Ben Higgins Says "It Would Be Really Hard" For Him To Kiss Someone New Following Split With Fiancée Lauren Bushnell

Ben Higgins is single and NOT ready to mingle. During a recent episode of his podcast with fellow Bachelor nation vet Ashley Iaconetti, the season 20 lead revealed that he has no plans to romantically rebound following his split with fiancée Lauren Bushnell. During a recent episode of his podcast with fellow Bachelor nation vet Ashley Iaconetti, the season 20 lead revealed that he has no plans to romantically rebound following his split with fiancée Lauren Bushnell. Oh man. Related: Rachel Lindsay Gushes About Her "Hopeless Romantic" Fiancé This truth bomb came after one fan of The Ben and Ashley I. Almost Famous Podcast asked when the former Bachelor would start dating again, especially since Miz Bushnell has already moved on. On his decision to stay single, Higgins explained: "If I were to kiss somebody right now in my life, it would hold a lot of weight. It would be really hard for me. Right now, for me to kiss anybody … my chest kind of gets tight. I know that's really difficult for me." Poor guy. Apparently, the business analyst has avoided getting specific about his post-Lauren love life as he is aware that fans were really invested in their love story. He continued: "This kind of stuff, dating and relationships, are things that are very sensitive to me right now. It's just not something I want to talk about right now, honestly. I don't know when I'm ready [to date]. Honestly, as tempted as I am and as much as I do desire relationships, like I do. I desire commitment and I desire to emotionally attach myself to somebody … I am forcing myself to get to know myself to better, to find myself a little bit, to get to know who I am now." Makes sense. Not to mention, the former flames only split back in May after getting engaged during the season 20 finale of the ABC dating competition. So just do you, bud! Still we're sure there will be PLENTY of ladies vying for Ben's heart once he's ready to start dating again. We mean, he IS the "perfect Ben." LOLz! [Image via Judy Eddy/WENN.].....»»

EIGHT Competitors Leave Bachelor Winter Games — But That"s Not Why Ben Higgins Is Crying!

EIGHT contestants went home on Tuesday's Bachelor Winter Games. No wonder the season is only four episodes long. No wonder the season is only four episodes long. The most recent episode of the Bachelor spinoff kicked off with a downhill skiing event -- which didn't go over well for many. Related: January Jones Reveals Nick Viall Is ONLY 'A Friend' Nonetheless, Dean Unglert and current flame Lesley Murphy both flourished at the wintry sport and each received date cards. As they're already paired off, they generously gave their spare date card to Ashley Iaconetti and Kevin Wendt. This made Ashley BEYOND thrilled as she previously worried about being "friend zoned" by Kevin. And Miz Iaconetti certainly made the most of her date as she informed the Canadian hunk about her virginity status. Although the podcaster was concerned that this truth bomb would turn Kevin off, he actually handled the news really well. After telling Ashley he respected her decision to keep her hymen intact, the twosome cozied up and made some clay pots à la Ghost. Get yours, girl!! Sadly, not everyone was having luck finding love on BWG. Tiffany Scanlon realized she wasn't meeting anyone special and chose to bounce from the house. That decision made Ben Higgins reevaluate what he was doing on the show. In fact, Higgins had a revelation that he just wasn't ready to date even if someone special popped up at the house. Despite being over ex fiancée Lauren Bushnell, Ben realized he wasn't over the heartbreak. After a chat with Chris Harrison, the perfect Ben noted tearfully: "As much as I've moved on and I have, it still hurts." Through more tears, Ben made his goodbyes and admitted the house brought back "ghosts." Ben's exit was followed by Yuki Kimura and Michael Garofola's departure. So who was left?? Since only couples were left by the time the rose ceremony arrived, Harrison decided to make the moment ANOTHER competition opportunity. Yup, instead of a rose ceremony, the couples were tasked with participating in a kissing contestant. To make things even more awkward, the judges for the competition were some of the competitors exes. Specifically, Rachel Lindsay, Arie Luyendyk Jr., and JoJo Fletcher were tasked with ranking the smooches. Oh, and whomever came in last was being sent home. Understandably, the contestants were uncomfortable AF about locking lips with their new loves in front of their former flames. But they sucked it up, and did it anyway. Here are some highlights from the kissing competition... Christian Rauch and Clare Crawley chose to withdraw from the contest altogether as they had never kissed before (and had a nasty fight earlier). Byeeee! Dean and Lesley did a little dance routine before their kiss, and it was not great. Ashley and Kevin went ALL IN with a hot and heavy makeout session. Bibiana Julian and Jordan Mauger, as well as Luke Pell and Stassi Yaramchuk, went with a tender, slow moving kiss. Josiah Graham and Ally Thompson ended up in last place, which is probably a good thing, since the New Zealand resident later revealed they never really had a deep connection. Don't worry, y'all! There's always Paradise. Be sure to ch-ch-check out Bachelor Winter Games' finale when it airs this Thursday on ABC at 8 p.m. ET. [Image via ABC.].....»»

