As part of the press tour for BE FIERCE: Stop Harassment and Take Your Power Back, the former Fox News host sat down with Nancy Armstrong to discuss her experiences with sexual misconduct and even revealed how she informed her children about Donald Trump's pussy grabbing scandal. Related: All 45 Women Who Have Accused Harvey Weinstein So Far In fact, Carlson openly admitted that she showed her 12 and 14 year old the Trumpster's infamous Access Hollywood tape. She explained: "When the Access Hollywood tape came out with now-President Trump, I played it for my children... I wanted them to see how not to treat human beings. I wanted then to know that human decency, in my mind, supersedes any political policy." As it should!! In case you forgot, in footage from an Access Hollywood taping in 2005, the President is heard bragging about how felt entitled to "grab" women "by the pussy." We aren't shocked that Gretchen made a point to show the tape to her kids as she became the face of the anti-sexual harassment movement following her 2016 lawsuit against Fox News chief Roger Ailes. The suit resulted in Ailes' ousting from the conservative network. In regards to her own experiences with sexual harassment, Gretchen had a few choice words for Human Resources departments everywhere: "I actually believe reporting sexual harassment should go to a different part of the company. If the harasser is a boss then just forget it. You, as the employee, have no chance." Fair point. The 51-year-old went on to reference two additional instances of sexual assault, both experienced while she was serving as Miss America in 1989. On why she declined to name the individuals involved, the author noted: "It doesn't really matter... Maybe at some point I'll decide to make them [public]. It's actually a legal issue about why I wouldn't and I've had my fair share of lawyer advice over the last 15 months. So it's not because I'm not speaking up about it, it's more of a concern from a legal point of view." That all makes sense! Jamie Lee Curtis SLAMS Donna Karan & "Brutish Thug" Harvey Weinstein While Talking About Being Sexually Harassed At Work

With more and more celebs sharing their own horrifying experiences with the controversial producer, it's opening up a very overdue discussion in the industry. And Jamie Lee Curtis is doing so by slamming the argument that women are "asking for it," one Donna Karan recently given voice once again in defense of the movie mogul. Related: Kate Beckinsale Accuses Harvey Of Hitting On Her When She Was 17 The designer has since apologized, but the actress isn't here for it! In an op-ed piece published on Huffington Post, the star explained her disappointment with Donna -- all without naming her name: "I awoke to a statement, from an unlikely voice, that the women in question were perhaps 'asking for it.' Really? Is this how we have evolved? Is this what the women's movement, feminism and, more recently, the women's march has yielded? A fellow woman, one who makes her living dressing famous women in tight, sexy dresses and one who built her empire to do her good works all over the world, would throw these brave women under the bus in a weird, mean girl version of slut shaming?" Jamie continued, revealing she has been victim to sexual harassment at work: "I, too, have been subjected to my own private, personal versions of sexual harassment on the job. Did I ask for it? No. What I simply asked for was a job, and what came with it was sexual harassment." Furthering her point, she added: "What I believe we are all asking for in these instances, is a chance to show our talent, our humanity, a chance to express ourselves and our art and perhaps, be a part of a film that can truly create change." Using Prince's drug overdose as an example, the Scream Queens actress wondered if a "very famous person" had to die to affect change, like it did with opioid laws. When it comes to Harvey and sexual harassment though, she mused if there would be an end: "Perhaps this grotesque power play to 'get some' by this brutish thug of a man and the attempts by him, his lawyer, his board and famous friends to, once again, keep it under wraps and blame the victim will fail. Perhaps the truth will out other sexual harassment, be it from a governor or a president or a presidential candidate or studio head or movie star or executive or anyone else complicit in this billionaire boys club bullshit that will come to an inglorious end. To quote the great Helen Reddy, 'I am woman hear me roar, in numbers too big to ignore.'" Preach! Let's hope more and more stars continue to speak out! Former Bachelor Producer Files Sexual Harassment Complaint Against Warner Brothers & Other Producers

