The Duggar Sisters Want Josh To Keep His Hands Out Of Their Lawsuit!

Not all The Duggars can play the victim card. Back in May, Jill Dillard, Jinger Vuolo, Jessa Seewald, and Joy-Anna Duggar filed a lawsuit against police and county officials in Springdale and Washington County, Arkansas, as well as the publishers of In Touch, for releasing police documents revealing Josh Duggar sexually assaulted members of his family. The sisters argued their lawsuit was "about protecting children who are victims of abuse," stating that under Arkansas laws, police are forbidden from divulging any information about sexual misconduct involving children. Related: Joy-Anna & Husband Austin Forsyth Are Expecting! The case was so airtight, even their abuser wanted in! A month later, it was revealed Josh was looking to join his sisters' lawsuit over feeling "victimized and forced to relieve the painful and difficult circumstances of a traumatic experience" from the controversy. But unfortunately for Josh, the girls don't think his "traumatic experience" suddenly makes him a victim in the case where he's really the perpetrator. The Counting On stars have revealed they want a judge to deny their big bro's request to join their lawsuit. New court docs obtained by E! News state Josh's presence next to his victims will "confuse" the jury: "Deciding claims based on protecting victims of sex crimes from disclosure, while at the same time, having those claims consolidated with the perpetrator of those crimes will be confusing to the jury. It would be next to impossible for a jury to ignore the perpetrator sitting next to the victims, yet decide the different issues, different claims and different damages that apply for victims as compared to perpetrator. Consolidation would undoubtedly give the false impression that the victims and the perpetrator are 'in this together.'" Translation: keep your hands out of this one, Joshy! While a judge has yet to rule on this case, another line from the docs reveal the girls would feel traumatized just by being next to their abuser in court: "Forcing the victims to join their claims with their perpetrator's claims would further traumatize the very victims Arkansas law is designed to protect." Looks like Josh can't count on the fam to have his back forever. [Image via TLC.].....»»

On stage at Global Citizen Live! on Monday (September 19) in New York City, the 19-year-old model and actress stood with Xavier Bettle, the openly gay and married Prime Minister of Luxembourg, to publicly pledge her 100% support to fighting the AIDS pandemic. “Thirty years ago, almost to the day, our then-president Ronald Reagan would not speak about AIDS publicly while the pandemic was wreaking havoc within the gay community; he wouldn’t even say the word…AIDS,” Paris told the audience (via Vanity Fair). “Elizabeth Taylor was having none of that. She wasn’t going to let this crisis run wild as it directly impacted her friends & loved ones, those the administration considered discardable. Undaunted, she went to DC and spoke as loud as she could. From the Oval Office to testifying in front of Congress, Elizabeth would not be silenced. Her tireless efforts led to Ronald Reagan finally uttering the word AIDS publicly in 1987.” “Here we are decades later, living under a president who lost the popular vote and has proven himself to have the compassion and empathy of a dead flashlight battery,” Paris continued. “His budget proposes slashing healthcare funding for HIV/AIDS worldwide. So now, here I am hearing my Godmother’s voice, urging me to be heard and not allow all that’s been accomplished, in finding the cure, to fall by the wayside. But listen…I’ve got real news for him. None of us were discardable in 1987, and none of us are discardable now.” Paris was joined at the event by Annie Lennox, Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Paul Shaffer, Michael Moore and rapper French Montana. Tokyo Toni filed a hand-written lawsuit against Wendy Williams and her show's producers, asking for $1 million in damages for defamation, slander, and harassment. According to The Blast, the suit was filed October 5, but details about it are just coming to light as she claims Wendy has continued to trash her on The Wendy Williams Show, despite her attempts to ask her to stop. Related: The KarJenners Hit Back At Chyna's Battery Allegations The former radio personality last talked Tokyo on an October 4 episode with Whitney Cummings, with the comedian and writer joking she's a "gold-digger." But Wendy has previously talked about the Rob & Chyna star's parent in previous episodes. Chyna's mom claims she's being harassed so badly by the 53-year-old she can't sleep or eat, and that the stress of it all is affecting her relationships and her work as an Uber/Lyft driver. She says her health has declined due to it, adding she was hospitalized last December: "I am highly depressed & blood pressure up." She also claims in the docs, "I have never been so humiliated and shamed in my entire life. I am a humanitarian!!!" Therefore, Toni is seeking $1 million in damages. Ryan Phillippe Denies Beating Ex — Who Is Now Suing For Over $1 Million!