The 27-year-old reality star split from Ben three months ago and it seems she is happy in her new relationship. Lauren took to Instagram to share a photo of her and Devin on a date night. She also posted a video of them kissing on her Instagram Stories. “Dibs,” she captioned the photo. Lauren recently opened up to Entertainment Tonight about dating Devin, who she knew before she even met Ben. “I’m very protective over [this new relationship], because it’s someone that I’ve known for a while,” she said. “We had a friendship established before I even went on The Bachelor. When you go through a breakup — for me, at least — that was the last thing on my mind. I wanted to just take the time to, like, take a deep breath and think back on things that happened and just kind of reset a little bit.” “So, it wasn’t necessarily planned, if you will,” she added. “It’s a friendship, and because of that friendship first, I’m also very protective of it. So, I haven’t really shared a lot about it, but I’m very happy.” See pics of the new couple in the gallery!.....»»

Part One Of The Bachelor Finale Was A Fucking Disaster — Recap HERE

Shame on Arie Luyendyk Jr. and shame on ABC. After several weeks [...] Shame on Arie Luyendyk Jr. and shame on ABC. During part one of The Bachelor finale on Monday, the former race car driver ended his relationship with Lauren Burnham (right after telling her he loves her) during the final rose ceremony in Peru, and got down on one knee and proposed to Becca Kufrin. After several weeks of engaged bliss, Arie took a camera crew to an unsuspecting Becca to break up with her and tell her he was leaving her for his runner-up, Lauren. During the last 45 minutes of the three hour special, we had to uncomfortably watch Becca get her heart broken in what the network says was completely unedited, raw footage. And every time Becca told Arie to "just leave," he just lingered around while cameras were shoved down Becca's throat. Related: Corinne Olympios Has Insight Into Tori Spelling's Apparent Breakdown Arie told Becca during his breakup speech: "The reality of it is that being with you, although it's been everything that I wanted, I still think about her. And I think you sense that. I think for me, the more I hung out with you, the more I felt like I was losing the possibility of maybe reconciling things with Lauren." To which she responded: "Are you fucking kidding me?" The episode ended with a brief interview between Becca and Chris Harrison, during which she said it was "brutal" to watch it all back: "When it all happened, I feel like I kind of blacked out. I cried for probably four days straight I am angry at times. I grieved the loss of that relationship and the future that I thought we were gonna have. I am angry at times. I feel betrayed a lot of the time just because I feel like I was lied to for so long." The truth of the matter is that Arie should have never proposed in the first place, especially when he told Lauren moments before that he was in love with her AND clearly wasn't ready to go all in with Becca. THEN, he should have given Becca the common courtesy of not completely blindsiding her with a breakup in front of camera crews. Trash. ALL OF IT IS TRASH. Anywho, Becca has since started her campaign to be The Bachelorette broken her silence ahead of Tuesday night's finale, talking to People about everything that went down between her and Arie. Turns out, Arie had been liking several of Lauren's photos on Instagram while he was still engaged to Becca. He even gave Lauren a call "to apologize" for how they ended, but ultimately decided he wanted to abandon Becca's ship. Why didn't we get "raw, unedited" footage of THAT conversation, huh ABC??? Becca told the outlet of the heartbreaking split: "He's a good person, I don't think he's a monster and purposely did this to hurt me and make me feel this way. But it's just the result of his actions. At the end of the day, I don't think he thought through everything of how ending things with Lauren would be, how being engaged to me would be and what breaking up with me and going back to her would be. I don't think he thought it through, but I don't think he did it maliciously to break my heart." The 27-year-old added of the morning she got engaged in Peru before the final rose ceremony: "That morning, I woke up and I was very oddly calm. I just felt it in my heart. I just knew it was me — that him and I were going to be together. There were still nerves, but I never was too anxious or worked up about it because I just felt it was right with us ... I felt like my heart was going to burst because it was just so filled with love to be with him and share that news with our friends and family. There was so much excitement and joy. It was an overabundance." Becca revealed