It all started when the 31-year-old NFL star got a message on his Instagram account from a fan that alerted him to a comment threatening a school shooting on his personal account. Julian quickly alerted his personal assistant, Shannen Moen, who sorted through his comments and found the one in question, which read, “I’m going to shoot my school up watch the news.” Boston police worked quickly to find out the location of the poster, and quickly notified police in Port Huron, Michigan. The police detained a 14-year-old male who admitted to writing the comment. He was charged with making a false report of a threat of terrorism, which is a felony. “With the emotions of what happened, and I have a kid now, I said, ‘Holy Toledo, what is going on?’” Julian told the New York Times about what happened. “When I told Julian, he was in shock,” Shannen said of the situation. “We’re very lucky the Boston cops were all over it, very lucky the Michigan cops were all over it.”.....»»

The cold case recently got a bit hotter as investigators revealed earlier this year the late film star's husband, Robert Wagner, had just been named a person of interest. Wagner maintains his wife heard some banging and went to go fix the rigging on their boat when she was lost at sea. Photos: Stars We've Lost In 2018 One of the people who never bought that story? Lana Wood. Natalie's sister told Megyn Kelly on Wednesday that boat captain Dennis Davern told her what he saw on that night in 1981 -- and it led to a very different conclusion. She revealed: "They had a fight, they had a bad fight, Dennis said it sounded like furniture was being thrown around and he knocked on the door. RJ [Wagner] opened it a little bit, said ‘mind your own business,' so Dennis then left. He went outside, turned up the music because they were being so loud, and started walking towards the back of the boat. When he turned that corner, RJ was standing there. Dennis asked, ‘where is Natalie?' and RJ said, ‘she's gone.'" Lana also says her sis suffered from a fear of water and NEVER would have tried to fix the boat on her own. See her confirm she believes Wagner murdered her sister in the full interview (below): The only other person on the boat? Christopher Walken. Natalie's body was found floating, wearing a jacket and nightgown. Her death was initially ruled a suicide until the case was reopened in 2011. Apparently the autopsy showed her body had fresh bruises. You can hear more of Lana's own investigation into her sister's death on her 12-part documentary podcast, Fatal Voyage. XXXTentacion Murder Was "Premeditated" — But What Does That Mean??

A man named Dedrick D. Williams was reportedly arrested on a charge of murder without premeditation. But according to TMZ, the arrest warrant specifically describes the murder as "premeditated" -- though that does not necessarily mean the killers knew who XXXTentacion was or went looking for him... Related: XXXTentacion Apparently Got Someone Pregnant Shortly Before His Death As you've probably heard, the rapper was leaving a motorcycle dealership when an SUV pulled up and two masked gunmen got out of the passenger side. The killing had previously been reported as a drive-by, but this report says there was a "brief struggle" before the shooting -- and of course we've heard they grabbed a small bag from his car afterward. Were they demanding something from him? And surveillance video reportedly shows the two men walking past the rapper in the dealership minutes before that -- so it's possible they targeted him not for who he was but for what they thought they could get off of him. We'll let you know if the much talked about case takes any more turns. [Image via YouTube.].....»»

This Sweet-Looking Grandma Is Suspected To Be "A Cold-Blooded Killer" & Identity Thief On The Run For Murder In Two States!

Lois Riess has been a fugitive for over two weeks from Minnesota authorities, who are looking at the 56-year-old as a suspect in the murder of her husband, David Riess. Related: Woman Attacks Boyfriend With A Samurai Sword After Finding Evidence He Cheated The Dodge County Sheriff's Office issued an arrest warrant for the Riess for felony theft back on March 29; after her husband was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds, it was discovered she had transferred $10K from his bank account. She has since been charged with his murder. But that's not the end of the story. It seems in an effort to evade capture, Riess may have killed again! The grandmother (and mother of three) is wanted in Florida for the murder and identity theft of a woman named Pamela Hutchinson in Fort Myers Beach on April 9. The Lee County Sheriff's Office believes Riess picked out Hutchinson because the two shared a likeness -- and murdered her for her car, credit cards, and ID. They now believe her M.O. "is to befriend women who resemble her and steal their identity." So be extra careful if you look like her at all! Riess is believed to have fled Florida, and there have been reports of sightings as far west as Corpus Christi, Texas. She is considered armed and dangerous. Lee County Undersheriff Carmine Marceno told Today: "She smiles and looks like anyone's mother or grandmother yet she is calculated, she's targeted, and she's an absolute cold-blooded killer." If you or anyone you know has seen her, please contact authorities right away! [Image via Sheriff Scott Rose/Twitter.].....»»