We now have more details on the claims that Ryan Phillippe assaulted his ex-girlfriend — and a response. According to The Blast, she's not just looking for protection; she also filed a lawsuit against the Shooter star. As we reported, Elsie Hewitt got an Emergency Protective Order after telling police Ryan had attacked her during an argument. According to The Blast, she's not just looking for protection; she also filed a lawsuit against the Shooter star. Related: Mario Lopez Was Assaulted At A Las Vegas Spa By A 'Known Troublemaker' The lawsuit provides more info on the fight, detailing that Ryan was jealous after a party in which Elsie says other men were paying attention to her while he was being "ignored." Elsie says she was returning to Ryan's house to pick up some things the next day, and she found him there drunk. In fact, Hewitt claims in her lawsuit that the star is a habitual substance abuser, listing heavier drugs like "cocaine, ecstasy, psychedelic mushrooms, and steroids" among his vices, saying: "Phillippe increasingly combined these drugs with excessive alcohol consumption and often exhibited symptoms attendant of poly drug and alcohol abuse, including mood swings and bouts of anger." As for the assault, the lawsuit says Ryan grabbed her "so tightly that his grip left heavy bruises on her arm" and threw her down the stairs; then he grabbed her and threw her down the stairs again. She says he screamed at her: "Get the fuck out of my house you crazy cunt." Geez. This is all really disgusting behavior, and it really sounds like Hewitt should be pressing charges. She already has photographic documentation of her injuries in her lawsuit. As of now, all we know is that she is asking for damages north of one million dollars. Related: Kevin Hart's Extortionist Wanted To Expose Him As A Cheater So how is Ryan responding to all this? The Blast's sources say Ryan's story goes like this: He broke up with her, and she showed up to his house days later -- and it was Elsie who was under the influence. She fell down the stairs on her own as he was removing her from the premises. Hmm. These stories are definitely lining up on certain details -- and then completely off on others. And the truth is hiding in there somewhere. [Image via Instagram/Michael Wright/WENN.].....»»

ATTN: American People! Here Is The Next Big Scandal Donald Trump Will Probably Get Away With!

We hope you're sitting down for this: Fox News is being sued… and it's NOT for sexual harassment! In case you haven't heard the story of how a young Democratic National Committee staffer named Seth Rich was the one who [...] We hope you're sitting down for this: Fox News is being sued... and it's NOT for sexual harassment! No, the latest legal trouble to plague the network is about Donald Trump's favorite subject: fake news. In case you haven't heard the story of how a young Democratic National Committee staffer named Seth Rich was the one who gave the DNC info to WikiLeaks, good -- because it's complete bullshit. Related: Sean Hannity Lost A LOT Of Advertisers After Spreading The Story! Even Fox retracted the story after a week, after a groundswell of offense -- see, Rich was murdered tragically young and was unable to defend himself. Of course, right wing conspiracy theorists used this as part of the narrative; he must have been murdered by the evil Democrats. Disgusting. Fox News tarnished the name of a dead man for what? Ratings? Nope. According to a new lawsuit filed on Tuesday, it was about distracting the American public from the Russia investigation -- and at least one person involved said TRUMP SIGNED OFF ON IT. Former police detective and sometime Fox News paid commentator Rod Wheeler claims in his suit that the story was knowingly fabricated by a reporter named Malia Zimmerman and a wealthy Trump supporter named Ed Butowsky to "establish that Seth Rich provided WikiLeaks with the DNC emails to shift the blame from Russia." Butowsky openly admits he reached out to Rich's parents and convinced them to let him hire Wheeler to investigate the murder. But according to the lawsuit, it was NOT to find the truth, but because they already had the story planned and wanted a credible source: "Specifically, it was their aim to have Mr. Wheeler confirm that: Seth Rich was responsible for the leak of DNC emails to WikiLeaks; and Seth Rich was murdered by a Democrat operative because he leaked the emails to WikiLeaks." Wheeler and Butowsky even met with Sean Spicer to give him updates on the investigation; Spicer admits the meeting took place but says the President didn't know about it. But that's not what Butowsky said at the time. In a text message sent to Wheeler at the time, Butowsky explicitly refers to Trump approving the story: Butowsky now claims he was kidding about the President's involvement. Interesting how often they use that excuse, isn't it? That