"This Is Us" Season 2 Finale Spoilers - Flash Forwards Explained

The season two finale of the hit series This Is Us just aired and we’ve gotta talk about those flash forwards that happened at the end of the episode. During the finale, Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Toby (Chris Sullivan) got married [...] The season two finale of the hit series This Is Us just aired and we’ve gotta talk about those flash forwards that happened at the end of the episode. It goes without saying that spoilers are in this post, so beware of reading! During the finale, Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Toby (Chris Sullivan) got married and her brother Randall (Sterling K. Brown) gave a speech in which we saw into the near future and beyond. Throughout the episode, we also got to see sequences from Kate’s dreams in which her parents Rebecca and the still-alive Jack (Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia) renew their vows. Another pivotal part of the episode was seeing Randall and Beth’s foster child Deja (Lyric Ross) lashing out after her birth mother left her with them. After Toby’s parents mistake Deja for one of the Pearsons’ biological kids, she goes outside and smashes the windshield of Randall’s Mercedes-Benz with a bat. Click inside for spoilers on the flash forwards and the co-showrunner’s explanations… The episode ended with the glimpse into the future, which we’re recapping below. Kate and Toby We see that Toby has sunken into a depression and Kate is attending to him while he is in bed. “I think we’ve seen Kate and Toby weather a lot. Toby has often had to be the strong and supportive one. This is a situation where Kate may have to take the lead on that front,” co-showrunner Elizabeth Berger told The Hollywood Reporter. “I think she is now really emotionally prepared to be that person for him. We’ll see some of that moving forward.” Kevin Kevin is now dating Beth’s cousin Zoe and they are seen on a plane to Vietnam. “Beth and Kevin have this fun dynamic between each other, and we just felt like Kevin dating Beth’s cousin would bring up so much more fun stuff for everyone to play,” Berger told THR. “So much of season two was about Jack’s death and the details of how he died and what happened, so we’re excited to now be able to delve into chapters of his life that we haven’t yet explored, and just get to know the man better and get to know things about him that even his kids don’t know yet, and possibly even his wife doesn’t know yet.” Deja Deja was seen smashing the windshield of Randall’s car during the wedding. “[Beth and Randall] always knew going into the foster parent experience that it would not necessarily be the easiest road, and it would be a road that had good times and had bad times. So it will definitely be a challenge, but they are prepared to deal with whatever Déjà throws at them,” Berger said. Randall and adult Tess In a sequence that is 10-15 years into the future, we see older Randall and his adult daughter Tess are on their way to visit someone who they are not ready to go see. Some fans think that the “her” that they are going to see could be Beth in the grave, Deja in jail, or someone in the hospital. “I can’t tell you who the ‘her’ is, but we’ll be definitely following up on it in season three,” Berger said. The time period will be explored throughout season three. She added, “We will be visiting it definitely semi-regularly throughout the season, so [other characters] may appear. It’s all open right now, so you might as well take a few months off not to worry and save your worry for season three.”.....»»

Trump Re-Election Campaign Donors Are Paying Donald Trump Jr."s Legal Bills — And The Trump Corporation?!

Donald Trump re-election campaign donors are certainly getting their money's worth. After all, Trump can't win a second term if he and the entire first family are in jail! After all, Trump can't win a second term if he and the entire first family are in jail! In June, the President's re-election campaign made a $50,000 payment to the Law Offices of Alan S. Futerfas, the lawyer now representing Donald Trump Jr. in the ongoing investigation into Russia's meddling in the 2016 election. Related: Trump's Attorney Threatens Stranger In Explicit Email Chain! The payment was made over a week before news broke that Junior had met with a Russian lawyer with strong ties to the Kremlin during election season last year. The June 27 payment was described as covering "legal consulting" fees, according to a filing with the Federal Election Commission on Saturday. Futerfas was announced as Trump Jr.'s lawyer after the first revelations came of the meeting, which was later revealed to have been attended by others whose names were not previously disclosed -- including former Soviet military intelligence officer Rinat Akhmetshin and Russian translator Anatoli Samachornov. The campaign also paid Jones Day, the law firm that represented Trump's campaign during the election. While this seems shady, the FEC allows candidates and federal office holders to spend campaign funds on legal fees which arose from their candidacy. But these aren't the only legal bills Trump donors are footing! Video: Trump Makes It Weird During Made In America Week Speech On June 30, the re-election campaign paid $89,561 to The Trump Corporation for "legal consulting." And no, the company is not a law firm. The re-election campaign has raised about 8$ million -- and spent $4.4 million -- in the second quarter of 2017. Trump filed for re-election the day after taking office. Barack Obama, in comparison, did not file his 2012 re-election bid until April 4, 2011. Looks like this is the best business scam since his first election campaign! [Image via Fox News.].....»»