it wasn't until the newly-engaged duo got back to the States that Arie admitted he still had feelings for her 26-year-old competitor: "I never thought for a million years that once the going started to get tough that he would throw in the towel and jump ship and say, 'Oh sorry, I changed my mind.' I didn't think we were at that point whatsoever." And reflecting on the moment he broke the news: "I thought we were just going to have a nice romantic weekend. The night before he had turned off his phone, which I thought was strange, and it wasn't until the moment when he walked into the house when he didn't have his suitcases with him, I was like What's going on?" Obviously, it wasn't fun being dumped on national television: "It was embarrassing the way he broke up with me with the full cameras and crew around. There was a better and more tactful way to do it. A breakup is hard enough, and to have it all filmed and have to re-watch it and know that people all across the country are watching you get your heart broken, it is embarrassing. It's not fun. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. It was like a slap in the face. I wish he would have been more honest with me. From the questions I was asking, I would have appreciated the full truth. I was obviously blindsided like, Did I miss something? I was asking you these things and you didn't tell me. What did I miss? How could I have not seen any of this to the extent of how it played out?" While Becca credits Arie for being "open and honest in the fact that he had told Lauren he loved her too," she says that "red flags were being raised" when the series premiered January 1: "At that point, I knew that he had liked some of her Instagram photos so we had a conversation about it. And that was the first time that he really threw it out that he should have a conversation with her and just apologize for how things had ended with her, that he had felt guilty ... He had told me, ‘I still have feelings for her, I'm trying to work through them.' He said it was hard for him to always talk about it in interviews with the press, to relive that relationship. He said he couldn't close that chapter until everything was said and done and the finale aired. That whole time we were just looking at the end goal of this week to finally be done with that and move on and be together and work through it as a team." Becca couldn't understand why her fiancé continued liking his ex's pics online, saying she "definitely went through all of the emotions. I was upset, I was angry at times, I felt betrayed. When I started noticing those little things like the Instagram likes, I was trying to come at it from a relationship standpoint to compromise and talk through it": "I would question if he was ready to be engaged and if he was ready at that point to get down on one knee and if not, I'd still stand by him and want to work through it. But of course I'm going to go through all the emotions. I'm a girl, I'm a human being. There was still jealousy there. You're engaged to me, why are you liking another person's photos or still wanting to contact them?" Um. Yeah. WHY, Arie?? Related: How ABC Dealt With The Bachelor Surprise Ending! Becca says she "can't fault" Arie for choosing Lauren, she just wishes he never proposed to her: "I wish he hadn't proposed. At that point I loved him and I wanted to be with him. Even if on that last day, he said, ‘I'm still uncertain, this is a big move, I don't want to get down on one knee unless I'm 1000 percent sure, but I still want to be with you,' I would have been fine with that. I would have been like, ‘I love you, I still want to be with you.' I even asked him a couple times if he felt like he was certain like that was the right move at that point and every time he said, ‘I'm happy with the decision and I feel confident in us.' From what he was telling me and from even that grand gesture, I thought nobody would do that unless they did feel 100 percent confident." She added: "He did get down on one knee, he did propose to me, he did say, ‘I'm committing to you, I choose you every day.' That's something that I only wanted to happen once in my life, and it's been robbed from me, and I can never have that one time moment again. And the second part is that he lied or hid his true feelings and emotions for weeks and weeks and weeks. The number one thing that I value in a relationship is honesty and loyalty, and I feel like I wasn't given that." Ultimately, she's forgiven him and she's ready to move on with her life (AKA probably be the next leading lady): "At the end of the day I wouldn't' change the experience because I met so many amazing people and I fell in love and I had this great experience and memories. I'm still going to feel a sense of compassion for him