same excuse cyber bullies and Twitter trolls always use. Huh. BTW, there are also voicemails available with the same confirmations. He doesn't sound like he's "kidding." If this is true, the President is partially responsible not just for spreading fake news but for CREATING it. Related: 10 Times Donald Trump Helped Spread Fake News! When Wheeler didn't give Butowsky exactly what he wanted, the lawsuit says, Zimmerman wrote up the article with fake quotes from Wheeler, including: "My investigation up to this point shows there was some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and Wikileaks." This article and these quotes became the basis of Fox News' reporting on the story. According to the lawsuit, Butowsky had a hand in that as well, coaching the hosts of Fox and Friends on how to talk about it. Afterward Wheeler came out against Fox News, saying he had been misquoted. Eventually the network had no choice but to retract. Even though Fox News pulled the story, which appears to have no basis in fact, Butowsky kept it going. He tweeted: "Fox News story was pulled b/c Rod Wheeler said [he] didn't say a quote ... How much did DNC pay him?" Of course. Because anyone who denies the story is part of the coverup. Now Wheeler is suing over the tarnishing of his name. According to the suit: "Wheeler was subsequently forced to correct the false record and, as a result, lost all credibility in the eyes of the public. Mr. Wheeler has suffered irreparable damage to his reputation and his career will likely never recover." Well, he's right about that. And yet somehow Zimmerman is still working on stories for Fox News... Video: Late Night Hosts Bid Farewell To Fired Anthony Scaramucci The troubled network is already defending itself against the claims. President of news Jay Wallace released a statement saying: "The accusation that FoxNews.com published Malia Zimmerman's story to help detract from coverage of the Russia collusion issue is completely erroneous. The retraction of this story is still being investigated internally and we have no evidence that Rod Wheeler was misquoted by Zimmerman. Additionally, Fox News vehemently denies the race discrimination claims in the lawsuit — the dispute between Zimmerman and Rod Wheeler has nothing to do with race." So was Trump a part of all this? Was he willing to spread false information to distract from his own political problems, to blame a murder victim to defend himself? Well, we are talking about a man who takes money from children's cancer charities, so it's not the greatest leap. [Image via FoxNews.].....»»

Comedian Sued For Sexism Over "No Boys Allowed" Show!

But the more we see from George St. George's suit, the more it seems downright offensive! In his lawsuit, St. George claims he bought two tickets for Girls Night with Iliza -- No Boys Allowed -- and was told he would have to sit in the back because it was a women-only show. Then he and his friend left for dinner and returned to find the theater had decided instead not to allow men at all, immediately offering St. George a refund. Related: Bono Thinks Music Is Too 'Girly' These Days… In the suit, attorney Alfred Rava -- who according to The Hollywood Reporter is making a career filing cases about discrimination against men, including a suit against the Oakland A's for giving hats away for Mother's Day -- compares what St. George went through to the Civil Rights movement He says the night "can best be described as akin to the Montgomery City Lines bus company in Montgomery, Alabama circa 1955." He also quotes George Orwell, compares the event to holding a "Caucasian Night," and says the show "repudiated hundreds of years of women's struggles to be viewed as being equal to men and is typical of old-fashioned sexism that might also advise a young woman that her best chance for a happy life is to ace her home economics class and learn how to make a queso dip from Velveeta to catch a good man." Yowza. Related: Mayor's Reply To Wonder Woman Screening Complaints Is One Classy Smackdown Shlesinger has not publicly responded to the lawsuit (she's busy entertaining the troops at the tail end of a USO tour at the moment) and indeed may not legally be allowed to comment at all. But we will. It is gross to compare a couple guys not being let into what is clearly labeled a "No Boys Allowed" show to systematic racial oppression, to compare a few minutes' inconvenience to the violent, often deadly backlash to the fight for equal rights. Women are not the ruling power subverting the will of second-class men. Women are in fact, the oppressed, and also the heckled, harangued, harassed, and intimidated here, and if they want a few damn minutes without having to worry about what men will say or think, it's not a lot to ask! St. George is asking for unspecified "damages." Ugh. What do YOU think of this lawsuit?? [Image via Netflix.].....»»

