and whether they saw the photo of Mueller and the now-27-year-old. Each side believes the snap will determine if an inappropriate touch occurred. See the 35 questions (below): 1. Where do you currently live (what city or town)? 2. What is your gender? 3. What is your current age? 4. Please identify [how you] describe your race and/or ethnicity. 5. It appears as though Mariah Carey's stans are rallying behind Miz Swift as she prepares to drop the first single from Reputation on Thursday evening. Why?? Well, because, MiMi's chart topper One Sweet Day is at risk of being dethroned as the longest-running No.1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Related: Katy Perry Stans Are Feeling Mixed About The Swish Swish Vid! Before we continue, let us give you some context. Back in 1996, the famed diva collaborated with Boyz II Men for a beautiful ballad and it dominated the chart for a mind-blowing 16 weeks. Mariah has kept this record for more than 20 years!!! Now Justin Bieber's collab with Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee (Despacito, duh) is threatening Carey's record as the track has spent 15 weeks on the chart. Obviously, this fact has sent Mariah's lambs into a panic (below). i swear to god if despacito dethrones one sweet day for the longest #1 i'll officially lose faith in humanity pic.twitter.com/C8yPNbnFM2 — ava (@babydollriah) August 21, 2017 Can someone dethrone Despacito already? As Tay Tay is slated to drop a new single later tonight, the Lambs have chosen to stan the blonde pop princess (below) in order to give it enough traction to keep Despacito from dethroning One Sweet Day. Understandably, Ed Sheeran is pretty stoked Beyoncé agreed to hop on his favorite love song from the Divide album! We get what we have the courage to ask for! Related: Ed Sets The Record Straight About Taylor Swift's Song Dress! On how the collaboration came to be, the 26-year-old told News Corp Australia on Friday: "It's something I kinda did just to see whether she would say yes. I just wanted to see what would happen. I can't believe it, to be honest. It's a really weird thing, it was just me and her and an engineer, which was very cool. To be on-on-one with someone you respect that much and be able to craft the song the way you envision without input from anybody else ... that's rare. When there are two people coming together like that, everyone has an opinion, you know." Taylor Swift is shaking. Ed also appeared on Ellen today where he continued to gush about Bey to Ellen DeGeneres and opened up about his three-year relationship AND those Grammys snubs! Watch (below)!! As you surely know, Miz Swift is set to spend the next several months on an impressive stadium tour, which had the University of Phoenix Stadium as its first stop! Related: Katy Perry LITERALLY Extends An Olive Branch To Taylor! Since TayTay has laid relatively low following her VERY public feud with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West, we know fans are itchin' for information about her unapologetic Reputation show. So strap in, because we've got deets (below)!!! As was previously reported, and teased by Taylor herself, Camila Cabello and Charli XCX are openers for the pop sensation. ❤️ STADIUM TOURMATES ❤️ @charli_xcx @camila_cabello 📷: @gettyentertainmentA post shared by Taylor Swift (@taylorswift) on May 8, 2018 at 4:14pm PDT What impressive opening acts! Still, it was Taylor who totally stole the show, as she performed 24 numbers in total. Per reports, Swift's set list included all of the songs from Reputation AND fan favorites All Too Well, Shake It Off, and Style! Don't worry, we have snippets from the concert: 📹 | Gigantic snake during LWYMMD! And I CAN BARELY POST THIS BECAUSE IM SHAKING. Best night of my life. In case you were unaware, it's said that the British actor inspired that particular track. And while sources say Taylor "couldn't be more excited about the tour," it appears that the hit maker has overcome a lot to put on this show. Before belting Long Live, Swift opened up about the "low" point in her life "a couple of years ago." Clearly alluding to the Famous phone call with West (which was exposed by Kim), the 28-year-old told the crowd: "A couple of years ago, someone called me a snake on social media and it caught on. And then a lot of people called me a lot of names on social media. And I went through some really low times for a while because of it. I went through some times when I didn't know if I was gonna get to do this anymore and I guess the snakes … I wanted to send a message to you guys that if someone uses name calling to bully you on social media and even if a lot of people jump on board with it, that doesn't have to beat you. It can strengthen you instead." Taylor’s speech before Long Live 🐍 (📹: @TV3Xpose) #repTourGlendale pic.twitter.com/o2qi3x2uIZ — Taylor Swift News (@TSwiftNZBU) May 9, 2018 Oh snap! She's truly embraced that snake status! Nonetheless, we're sure Taylor's words resonated with the 59,157 fans who attended the University of Phoenix Stadium show. We weren't even there and it moved us. Congrats on a great first night, bb! [Image via Instagram.].....»»