because I did love him but at this point, I want him to be happy, I want to be done and not have to worry about them anymore. They're going to be together and do their thing. I wanted to move on and have my person that I can focus on and live my life with. At the end of the day, I do forgive him." Good riddance, TBH! While the latest spinoff is a lot like Bachelor In Paradise, it offers a lot more to the show as there are cute coats, wintry games, and yummy foreigners. Sadly, the series is only four episodes long *SIGH*. Related: Arie Luyendyk Jr. Says Ciao To Three Women Don't fret though, because the drama has already kicked into high gear. And, by drama, we mean Ashley Iaconetti has already cried A BUNCH!!! So let's get into the specifics... After a fun parade and concert, the group of contestants moved their beautiful behinds into their cute little winter residence. Not only did the group start prepping for their first event (which involved both skiing and shooting), the competitors moved to start forming connections. In short: they all started making out with one another. Specifically, the couples that paired off were Dean Unglert and Lesley Murphy, Bibiana Julian and Kevin Wendt, and Josiah Graham and Ally Thompson. They move quickly, don't they?? Luke Pell, along with Canadians Benoit Beauséjour-Savard and Wendt, flourished during the physical biathlon event. But it was Mr. Wendt who nabbed the first date card. As for the female contestants, Swede Rebecca Carlson scored her date card pretty easily. Ashley I. responded to Kevin winning the date card in the most EXTREME way, as she started having a meltdown over whether or not she'd be invited on the outing. Although Bibiana already formed a cozy connection with the Canadian hunk, Ashley I. defended that she too felt VERY strongly for him. Girl, you just met. Calm down. Between Ashley I.'s screams and wails about being friendzoned, Bibiana was invited on a date by Kevin. Luke was also asked out by, you guessed it, date card holder Rebecca. Footage from the dates were only minutes long and, in truth, not very interesting. But everyone seemed to have a nice time. Right as we were getting emotionally invested in this winter dating venture, Chris Harrison announced some shocking news about the rose ceremony -- that it'd be elimination style, à la Survivor. If you're confused, Harrison made sure to explain that every person in the house had to vote for someone they didn't think was there for the right reasons. SAVAGE, and we love it. Ultimately, Eric Bigger, Zoe Tang, Laura Blair, Lauren Griffin, and Jamey Kocan were all sent home. See ya, wouldn't want to be ya!! Be sure to study that Bachelor Winter Games anthem, because BWG returns THIS THURSDAY at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. [Image via ABC.].....»»

No, really!! Video: Arie Jokes About Bekah M.'s Missing Persons Mix Up! As of writing this post, 12 couples have been formed thanks to Bachelor nation shows. Whether it was on the OG show or on one of the spinoffs, 24 people have found their special someone on a reality TV show. So bananas!! Curious to discover who has made it?? Learn the contestants who are still going strong (below)... 12. Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter Sweet Sweet Vacation.A post shared by Ryan Sutter (@ryansutter) on Jan 14, 2018 at 5:26pm PST Trista was the first ever Bachelorette. So it's kind of perfect that she actually found her happily ever after with husband Ryan on the show. Rehn was a previous Bachelor veteran as she had appeared on the competition's first season. She and Sutter wed in a televised ceremony in December 2003. They've since welcomed two children and live in Colorado. 11. Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney 💏🎉💖 @jasonmesnickA post shared by Molly Mesnick (@mollymesnick) on Jan 1, 2018 at 1:25pm PST Jason and Molly were quite the controversial couple on season 13 of The Bachelor. Why?? Well, because, originally Mesnick had given the final rose to Melissa Rycroft. After he couldn't stop thinking about Malaney, he dumped Melissa and declared his love to Molly on the reunion show. In March 2010, Jason and Molly tied the knot. They now have a daughter, named Riley Anne. 10. Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum Finally. 👫A post shared by Ashley Hebert Rosenbaum (@ashleylynnrosenbaum) on Dec 6, 2017 at 2:02pm PST What a happy ending. Ashley was named season seven's Bachelorette after getting rejected by Brad Womack. Regardless, she met JP on her season and they got engaged at the very end. The love birds were wed in a (you guessed it) televised special in December 2012. They are now parents to two kids, son Fordham and daughter Essex. 9. Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici I love all 3 of these people so much. Catherine, Arie & Samuel - in that order. Tonight, my pal @ariejr begins his search for love. Or at least an engagement that lasts a few months. But hopefully real, everlasting love.A post shared by Sean Lowe (@seanloweksu) on Jan 1, 2018 at 9:35am PST After losing out on love during Emily Maynard's season of The Bachelorette, Sean was brought on to be season 17's Bachelor. Thankfully, this stint on TV was more successful as he met now wife Catherine, whom he proposed to at the end of the season. They are now married with a son, named Samuel Thomas, and are expecting another child. 8. Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried Hope everyone had a beautiful Christmas Day yesterday! Blessings to you and yours from our little fam bam. 😘A post shared by Desiree (Hartsock) Siegfried (@desireesiegfried) on Dec 26, 2017 at 8:43am PST Fans were REALLY rooting for Desiree to find love after Sean Lowe dumped her on The Bachelor. Don't worry, she did! During her stint on The Bachelorette, she met Siegfried and they got married in January 2015. They are now parents to a son, named Asher. 7. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth Central Park at Christmas time is MAGICAL AF. And yes, we were cold. But we did it for the gram. . Thank you Amanda in New York City for @flytographer #merrychristmasA post shared by Kaitlyn Bristowe (@kaitlynbristowe) on Dec 24, 2017 at 9:14am PST Kaitlyn chose Shawn as her final suitor and, in typical Bachelorette fashion, the twosome got engaged in 2015. They are still going strong, but aren't rushing to get married (which is probably why they're still together)! 6. Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert Just a Paradise baby chillin' in paradise. @sugarbeachviceroy #sugarbeachresidences Lots of questions about our stay, so @sugarbeachviceroy decided to offer a special rate for our following! Enjoy up to 20% off your room rate, a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival and a couple’s cabana massage. After being castoffs on their respective seasons, Jade and Tanner met and fell in love during season two of Paradise. Although other couples got "married" and engaged on the spinoff show, these two were the first to have a legal union that lasted. They now are parents to a daughter, named Emerson Avery Tolbert. 5. JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers Fam taking on the wild 👫🐶A post shared by JoJo Fletcher (@joelle_fletcher) on Jan 13, 2018 at 5:13pm PST After an emotional season, JoJo accepted Jordan's proposal at the end of her stint on The Bachelorette. The twosome couldn't be happier and have talked about their potential wedding plans, but they've yet to lock in a date. Keep enjoying your lengthy engagement, y'all! 4. Carly Waddell and Evan Bass It’s all fun and games until your zipper breaks and your husband has to cut you out of your maternity dress..... 😩🤣😳A post shared by Carly Waddell (@carlywad) on Dec 23, 2017 at 8:00am PST Despite being repulsed by Evan at first, by the end of their stint on Bachelor In Paradise, the two were in love and getting engaged. Carly and Evan's 2017 nuptials were filmed and televised as part of the next season of BIP. They're now pregnant and awaiting the arrival of their baby girl. 3. Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo Merry Christmas from us to you 🎄🤶🏾🎅🏼❤️ #tistheseason #merrychristmas #familyphotosA post shared by Rachel Lindsay (@therachlindsay) on Dec 25, 2017 at 2:08pm PST Bachelor nation was up in arms when Rachel dumped Peter Kraus and accepted Bryan's marriage proposal. But it seems that the powerhouse lawyer made the right call, as she and her chiropractor beau are still engaged. No wedding plans as of yet though! 2. Taylor Nolan and Derek Peth NYC is starting to grow on me...or maybe it’s just @pethderek 🤷🏽‍♀️A post shared by Taylor Nolan (@taymocha) on Jan 28, 2018 at 6:45pm PST Before Bachelor In Paradise, Taylor was probably best known for feuding with Corinne Olympios over Nick Viall and emotional intelligence. However, Nolan went on to meet JoJo Fletcher's castoff Derek and the rest is history. Now, the twosome didn't get engaged on Paradise, but they DID get betrothed on the reunion special. 1. Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk We're lit 🎄A post shared by ravennicolegates (@ravennicolegates) on Dec 16, 2017 at 6:33pm PST Despite being on a chaotic season of Bachelor In Paradise, Raven and Adam walked away totally in love. Thankfully, their connection lasted well outside of Mexico and the two are going strong. Fingers crossed an engagement is in the works!! Which Bachelor nation couple is YOUR favorite?? Bachelor Winter Games" Benoit Beauséjour-Savard SHOCKINGLY Proposes To Ex Clare Crawley In World Tells All Special!