As we reported, in September 2016, choreographer Wade Robson filed a new lawsuit against two of Michael Jackson's companies -- MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures -- which he claims "designed, developed and operated what is likely the most sophisticated public child sexual abuse procurement and facilitation organization the world has known." Since 2013, the So You Think You Can Dance star has accused the musician of abusing him for years, starting when he was just seven years old. Related: Michael Prank Called Russell Crowe For TWO YEARS?! On Wednesday, a judge dismissed Robson's lawsuit claiming the two businesses are not liable for Jackson's alleged actions. He did not, however, rule on the merit of the claims. According to the New York Daily News, Judge Mitchell Beckloff said: "Without control over Michael Jackson, the corporate defendants could not impose 'reasonable safeguards' or take 'reasonable steps' to 'avoid acts of unlawful sexual conduct in the future' by Michael Jackson."' While a lawyer for MJ's estate praised the decision, the dancer's attorney Vince Finaldi says they will appeal, telling E! News: "We strongly disagree with the court's ruling, as we firmly believe it is contrary to established California law and sets a dangerous precedent that endangers the State's vulnerable children... For these reasons, we will be vigorously appealing this decision so that Wade's case can be decided on its factual merits before a jury of his peers. The days of Hollywood legal teams' usage of threats, bullying, intimidation, and disingenuous arguments to convince judges to dismiss cases are numbered." In addition to the troubling claims that the Ignition singer is the leader of a sex cult, the hitmaker has been hit with a lawsuit for allegedly ruining a deputy sheriff's marriage. Drama, drama, dramaaaaa! Related: Garrison Keillor Fired Over Alleged "Inappropriate Behavior"! In case you missed it, earlier this year, Mississippi law enforcer Kenny Bryant sued the chart topper for having an extra-marital relationship with his wife AND accused Kelly of ruining his life. Apparently, Bryant's wife Asia Childress had a relationship with Kelly PRIOR to marrying Kenny. However, per the policeman, Asia's romance with the A-lister was long over by their July 2012 nuptials. Or, so he thought... Reportedly, things were good between Bryant and Childress, that is, until Kelly weaseled his way back into Asia's life. The controversial celeb and Mrs. Bryant rekindled their intimate relations in October 2012 -- when Childress attended Kelly's concert. According to the suit obtained by The Blast, Kenny's wife had an affair with Kelly for FIVE years. To make matters worse, the singer supposedly gave Asia Chlamydia during their affair. At some point during their marriage, Bryant claims Asia convinced him to move to Georgia, in an attempt to be closer to Kelly. Although Bryant agreed to the move, he was unable to find a job and was left financially broke from the situation. Childress eventually asked him for a divorce. Unsurprisingly, Kenny is suing R. Kelly for destroying his marriage and for depriving him of "a spouse, love, support, and conjugal affection." He claims he suffered from emotional, psychological, and financial loss. Man, oh man. Related: Tyga Calls Out Scott Disick's Allegedly Cheating Ways! In response to these damning accusations, Kelly has admitted to knowing Childress, but says he never slept with her. Kelly's legal team is trying to have the entire case thrown out, especially since Bryant is an alleged hypocrite. Through some independent investigating, Kelly's team has discovered that Bryant had multiple adulterous relationships over the course of his marriage. The music maker even defended that he has evidence suggesting the deputy sheriff fathered a child outside of his marriage and regularly came on to his coworkers. The superstar's legal team hit back with allegations that Bryant used his resources as a law enforcement officer to further his own agenda. Oh, and Kenny is said to have misused the legal system in order to attempt extortion against Kelly. The Kelly camp is currently seeking Bryant's phone records to prove their defense. They've also accused Bryant of harassing the disgraced star. Such madness! Be sure to ch-ch-check back for updates as this case is still pending. [Image via WENN.].....»»