Kimye, Tom Hiddleston, Calvin Harris, & MORE! Taylor Swift"s Reputation Decoded HERE!

On Friday, Taylor Swift dropped her highly-anticipated sixth studio album, Reputation! Cue to us living our best lives!! Video: Tay Teases Her Formula 1 US Grand Prix Performance! The sweet singer's follow-up to the pop perfection that was 1989 is certainly her darkest work to date as the LP features music all about her highly publicized feud with Kanye West AND her rollercoaster love life. Drama, drama, dramaaaa!! It's hard to believe that we've finally got the complete Reputation project -- as it feels like it was only just yesterday that we learned about the old Taylor's death! May she rest in peace. Nonetheless, TayTay's Reputation has dropped and we've got plenty of tea to share. So, strap in, and take a look at all of the shade from TS6 (below)... If Ryan Murphy doesn't create a Feud season about Kanye West and Taylor Swift, he's sorely missing out. The blonde chart topper reignited her feud with the Famous rapper by slamming Kim Kardashian West's husband for being two-faced. In a biting new track, titled This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things, T.Swizzle shadily sang: "It was so nice being friends again / There I was giving you a second chance / But you stabbed me in the back while shaking my hand" In case you forgot, Taylor was accused of being a snake and a liar when Keeks leaked an edited phone call between the Gorgeous artist and Yeezy. Swift didn't stop there with her shots, as she also called out Kanye's falling out with JAY-Z: "But I'm not the only friend you've lost lately / Mm mm / If only you weren't so shady" DAMNNNN. Tell us how you really feel, Tay! Related: Swifties React To Reputation Still, Kanye wasn't the only A-lister to get a shout out on Reputation. Per Swift's song Getaway Car, it appears the 27-year-old knew her relationship with Tom Hiddleston was doomed from the start. Specifically, she noted: "A circus ain't a love story, and now we're both sorry … we're both sorry" Snap! Snap! Oh, and in Don't Blame Me, Taylor sang this saucy line: "I've been breaking hearts a long time and toying with them older guys." This verse could be about Hiddleston OR Calvin Harris. Regardless, we LOVES the sass. At the end of the day, a large portion of Taylor's album is about her low-key relationship with Joe Alwyn. As the twosome are rarely in public together, we're thrilled to have a look into their love story. In Delicate, Taylor confesses that the British actor fell for her despite her Reputation. She wrote: "My reputation's never been worse, so you must like me for me ... Is it cool that I said all that? Is it too soon to do this yet? ‘Cause I know that it's delicate …" Awwwww. And it sounds like Taylor and Joe have a pretty HAWT bedroom life too as in So It Goes..., Swift crooned: "You know I'm not a bad girl but I do bad things with you... dressed in black now … scratches down your back now." She opened up about the steamy side of her relationship with Alwyn again as she added in the song Dress: "I'm spilling wine in the bath tub, you kiss my face and we're both drunk … I don't want you like a best friend, only bought this dress so you could take it off." Taylor is all grown up, folks! Although, Tay seems to be really in love with Joe as she seemingly refers to him as the "King of [her] heart, body, and soul" in King of My Heart. Now, for all of you haters out there, Taylor clarified in End Game that she doesn't thrive on her many feuds -- but she's not afraid to engage with those who've wronged her. Alongside Future and Ed Sheeran, Swift noted: "I bury hatchets, but I keep maps of where I put 'em/reputation precedes me, they told you I'm crazy/I swear I don't love the drama, it loves me." You tell 'em, girl!!! So, after learning all these Easter Eggs, what do U think of TS6?! Be sure to let us know your thoughts (below)! [Image via Taylor Swift/Instagram.].....»»