Amid all of the sexual harassment allegations coming to light, former producer for the ABC dating series, Becky Steenhoek, has come forward with a lawsuit against Warner Brothers and several of the show's producers on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. The court docs name Caitlin Stapleton, Bennett Graebner, Elan Gale, Peter Scalettar, Jacqueline Naz Perez, in addition to creator Mike Fleiss' production company NZK Productions. According to Steenhoek, she was repeatedly asked very intimate questions about her sex life, which she says were made to make her feel uncomfortable during her time on JoJo Fletcher's season in 2016. Related: Corinne Olympios Is Open To Giving Nick Viall A Second Chance She says the questions often included: "Is your vagina shaved?," "Have you ever fondled [testicles] before?," and "Have you ever sat under a shower faucet or touched yourself to masturbate?" ... "How often do you masturbate?," "Do you own sex toys/dildos?," "Have you ever had anal sex?," "Do you enjoy giving hand jobs?," "Is your vagina shaved?," "Do you have a landing strip?" "Has a man ever got your 'taco' talking?" So graphic! The 31-year-old -- who has since moved back to Texas -- told the LA Times that she was "raised in a Christian household" and the prodding was meant to embarrass her: "You could visibly tell it was very uncomfortable to me to witness, just because they did make comments like, 'Oh, Becky's blushing,' or 'Her ears are probably burning.' It was a bit of a theme that carried on throughout the season ... it was a fun time for them to see me get embarrassed." She even went to cast producer Stapleton, who she says told her at the time: "She just told me, 'Listen, this is just how it is. These are middle-aged white men. This is locker-room talk. This is their way of showing that they're trying to bond with you.'" After her complaint to Stapleton, Steenhoek says she began being excluded from meetings and given less responsibility until she was ultimately fired. When she asked producer Bennett Graebner the reason for her termination, he allegedly told her she was not being enough of a "bitch": "When I was hired for the job, the reason they told me I was being hired because I did have the morals and they felt I was a good person. And then here I am being fired because of that reason." She is suing for damages for sexual harassment and hostile work environment, sex discrimination, retaliation, failure to prevent harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination. Of the entire ordeal, Becky said: "It tainted my whole view of the industry. I wasn't protected. When we sign our paperwork, we're given a sexual harassment policy that says ‘any unwanted — whether it's verbal or physical — sexual advances that makes the person feel uncomfortable and is unwelcome, that you're supposed to report that and it's not allowed.' I think it's an industry-wide problem — these executives are untouchable. If you report it, you get retaliated against, you get fired because then you're not a team player. If you don't report it, then it was essentially me not being me. I would have had to sacrifice my values and my morals for something I didn't think was right, and I'm not gonna do that." Warner Bros. has responded in a statement, saying: "We take all allegations of workplace harassment very seriously. These allegations were brought to our attention and were thoroughly investigated earlier this year. Our findings did not support the plaintiff's characterization of the events claimed to have taken place, which is why we are disappointed by the filing of this lawsuit." We'll keep you posted as we learn more. [Image via Facebook.].....»»

Following The New York Times' explosive exposé on Harvey Weinstein and claims of his decades of sexual harassment, many are left wondering how this was allowed to go on for so long. Well, it appears as though the boys' club in Hollywood enabled the indie movie mogul's behavior. Related: Model Zoe Brock Details Being "Harveyed" What do we mean exactly?? Apparently, this isn't the first time a piece about Weinstein's gross conduct has been written, as a similar story was drafted back in 2004. The reason it never saw the light of day is because Damon and Crowe allegedly helped Weinstein gut the investigation into a practically nothing piece. Sharon Waxman, founder of The Wrap, made these bold claims in a new story on Sunday. The longtime journalist revealed: "In 2004, I was still a fairly new reporter at The New York Times when I got the green light to look into oft-repeated allegations of sexual misconduct by Weinstein. It was believed that many occurred in Europe during festivals and other business trips there. I traveled to Rome and tracked down the man who held the plum position of running Miramax Italy. According to multiple accounts, he had no film experience and his real job was to take care of Weinstein's women needs, among other things." Ew. We're sure that job must've been a literal nightmare. She continued: "As head of Miramax Italy in 2003 and 2004, Fabrizio Lombardo was paid $400,000 for less than a year of employment... I had people on