Streaming your films may be wonderful if your internet never gets laggy, but from my perspective having a disc handy, especially with first rate features, is absolutely necessary. Murder on the Orient Express, ambitiously directed by Kenneth Branagh (who’s also convincing as Hercule Poirot), is an absolute visual stunner. Branagh brings his underrated cinematic scope (for examples, check out his flicks Hamlet and Thor) into Agatha Christie’s immersive world, as Poirot investigates the passengers on a train where someone was recently murdered. Boasting an all-star cast that includes Daisy Ridley, Penelope Cruz, and Michelle Pfeiffer (delivering the film’s most standout performance!), Murder on the Orient Express is a must-have if you love watching a beautifully mounted production that’s anchored by first rate stortyelling. Click on the media bar to hear Daisy Ridley talk about what makes Murder on the Orient Express a unique film: Murder on the Orient Express also boasts an array of special features, but the crown jewel of the extras are its deleted scenes. The 16 minutes worth of extra footage brings a more comedic element to the proceedings, as Poirot’s obsessive grooming is played for laughs. Also included is a surreal montage sequence which Branagh cites as an homage to the Salvador Dali scene in Spellbound. Last but not least, there is an extended section at the Arasta Bazaar which introduces all the major players of the film (the final scene is much more brisk). The extras also include several featurettes (including a spotlight on Agatha Christie and the music behind the film) as well as commentary from Branagh and screenwriter Michael Green. Lifetime Movie IRL: Russian Fugitive Allegedly Poisons New York Friend"s Cheesecake In Attempt To Steal Her Identity!

Quick, someone teach Lacey Chabert how to speak in a Russian accent! A Russian woman allegedly tried to murder a lookalike friend by giving her a poison cheesecake so she could steal the woman's identity. According to Queens District Attorney Richard Brown, Viktoria Nasyrova is being held without bail on charges including attempted murder, burglary, reckless endangerment, assault, unlawful imprisonment, grand larceny, and possession of stolen property. The statement alleges that Nasyrova, a Russia native currently living in Brooklyn, had similar features to her friend Olga Tsvyk. Both possessed dark hair, the same complexion, and spoke Russian. Related: Police Respond After Tori Spelling Has Apparent Breakdown Nasyrova had allegedly been on the run from the Russian law for two years -- so when she discovered that Tsvyk had an affinity for cheesecake, the alleged fugitive saw the perfect opportunity to serve herself a new identity. During the summer of 2016, the 42-year-old Nasyrova allegedly laced a piece of cheesecake with phenazepam — a powerful Russian-made tranquilizer — before bringing it to her dear friend. The 35-year-old Queens woman "began to feel sick" after eating the deadly dessert before passing out -- she later told investigators she last remembered seeing Nasyrova beside her inside her home. Nasyrova then allegedly staged the scene to look like a suicide. Brown's statement explained: "The following day, the victim's friend discovered her unconscious in her bed, dressed in lingerie with pills scattered around her body — as if the woman had attempted to kill herself." Luckily, the 35-year-old Queens woman survived the poisoning after being taken to the hospital for treatment. Related: Rehab Owner Convicted Of Drugging & Sexually Assaulting Patients After being released from the hospital, she returned home and "realized that her passport and employment authorization card were missing, along with a gold ring and cash." While Nasyrova reportedly managed to evade authorities for nearly a year, she was captured March 20, 2017. And, like all convincing Lifetime movie villains, she has an impressively felonious backstory. Nasyrova is wanted in Russia on murder charges in the 2014 death of Alla Aleksenko. Officials say Nasyrova fled to New York after she was accused of swindling the 54-year-old out of her money. Nasyrova allegedly then seduced the lead detective in her prosecution, convincing him to facilitate her escape. She has denied any involvement in Aleksenko's death, and has not yet entered a plea to the charges in the indictment. Poisoning cheesecake, seducing Russian prosecutors... this needs to be a Lifetime movie STAT. [Image via Facebook.].....»»

