The Republicans kept control of the Senate, and the Democrats took control of Congress for the first time since 2011. Voters turned out in record numbers to render a verdict on Trump after two years in which he has monopolized the media, polarized the electorate and dominated American political life like no president since Franklin Roosevelt — or arguably ever. The one thing that was prevalent in the elections was that diversity won big! So we hope that you voted (just like these celebrities did) and made a mark in last night’s historical election. The House is getting its first two Muslim women and Massachusetts is getting its first black congresswoman following Tuesday’s midterm elections, among other historic firsts. In what some are referring to as the “pink wave,” the high-profile midterm cycle produced a record number of women contenders. So well done to all of the groundbreakers! Omarosa Rushed To The Hospital For An Alleged Asthma Attack While Filming Celebrity Big Brother

Drama, drama, drama, already on this season's Celebrity Big Brother!! Omarosa Manigault, fresh off a stint in the White House and now in the Big Brother house, was rushed to the hospital on Friday night over what is being termed by some as an apparent asthma attack -- though other housemates are already questioning whether that's really true. Related: Omarosa Busy Talkin' Shit About Trump On CBB! Here's what we know: the CBB live feed online went down on Friday night just as the house guests were reportedly doing a competition in which they had to get dizzy and bowl, but when the feed got back online, Omarosa was gone -- off to the hospital and, apparently, still there as of Saturday morning. Later on, during a convo in the house between Ross Mathews and Marissa Jaret Winokur, Marissa discussed Omarosa's "injury" and suggested that she may have "put her in the hospital." Whoa!!! We don't conclusively know what the medical condition is beyond the alleged "asthma attack" that's being tentatively reported, though Marissa and the others are already skeptical that Omarosa is milking it just to get some rest at the hospital and stay out of the house for as long as possible. You mean there's a possibility Omarosa has done nothing in the CBB house? Isn't that what she did in the White House, too? Nothing?! Yeah.... Related: Late Night Roasts Trump's Recent Bald Spot Fail! Here's a bit more context from Ross and Marissa themselves (below): Thoughts?? Share 'em with us in the comments (below)!!! [Image via WENN.].....»»

The 39-year-old adult film star was set to appear on the show beginning on Thursday night (August 16), but bailed last minute, with early reports suggesting it was due to “demanding and not getting more dough,” according to TMZ. Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, denies the allegation and tells TMZ the reason was “because producers wanted Stormy to stick to a script.” Her ongoing custody dispute with her estranged husband, Glendon Crain, is also reportedly partially to blame. Celebrity Big Brother producers issued a statement on Twitter on Friday (August 17). “STATEMENT: Stormy Daniels was booked to appear on the show several months ago and hours before the show was due to go live, informed the production team that she no longer wished to enter the house as previously agreed. Producers discussed a variety of options with her but were unable to agree any acceptable conditions for her entering the house.