On Monday, Buzzfeed News brought to light another alleged victim of the Ignition singer, who claims she was paid to keep quiet about a sexual relationship she had with the hitmaker when she was only 16. How awful. Related: R. Kelly Denies His Concerts Are Being Canceled Apparently, Jerhonda Pace (née Johnson) was an avid fan of the chart topper and made a point to attend his 2008 child pornography trial. Sadly, after defending Kelly in numerous publications, Jerhonda would allegedly go on to be one of the A-lister's many victims. Although the now 24-year-old mother-of-three is breaking a nondisclosure agreement, Jerhonda says she felt compelled to come forward after hearing reports of Kelly's supposed sex cult. Pace explained: "If I can speak out and I can help them get out of that situation, that's what I will do. I didn't have anybody to speak up on my behalf when I was going through what I was going through with him. He's brainwashed them really bad, and it kind of reminds me of Charles Manson. I just really hope I can help these women out. Kelly needs to be stopped." Jerhonda first met her idol outside of the Cook County Court and Kelly would make an effort to "always" speak to the then teen when they'd cross paths. On their court house meeting, the Chicago native shared: "He didn't have anything to sign, and neither did I, but my friend reached into her pocket and found an old bank slip, so I got his autograph on her bank slip. I laminated that." Unfortunately, this wasn't the last time Jerhonda interacted with the superstar as a friend and employee of Kelly's friended Pace on Myspace in May of 2009. The unnamed friend then invited Pace to a party Kelly was throwing at a mansion in Olympia Fields, IL. Jerhonda was "nervous" about the meet up as she had lied to her parents about where she was going. While at the bash, Jerhonda had one on one time with Kelly, which resulted in the I'm A Flirt performer putting his phone number into the teen's cellphone. Pace claims she did not tell Kelly that she was underage, but would later inform private investigators that she had told the songwriter that she was 19. In June 2009, Kelly invited Pace to his residence and sent an employee to pick her up in a black SUV. Upon her arrival at the controversial celeb's pad, Pace recalls: "He told me that he wanted me to undress for him [and] walk back and forth like I was modeling." The two then proceeded to have oral sex. After the sexual encounter, Jerhonda claims Kelly ordered her to sign documents claiming she had stolen jewelry and cash from him and that her parents forced her to blackmail him. Per Pace, none of these allegations were true. A few days later, the youngster returned and Kelly took her virginity. The underage Jerhonda was drunk at the time. Related: One Of R. Kelly's Victims Has Lawyered Up! Over the course of the next seven months, the industry vet continued a sexual relationship with the teen. On their bedroom escapades, Jerhonda relayed: "I had to call him ‘daddy,' and he would call me ‘baby.' He wanted me to have two pigtails, and I had to go out and find little schoolgirl outfits." It's said the 50-year-old filmed many of their XXX moments together without Jerhonda's permission. Ugh. By July 2009, Pace made Kelly aware of her real age. According to the supposed victim, Kelly assured her that it was fine, but advised her to lie about her age to others in their circle. Their relationship took a darker turn when Jerhonda started spending weekends with Kelly at his Olympia Fields home. Supposedly, Pace was forced to follow certain rules -- which included handing over her mobile device, wearing baggy clothes, asking permission to eat, go to the bathroom, leave the property, and/or shower -- and if she didn't follow these rules she was mentally and physically abused. When asked why she went along with the music legend's demands, Pace stated: "At the time, I didn't know what I liked, honestly. I just knew that I liked his music, so I was pretty much accepting of anything that came with him at the time." Not to mention, Pace spent time at the mansion alongside a 17-year-old friend. The unnamed pal still lives with Kelly to this day. After a few troubling instances, Pace decided to end her relationship with Kelly in 2010. Jerhonda reached out to Chicago lawyer Susan E. Loggans, as the powerhouse attorney was known for representing underaged women in lawsuits against R. Kelly. The once Kelly superfan chose to pursue a civil lawsuit rather than criminal charges as she felt the star would get off like he had in 2008. Within a matter of weeks, Loggans had negotiated a settlement for Pace, but there was a catch. The victim