JonBenet Ramsey’s Super Creepy Brother Allowed to Sue CBS for $750 Million

[…] The post JonBenet Ramsey’s Super Creepy Brother Allowed to Sue CBS for $750 Million appeared first on wwtdd. During Christmas 1996, somebody killed a little girl in her own home in Colorado. Dead little white girls made for good copy, even before the rise of the Internet and The Daily Mail online. Dead little white girls involved in disturbing baby beauty pageants and covered in lipstick and mascara is a news bomb cyclone. Even before that fake term was invented. JonBenet Ramsey consumed the then shameless tragedy profiteer media of the time, the tabloid papers and cable news. Nancy Grace came like no Methodist woman has before her. The fact that no killer was identified immediately by the police, or ever, led to the kind of rampant speculation that fuels disturbing child murder story mayhem. This perfectly filled the talking heads void left by the O.J. trial. While every pedophile within a hundred miles of the home during the night of the murder could’ve easily been a suspect, the lack of sexual assault on the body and the lack of any signs of forced entry into the home made that rampant speculation practically moot. Though it did carry on for month after month, including sketches of a man who looked like Santa Clause. Or maybe it was Santa Clause. Down the chimney to rape and murder children. The perfect cover. Those with a thinking brain figured out quickly the murderer was somebody sleeping in the home that evening, and or possibly a close family acquaintance with key access to the house. Since there was nobody in the latter category unaccounted for, that left the mom, dad, and brother. All of whom became suspects. The rage nature of the killing made the then nine-year old brother, Burke, the prime suspect. Weird for a nine year old, but he was a weird kid. Also, parents with no record of abuse, outside of pimping their daughter in pageants, don’t suddenly bludgeon their little girls to death. Insane moms do occasionally murder their own kids, but it’s always drowning or poisoning or some weird Biblical shit. Never a wrench to the temple. The District Attorney could never quite place a finger on the culprit, leaving the case one of the great unsolved blown-out blonde wig hair kid murders ever. Leading to numerous follow-up news shows claiming to provide new evidence as to the true killer. TV clickbait for those with enough free time to be less discerning. In the Fall of 2016, during Sweeps, CBS ran a special bringing together pathologists and analysts and rampant speculators to re-examine the murder 20-years on. Hey, remember JonBenet and all the fun we had speculating over her killer? Here’s more. (Lex Jurgen has finally joined Twitter. Follow now at: MyTerribleWords.) During the broadcast, one of the “expert guests” implied that Burke Ramsey killed his sister. It wasn’t a direct accusation, more of an implied statement, but enough for Burke Ramsey, now late 20’s, to file a $750 million lawsuit against CBS and everybody who appeared anywhere in the show. Apparently, you’re not allowed to imply somebody killed their baby sister in this country without legal adjudication. Or so agreed the judge this week who allowed the case to go forward, despite pleas from CBS et. al., to have the civil suit thrown out for lack of cause. Burke Ramsey’s case relies on his assertion that CBS ruined his reputation. Considering 99% of people only know him as the creepy Ramsey brother who likely killed his little sister as covered up by his parents, that seems like an uphill battle. In a world where Hulk Hogan won $125 million for Gawker destroying his rep by showing his bare ass pounding his buddy’s wife, you have to at least try for a corporate gouge. CBS went low and cheap with their primetime special. They likely had lawyers reviewing the footage to ensure this kind of suit wasn’t possible, but maybe they effed up. In general, the public will root for Ramsey against the corporate giant news outlet framed as having made “fake news”. The judge allowing the case to go forward means negotiations between parties must now begin. It’s not like the kid has more sisters to kill. He probably needs some new hobby cash. Expect settlement terms to be non-disclosed with no admission of guilt, or around $30 million. If you’ve ever thought about killing your sibling who gets all the attention from your parents while you’re sent away to boarding school, this certainly might affect your decision.