Fans were certainly looking forward to Sunday's showing of GoT as the episode, titled The Dragon And The Wolf, teased the potential of a Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen hookup. Not to mention, many speculated that the title foreshadowed Snow would FINALLY learn about his royal lineage. Related: There's Sexy Jon Snow Halloween Costume... Although, as Cersei Lannister was seen attending the Fellowship Of The Ring rulers meet-and-greet in the trailer, it's safe to assume nothing went according to plan. Soooooo, what exactly happened during The Dragon And The Wolf? Get all the juicy deets from the finale for yourself (below)! Queen vs. Queen vs. King Queen Cersei Lannister finally faced her enemies, Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow, in order to discuss the impending threat in the north. Things were understandably tense as estranged family members came face to face for the first time in seasons. We mean, for starters, we had the awkward tension between Cersei and her Targaryen-loyal brother, Tyrion Lannister. But let's not forget about the epic feud between Ser Gregor Clegane and Ser Sandor Clegane. Nonetheless, the familial drama was put aside so that Cersei and co. could see for themselves that wights are indeed real. Although it took a bit of convincing, Cersei ultimately agreed to a truce and promised to send her armies north -- a promise she doesn't intend to keep. The Demise Of Petyr Baelish Sansa Stark is done being used as a pawn. As you may recall, ever since Arya Stark returned to Winterfell things have been tense between the Stark sisters. Mainly, because Petyr Baelish has been planting the seed that Arya is dangerous and a threat to Sansa's current hold over the north. Despite once being the most gullible person in Westeros, Sansa has learned quite a bit from her manipulation lessons with Littlefinger, so she was able to realize that he was (once again) trying to use her. Thus Sansa and Arya, with the help of brother Bran Stark, tricked Petyr into standing trial for murder and treason. In an EPIC speech, Sansa called out Littlefinger for being the cause of their family's many tragedies. In typical Littlefinger fashion, Baelish tried to talk himself out of trouble. It didn't work though as Assassin Arya slit his throat. Boy, bye! Theon Steps Up After being a coward for seven straight seasons, Theon Greyjoy was able to unearth some courage inside of himself during Sunday's episode. After a heart-to-heart with former foster brother, Jon Snow, Theon announced his intentions to rescue his sister from the clutches of his evil uncle, Euron Greyjoy. However, the scandalized Greyjoy first had to reclaim power among the remaining loyal Iron Born. Theon took quite the beating from one captain who opposed the rescue mission, but Yara's brother won out in the end as the sailor tried defeating Greyjoy by kicking him in the junk (something he lost seasons ago). Theon also threw a head butt and a couple punches too. The Dragon And The Wolf Dragon The episode took a steamy turn when Jon and Daenerys banged on their journey to the north. While the hookup session was a hot one, it was complicated by the fact that Bran and Samwell Tarly were having a very revealing conversation about the King in the North's lineage at the same time. Between Bran's psychic visions and Sam's maester notes, the twosome were able to confirm that Jon is the child of wedded couple, Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark. In short: not only is Jon NOT a bastard, but he's the rightful heir to the Iron Throne. Sadly, this truth bomb wasn't revealed before the aunt and nephew duo got it on. Oops. Winter Is Here And So Are The Dead So, you remember that ceasefire we talked about earlier? Well, Cersei officially called it off as she informed her brother Jaime Lannister that she has zero plans to fight in the Great War. The Lannister twins bickered about honor for an entire scene before Jaime, horrified by Cersei's selfishness, chose to abandon King's Landing for the war in the north. And, it's a good thing Jaime's heading north, because Jon and Dany are going to need all the help they can get. In the last moments of the finale, the Night King rode to the Wall on a zombified dragon with his undead army beside him. It took mere moments for the ice dragon to destroy the ancient fortress, likely killing all of those who were there defending it. R.I.P., Tormund?? What a way to end a season. What was YOUR favorite moment??? Be sure to SOUND OFF in the comments (below)! [Image via HBO.].....»»

While Sam thinks it’s great that fans want to snap photos when they visit the set, he wishes they could do it without spoilers happening. Caitriona thinks that it’s up to the fans if they want to view the spoilers or not. “I feel it spoils the surprise a little bit, but I know why!” Sam told EW. “We all want to see, and we would love to be able to post more stuff as well. We’re always being told off for doing things. People are so supportive, but I wish there was some way of having photos without it being a spoiler. It is what it is, and it’s great that people are at least that excited that they want to take photos.” Caitriona added, “In the UK, you have a right to walk, so people are allowed to be around, and you know, I think it’s up to people individually if they want to look for spoilers or not. It’s fun! I remember going to film sets when I was a kid and they were filming in the neighboring town and it’s so exciting to be able to see behind the curtain. It’s fun. It’s entertainment what we’re doing, so let the people be entertained!” Make sure to see the latest photos of Sam and Caitriona greeting fans on the set!.....»»