the record telling me Lombardo knew nothing about film, and others citing evenings he organized with Russian escorts." At the time, Lombardo denied the allegations about his job responsibilities AND "declined to comment on the circumstances of his leaving Miramax." Nonetheless, Waxman tracked down a London-based woman who had been paid off following an "unwanted sexual encounter with Weinstein." While the unnamed woman was too scared to comment on the harassment because of the non-disclosure agreement she signed, evidence of a pay off was supplied. Despite all of this evidence, Sharon's initial report of the situation never ran -- and here's where Damon and Crowe come in. Waxman relayed: "After intense pressure from Weinstein, which included having Matt Damon and Russell Crowe call me directly to vouch for Lombardo and unknown discussions well above my head at the Times, the story was gutted. I was told at the time that Weinstein had visited the newsroom in person to make his displeasure known. I knew he was a major advertiser in the Times, and that he was a powerful person overall." Still, the Times had a journalistic responsibility to publish the story, right? Wrong. The businesswoman added: "The story was stripped of any reference to sexual favors or coercion and buried on the inside of the Culture section, an obscure story about Miramax firing an Italian executive. Who cared? The Times' then-culture editor Jon Landman, now an editor-at-large for Bloomberg, thought the story was unimportant, asking me why it mattered." How awful. And shame on anyone who would help enable Harvey's predatory ways. We're just glad that people are speaking out now. [Image via WENN.].....»»

That's just what the former Fox News host did on Monday's TODAY when speaking on Bill O'Reilly's latest reported sexual harassment settlement. O'Reilly responded to the The New York Times' story by saying that the report -- which revealed he paid $32 million to settle a sexual harassment claim with Fox News legal analyst Lis Wiehl -- had "maliciously smeared him." He also claimed that no woman ever went to HR or complained about his behavior. Related: Megyn Rips Into Mayim Bialik & Donna Karan For Victim Blaming! The Megyn Kelly Today host, who worked at Fox News from 2004 until January this year, said she wrote an email to co-presidents Bill Shine and Jack Abernethy in November 2016 about O'Reilly's treatment of women. That day, Kelly's memoir Settle for More had been released, which included a chapter in which Kelly accuses former network CEO Roger Ailes of sexually harassing her. When asked about the book in an interview with CBS News, O'Reilly got defensive and said he wasn't interested in "basically litigating something that is finished that makes my network look bad." As we reported, Anna Graham Hunter is accusing Dustin Hoffman of grabbing her ass, asking for foot rubs, and inquiring about her sex life on the set of the 1985 TV-movie adaptation Death of a Salesman. She was only 17 years old at the time of the alleged incident. On Friday, DOAS director Volker Schlondorff released a statement defending the now-80-year-old actor, saying he was a "kidder" who was simply "teasing the young, nervous interns, mostly to make them feel included on the set." Related: Second Woman Comes Forward Accusing Dustin Hoffman Of Sexual Harassment According to the filmmaker, Hoffman was known for his sexually charged sense of humor, which apparently made everybody laugh: "Standard Monday morning question was indeed. 'Did you have good sex over the weekend?' A joke, a running gag, everybody laughed at."' As for the foot rubs? "Foot massage? Yes indeed, he was 16 hours standing on the set (as me he never sat down), so he was tired and besides there is a line in the play about it: 'These arch supports are killing me.' Dustin Hoffman, ever method acting, made it his own. Everybody gave him a foot massage now and then, on the set, amidst the chaos, nothing ambiguous about it."' Overall, Schlondorff believes calling The Graduate thespian a "predator" is "simply going too far," and if Dustin knew his alleged actions made Hunter upset, "he wouldn't have done it." When word of Volker's letter hit the Internet, social media users immediately DRAGGED the director for trying to justify Hoffman's alleged harassment. Hilarious. Making someone cry is not funny it’s sick — Nurse this that (@LongerSlave) November 3, 2017 Nothing sets young interns at ease like a little ass grab. Really makes them feel like "equals" ... ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING WITH THIS — spectral kev (@anteretro) November 3, 2017 pic.twitter.com/ox2SQ2lTl0 — musicwhat (@Whatismusic_) November 3, 2017 Read Volker's full statement below: "I welcome the #metoo campaign and do not want to sound dismissive of what I consider a serious cause. However one should not smear, tar and feather indistinctively every male around. Calling Dustin Hoffman a predator is simply going too far. I hope this fades away. It's plain silly. Just watch Christian Blackwood's wonderful documentary PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS on the making of DOAS to check what a kidder Dustin was on the set, at all time, with everybody. Standard Monday morning question was indeed. "Did you have good sex over the weekend?" A joke, a running gag, everybody laughed at. Foot massage? Yes indeed, he was 16 hours standing on the set (as me he never sat down), so he was tired and besides there is a line in the play about it: "These arch supports are killing me." Dustin Hoffman, ever method acting, made it his own. Everybody gave him a foot massage now and then, on the set, amidst the chaos, nothing ambiguous about it. As to the joke who was going to get Warren Beatty, only a teenager in her unlimited fantasy could take it seriously. Slapping her butt on the way to the car, with driver, stage manager and PAs around, may have happened, but again in a funny way, nothing lecherous about it. He was a clown, it was part of the way we portrayed Willy Loman as well — but he never played the power play. He was teasing the young, nervous interns, mostly to make them feel included on the set, treating them as equals to all the senior technicians. She may have got it wrong, confiding it to her diary then, but as a grown-up 30 years later she should know that his was no "sexual harassment," and not call him a "predator." In her innermost she must know that this teasing was not to put her down, but to make her relax with all these celebrities around. She had a self-assured playful way herself. If he knew that she would be upset when he was teasing her, he wouldn't have done it. Not the sensitive man he was, and still is. I wish Arthur Miller was around, he would find the right words, but then he might get accused of sexually molesting Marilyn Monroe." [Image via Lia Toby/WENN.].....»»

On Thursday, it was revealed that E! News' Ken Baker has been accused of sexual harassment by two employees. Per reports, one former E! News staffer claims that back in 2012 Baker called her into his dimly lit office and asked her to sit on his lap. Another alleged victim has accused Ken of kissing her without her consent when she was only an intern in 2011. Related: Third Woman Makes Groping Claims Against President George H.W. Bush The same woman said the industry vet also propositioned her for sex countless times over the years and even asked to gift her with "a Tiffany dildo with ‘Ken Baker' engraved on the shaft." Ewwww. The entertainment newsman has since addressed the allegations as he released the following statement to The Wrap: "I am very disturbed by these anonymous allegations, which make my heart ache. I take them very seriously. I care deeply for people's feelings and sincerely live in a way that treats people with dignity and respect." Well, this isn't necessarily a denial or an apology! It's said the ex-intern's account of what went down with Baker has been supported by the former employee and a career coach, who listened to the victim complain about Ken's texts years ago. Understandably, the coach was "furious" when she saw the salacious texts on the accuser's phone. She shared: "I wanted to report that day, but I had to respect her wishes. She did not want me to do anything. She said I'll handle it. I tried to convince her. I really did." Although it's believed that Baker didn't threaten any of the women, the former intern worried that if she came forward she'd be blacklisted. Apparently, the 47-year-old sent sexual texts to the woman for four-plus years after the internship concluded. Eventually, the unnamed victim ordered Baker to stop it with the texts. In response to the demand, Ken supposedly apologized and arranged for the woman to meet with a casting director. The E! Network has been alerted to the allegations as they released their own statement on the matter. The network noted: "E! has a longstanding commitment to providing a safe working environment in which everyone is treated with respect and dignity. We take all complaints of misconduct seriously, and thoroughly investigate all allegations of harassment." This isn't the first time Baker's been accused of being inappropriate with an employee. Back in 2007, when Ken was the West Coast bureau chief of Us Weekly, a lawsuit claimed he hired his children's nanny as a reporter and texted the said female about wanting have sex with her and noted that he wanted to "see her pregnant with pigtails." Ugh. Related: Harvey Sues The Weinstein Co. After Fallout The ex-E! staffer who shared the "lap" story relayed that Ken would often make inappropriate comments and/or touch her in uncomfortable ways. She explained: "He makes physical comments like, ‘That's a really cute outfit' or ‘That's a really tight shirt.' … He would put his hand on my waist and leave it there too long. I almost feel like