Bachelor Winter Games resulted in at least ONE engagement! However, the romance blossomed OFF screen, rather than during the wintry ABC dating competition. During Thursday night's The Bachelor Winter Games: World Tells All special, Canadian contestant Benoit Beauséjour-Savard got down on one knee and proposed to American Bachelor alum Clare Crawley -- and she said, "YES"! Related: January Jones Reveals Nick Viall Is ONLY 'A Friend' In regards to the surprise proposal, Clare gushed to People: "It's overwhelming, it's crazy. Going on these Bachelor shows is a huge risk and you don't know the outcome. It's scary, but it's a risk that you have to take to get the good in the end." You're likely pretty shocked to read this since Clare DUMPED Benoit for Christian Rauch on BWG. At the time, Benoit was all in with his feeling for Clare, but she had reservations as she found herself attracted to Christian. This admission left Beauséjour-Savard heartbroken, so he left the house. And it seems that Benoit truly cares for Clare, as he added: "I didn't expect this. I was heartbroken on The Bachelorette: Canada but going back on this show I had an open mind. I was realistic that there might not be someone for me. But like you've seen on TV, I had the biggest crush ever on her. [But then] it wasn't a crush, it was developing into something really deep and strong." When things didn't work out for Crawley and Rauch, she and Benoit reconnected over a simple text. Apparently, Benoit reached out and asked her how she was doing after leaving the competition. On their rekindled relationship, Beauséjour-Savard shared: "At that point, I was just thinking, ‘She's ending up with Christian.' The sentence that kept running through my mind was, ‘It's not the end of the two of us.' But I knew at that moment that she may have fell for him. It didn't happen, so she just called me and from there, it went better and better, and we spent hours and hours each and every day talking to each other." Awwww. In typical Bachelor fashion, Benoit tapped Neil Lane to design Clare's "amazing" custom ring. The reality TV vet spilled: "He didn't have the one I was looking for, so he built a custom one, which is amazing. It was exactly what I asked, and he did the best job ever. It blows my mind. It was the first time that I had to shop for this, and it will be the last one for sure. It's kind of stressful, but I'm glad she likes it." For those of you who think Clare and Benoit are moving quickly, just know that he made sure to get Crawley's family's blessing before popping the question. Although, Beauséjour-Savard forgot to tell his own family about the planned engagement before he did it. Oops! While Benoit only started thinking about the proposal a week before he got down on one knee, he appeared confident in his decision: "We're two sensitive people, two intense people. Go big or home. I love her so much, you have no idea, and she's just the best so, why not? I wanted to." Currently, the love birds are in a long distance relationship as Clare lives in Sacramento and Benoit lives in Montreal. Thankfully, they are both willing to move to be closer to each other. Crawley explained: "I told him, ‘I don't care where we end up, I just can't do snow.' It's a hard decision to make because I've always lived [in Sacramento] my whole life. But everything I've ever said is, ‘Wherever my husband is, that's your family.' Wherever that is, it doesn't matter where." Regardless of their distance, the twosome are sure they can power through any woes. On their upcoming future together, Benoit concluded: "We've spent the last two months talking to each other and it just got better and better. One day we're going to have to live in the same city, live in the same house and I think this is how we start a family." You do what's best for you two!! Congratulations!!