was required to sign a nondisclosure agreement and had to promise that she would not file criminal charges against the scandalized artist. Buzzfeed News claims to have reviewed all of the documents involved in the settlement. Kelly's legal team has since denied Pace's allegations as they noted in a statement: "The allegations against Mr. Kelly are false, and are being made by individuals known to be dishonest. It is clear these continuing stories are the result of the effort of those with personal agendas who are working in concert to interfere with and damage his career. Mr. Kelly again denies any and all wrong doing and is taking appropriate legal action to protect himself from ongoing defamation." Man, oh man. We're sure Kelly's PR and legal teams are scrambling right about now. [Image via WENN.].....»»

Writer Kater Gordon claims the show's creator asked her to get naked and told her she owed it to him. Now writer-producer Marti Noxon (pictured above), a TV veteran who ran two seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and created UnREAL and Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce, has now come out in support of her former coworker. Video: Ben Affleck Faces Sexual Misconduct Questions On The Late Show & TODAY Not only does she say she remembers the day after the alleged incident, she has her own assessment of Weiner's bad behavior. She even calls him an "emotional terrorist" and compares him to his character Pete Campbell! Ch-ch-check out Marti's Twitter indictment of her old boss and his way of working (below)! On the subject of Matt Weiner and #MadMen About a week ago Kater Gordon, a young female writer who worked on Mad Men bravely came forward with her account of being sexual harassed by Matt Weiner. While sharing writing duties with him, she recalls that he causally mentioned 1/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 something to the effect of "you owe it to me to show me your naked body." I believe her. I was at work with her the day after what she described transpired. I remember clearly how shaken and subdued Kater was -- and continued to be from that day on. 2/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 Responding to her statement, Matt claimed he would never make that kind of comment to a colleague. But anyone with an even cursory knowledge of the show Mad Men could imagine that very line coming from the mouth of Pete Campbell. 3/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 Matt, Pete's creator, is many things. He is devilishly clever and witty, but he is also, in the words of one of his colleagues, an "emotional terrorist" who will badger, seduce and even tantrum in an attempt to get his needs met. 4/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 This personality type can not help but create an atmosphere where everyone is constantly off guard and unsure where they stand. It is the kind of atmosphere where a comment like "you owe it to me to show me your naked body"... 5/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 may -- or may not -- be a joke. And it may -- or may not -- lead to a demotion or even the end of a career. 6/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 Everyone at Mad Men, regardless of gender or position, was affected by this atmosphere. Why did we not confront him more or report him to our parent companies? Well, for one, we were grateful to him for the work and truly in awe of his talents. 7/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 For another, it was hard to know what was real when moods and needs shifted so frequently. Self-advocacy is important and I agree we all need to do it more and rely on less on faulty institutions to do it for us 8/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 But it is very difficult when the cost is, at best, fear and uncertainty -- and at worst the loss of a job and ruined reputation. Taking that action is one thing to contemplate if you have money in the bank and family to fall back on 9/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 but quite another for people from all walks of life without a safety net. And when sexual favors are lightly added to the bag of tools one might use to stay employed and valued, it can be destabilizing or even devastating. 10/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 It may not be illegal, but it is oppressive. I witnessed it and, despite the fact that that I was a senior consultant on the show, I also experienced it in my own way in my days at Mad Men. 11/ — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 I believe Kater Gordon. — marti noxon (@martinoxon) November 17, 2017 [Image via Adriana M.