it's a power trip. It's like, ‘I can do these things.'" Tsk, tsk. The unwanted attention escalated in 2012 when Ken asked the accuser to come into his office to look at a script. According to the woman, Ken made it difficult for her to look at the computer screen and eventually invited her to sit on his lap. The woman realized he was serious after he "pushed back in his chair a little bit." As for the intern, she first met Ken in an elevator in 2011. The woman would meet in Ken's office regularly in the hopes of getting career advice, but Baker would always turn the conversations from professional topics to sexual ones. The victim recalled: "I thought he would be more of a mentor. He was telling me about how his marriage was failing and about his kids." The former pro athlete attempted to make a move after one of these office meetings. At first, Ken went in for just a hug, but then: "He kind of walked me to the door, gave me a hug and tried to pull one on me and managed to land it. He wanted a long kiss but it was more of a peck… I was like, ‘Whoa, get the fuck off.'" Ick. Although the intern is known for her crass sense of humor, she was never comfortable with the sexual elements of her conversations with Ken. She added: "There was lots of text messaging. He would always twist it. Always make it sexual." How awful. We couldn't be more disappointed in Ken, especially since he's been doing coverage on Harvey Weinstein's sexual misconduct. Laura Dern Just Realized She Was Sexually Assaulted At 14 After Previously Justifying It

Laura Dern had this very revelation following Elle's Women in Hollywood event on Monday. The Emmy winner discussed the event -- where Reese Witherspoon revealed she was assaulted by a director at 16 -- with Ellen DeGeneres for Wednesday's episode of the chat show. Related: Courtney Love Warned Women About Harvey YEARS Ago While at the event Laura touted that she was "one of the lucky ones" as she dodged experiences with sexual misconduct thanks to the guidance of her industry vet parents, Bruce Dern and Diane Ladd. However, hours before appearing on Ellen's talk show, the 50-year-old realized that she was sexually assaulted as a teen. The Jurassic Park alum explained: "It was an extraordinary experience, perhaps more than ever, to have this shared space and a tribe of women and artists talking about this industry, and ultimately therefore talking about sexual harassment in the workplace. And a very interesting thing happened this morning. I woke up and I realized that in that space I talked about how I was one of the lucky ones because I was raised by actors who told me their stories and told me what to look out for, and I realized that I was I still justifying behavior. And it was my mom who said, 'No, no, no, Laura—that was sexual assault. That was harassment. That was assault. You were 14 then.'" How awful. Apparently, prior to her mother bringing up the experience, Laura hadn't classified it as sexual assault or harassment. She continued: "You realize how in our culture we have justified, and therefore even condoned behavior, as though it's the norm." It's sad, but very true. Nonetheless, Dern was "very moved" by the brave stories she heard at the Elle event. In case you didn't know, Laura and Reese are close friends and recently costarred in Big Little Lies together. Thankfully, it seems the powerful ladies in Hollywood are determined to build a "commission" so that victims can report abuse. The A-lister concluded: "The most exciting part is in moving forward, we talked about the forming of a commission, which Kathy Kennedy presented...So to have a place, even anonymously, to reach out and say, 'There is an abuse of power here and something is not OK.'" We're SO on board with this idea!! Bravo. [Image via EllenTube.].....»»

During a press briefing on Friday, Sarah Huckabee Sanders told a reporter that the official White House position on Donald Trump's sexual harassment scandal is that ALL of his accusers are lying! Related: Trump Tags The Wrong Lee Greenwood In A Birthday Twitter Post The journalist -- who we hope is planning to follow up with receipts -- asked: "Sexual harassment has been in the news. At least 16 women have accused the President of sexually harassing them throughout the course of the campaign. Last week during a press conference in the rose garden, the President called these accusations 'fake news.' Is the official White House position that all of these women are lying?" Sanders immediately confirmed: "Yep, we've been clear on that from the beginning, and the President has spoken on it." So you're telling us... the official word of the White House... is to immediately not believe the victims? And to believe the orange man without any evidence?!!?! If you're wondering why people who have been harassed don't come forward, THIS is a shining example! Our official position is that everyone in the White House are pieces of shit!
